Great place to just come and hang out, eat, watch a movie, shop, and more. There’s a park for the kids by the movie theater that’s ok while you relax. The Trader Joe’s is REALLY small. Use to have a Lowe’s but closed for some reason. It was ok, which is probably why. They were more directed towards appliances and electronics than home improvement hardware.

This is the closest Aliso gets to a downtown. My favorite spots are Wahoos, Nekter juice bar, Barnes and Nobles and the beautiful park area near the fountain. Parking can be difficult during prime time hours but its worth it considering how clean and convenient this center really is (grocery store, stellar restaurants and movie theater). Kid-friendly and super safe place to spend a few hours.

A good town center with a grocery store, 5 below, barnes&noble, cinema and restaurants with different types of food. my top favorites places to eat at are kanpai sushi and sattva. wish there were clothing shops! 🥹

The police will harass you if you stop for a moment and charge your phone. They made it clear, our kind was not welcome in their cuty. After first interaction and walking away, the police continued to attempt following me from the shopping center. Idk why i had broken no laws, was as polite as could be towards the bums, i recommend staying away from this area for any reason except dumping your trash off at Cota de Caza. There is a genuine interest that people with no lives take in whatever you are doing. Since most of them live life vicariously through their tv, everything you do will seem suspicious. Rather than investigate on their own, they prefer to peek out from the secirity of their safe place behind the windows blinds. And call the police whenever a gnat moves.

This is a great shopping center. Whether it was going to Barnes & Noble in my teenage years to get some peace and quiet, or going to a sold-out movie premier where my cool friend showed up without a ticket and all the girls in my group told me to scoot over to make room for him to sit next to them and then I wound up sitting on the crack between 2 seats and pouting all night, this shopping center has always been there to create and then dry my tears.

Took my husband in to get his teeth cleaned on the 22nd and have them look at a tooth that had been bothering him really bad they said it was due to his root canal done improperly. They said that he would need to come back so a specialist could take a look and that he could have it redone or extracted. They said they would provide a treatment plan via email within a day it has been days later now the 25th and we still have not received anything from them. We went to another dentist to get a second opinion since his pain was so bad. We found out that the pain was not due to the root canal but rather another tooth that had a huge abscess. The dentist pulled the tooth in the same appointment for a much lower price that had been mentioned by this dentist office. I dont recommend this place. Overpriced, not honest, no follow-up. Alli the front desk receptionist talked a lot and gave a lot of recommendations when she is not a licensed dentist herself and she was incorrect and the actual dentist Dr Kathy was also wrong in her assessment.

I came here this morning to check out the new farmers market and it was fantastic. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from along with other great products like honey, fresh baked bread, cold pressed juices, beef jerky and even breakfast burritos. You can definitely taste the difference between fresh produce from this farmers market compared to a grocery store. I will definitely be back.

I love this neighborhood shopping center because it has a variety of major and minor retail stores, restaurants, markets, and an Edwards theater, and there are always plenty of parking. During the summer months, they may have free music concerts in the adjacent park. The atmosphere is always calm and appealing. This location is my favorite place for my shopping needs and relaxation. Highly recommend.

The store is clean, organized. The shoes section is hit or miss, it is the game of chance to find the items you want from the home part of the store. I guess they are working as outlets for mismatch items. There often that they do not have enough staff at the registers to take care of the customers and you have to stand in line for while.

The Regal Cinemas are the perfect place to go and enjoy movies, comfy seats, good acoustics, kind staff, super yummy buttery popcorn, soft pretzels, and candy. Wonderfully respectful audience (we went to see NO SAFE SPACES) and there were no hostile hissings or booing. It was neither cold or hot, just perfect temperature. Theres a great variety of films to choose from, for all ages. Its very relaxing to go see movies at this Aliso Viejo Regal Cinemas!

Always liked Towncenter but hearing their property management is creating problems for those people struggling to find a safe place to sleep but doing nothing about the load, offensive group of teenagers that are there whenever i go there

It is slowly turning into a ghost town. This used to be a great hangout and meet up place. I hope city and owners will take action to make this the center of the town. It is still the most deadly parking lot in California that I know of. People that go there looking to shop at one of the markets or stores. Most of the people coming to the shop do not care about common courtesy when they are in a vehicle and others are walking to their cars. They drive extremely fast and will try to race you to the crosswalk so that they do not inconvenience theirselves I am so sorry to admit that I am also a human being do you want me to do the same as these other people the human race.

This is a great neighborhood mall with Ralphs grocery store, Pep Boys, Staples, TJ Max, Walgreens, CVS, and a few others. Also, about a block away is an Regal Movie theater within the area of big and small enjoyable restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

Theres souplantation and IHOP in this shopping center I like this location for souplantation the crew is very friendly and always on top of everything as far as attending the tables ans greeting customers. We live close by the Aliso Viejo Town Center. This Center is convenient it has Ralphs market and CVS its also close to the Regal Cinema 20. And if youre looking for places to eat Aliso Viejo Town Center has a variety of restaurants if you want something upscale opah restaurant is a little farther down and Stadium brewery is closer to the theaters however Luna Grill and Del Taco and the habit youll find a variety of businesses check it out
