Easy to get to off the hwy. Very quiet in the room, no road noise at all even though it’s right next to the hwy and a pretty busy road. The heated pool was nice. Overall I enjoyed our stay there. Will stay again in the future.
Our Thanksgiving trip to SoCal was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Location is very convenient. Very clean and inviting for most part. My second day of my stay seems like someone spill/crushed doritos in the middle of the hall close to my door and it stayed there for the duration of my stay. Bed could be a little more firm as it was a little sagging. Same for the sofa bed. Was fine in sofa mode though. Website showed a very nice golf course on site but looked to be a work in progress and going through a renovation. Friendly staff. Was very quiet even though it is next to a major highway. Ventilation in elevator is lacking and always very stuffy but is quick so not a long wait. All in all a great stay.
The hotel was old and well taken care of, quite beautiful. The rooms were large, with comfortable beds. The front desk was very pleasant. Breakfast was great. We didnt try the pool or the fitness room.
Nice hotel, nice people working there, very accommodating. Honestly, my only issue was the floors in the room being so sticky. I appreciate the hard floors, but we forgot slippers and noticed our socks were absolutely filthy the first night like the floors hadnt been cleaned well, only swept. The rest of the room was free of issues, but we had a hard time getting over the floors being sticky and so dirty.
Very nice property. I would definitely recommend it and will stay again, if the need arises. Bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. The free breakfast was also exceptional.
Definitely recommend this place. Its really clean! Things were pretty quiet during our stay. Doggy bags available which made the stay with our pet very convenient. There were free snacks too.Front desk staff was friendly and FAST.The area seemed fairly decent and safe. There are so many good restaurants nearby too. We went to Ginkgo Katsu which was also excellent.I will stay here again if I am in the area.
The hotel is very clean and close to the freeway. I was pleased that the noise from the freeway was not a problem at all. I gave three stars because I had requested a room on the top floor as well as a late checkout and neither were honored. We also requested to use the shuttle to take us less than two miles to the golf course near by which we were also told was not available. I tried to call the front desk and the phone button to connect to front desk was not working.
Overall, the experience was great! Very hospitable, clean. If I could improve on anything, it would be the air conditioner. It wasn’t working to full capacity.
No toothpaste not even for purchase, no extra blanket in the room, skimpy on the coffe products in the room. Room had a funny smell like mildew. Never stayed at a hotel that didnt have a basic amenities as toothpaste.. especially for a place that calls themselves suites..smh.. So many companies have lost touch with their customers, it generally boils down to profit and that it. The customer experience, work ethic, and pride in owning a business seems to be a thing of the past.. will never stay here again. I am a business owner myself 5 star rated we care about our customers experience.
Please do more to accommodate senior citizens by instructing the reservations clerks to determine if the senior citizen needs a room closer to the log-in desk or elevator. This makes it easier for someone with limited walking ability to get to their room. Also, it would help if clerks ask if you need help with the electronic key entry process. If someone is not familiar with the key entry, it can be confusing and frustrating. Thank you
With all honesty, one of the best stays I have had this year. I travel for work and this place accommodated me and my family due to it being summer and then traveling with me to my destination where my work called for very clean rooms very peaceful and the staff is by far very professional .Thank you once again, and I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
I had purchased a room through a 3rd party when I showed up they could not find my room so I had to buy another room and put a extra 100 for a deposit which I’m still waiting for it back. Now it being around 11:42 pm we finally get our room for the night. Overall tho the staff did try and help with the reservation issue and the hotel is nice.
Sylvia is friendly and knowledgeable of the hotel and surrounding areas. She engages every guest who walks into the lobby and, if there is an issue, deals with it immediately!!
Positive: That they were able to allow me to check in early in ADA room which was the only one available and not used from the night before. Negative: Towels were to small. Pillows would flatten when used over night. Ants started coming through around the air condition unit. Water pressure wasnt that strong in the shower. Could not find the fitness/gym room but was advertised that they had one.

Horrible experience due to rooms strong odor of cigarette which caused my asthma to flare up. Difficulty sleeping in room because of this factor. Stood by crack in window most of night.I had to give myself breathing treatment. The sink in kitchenette was not working. Front desk did not offer any relief for issues. Would not recommend this hotel was very dissatisfied. Was not really able use amenities canceled remainder of reservations and checked out next morning..Beakfast was okay there was a decent variety. Hair was found in eggs another guest brought it to workers attention who spooned out hair and surrounding eggs.

I couldnt believe the size of the room.It was huge.The bed was comfortable.Great blackout curtains.The breakfast is included, it was a basic breakfast.The area is quite. Less than a mile to stores, restaurants.Plenty of parking.Had a great stay.Definitely will stay again
Property and Suite was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable while watching the large screen DTV. Plenty of parking and freeway access with plenty of places to eat in the vicinity. Sylvia made my visit exceptional! She had that genuine kindness and experience which reminded me of European hotels, which I love so much. I will be back!
3rd time staying here and it’s great service and experience every time. The room this time was single king room with a sofa living area. Great size room on the second floor. If I had a complaint, It was right next to the elevator and you can hear the hum of the elevators when in use. I’m not complaining, great stay as always and the front desk supervisor who checked me in was very helpful.
My husband and I traveled to LA for our anniversary and werent sure where to stay and were overwhelmed with reviews and what to believe about certain places. This hotel was a great location for us, only half an hour from Disney. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. We were on the side that faces the highway (and the mountains!) so when we turned everything off to go to bed there was a little bit of noise from the highway, nothing crazy just the light woosh of passing cars, doesnt bother me as I use a sleep app w white noise but if it bothers you just ask to stay on the other side of the building. Did not get to try the breakfast so cannot comment there. Everything was great and would definitely stay again!
Small, cute place to stay. Personally I loved that, I don’t like walking down eternal hallways to get to my room. Breakfast was a huge variety, lots to choose from. Only complaint is there aren’t enough creamer options for my coffee! LolParking felt safe, entryway was well lit, great for those evenings coming back late. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! All I wanted was a nice, relaxing jetted bath. When we checked in, the bathroom had a bit of a strange odor, but it wasnt blatantly strong, We decided that maybe it was a lingering odor from a previous occupant. We were short on time, so we didnt complain. Later, I decided to relax in the tub. As I was soaking, the odor increased and what appeared to be several chunks of vomit floated out of the jets. Disgusting! In all my life, I have NEVER had a more sickening bath! We called the desk, she offered to move us. It was midnight, and we were tired, so we decided to just go to bed and no more baths or showers. We didnt eat breakfast because if the tub is kept like this, what about the food? When we left, we told management. The manager walked down to the room and said she smelled nothing, and we should have switched rooms. They gave us 25% off. That still doesnt change my mind to avoid the Ayres Hotel chain from now on. The manager had very poor customer service skills, but honestly, what could she really offer? I could NEVER be persuaded to go back. Hopefully, I dont get any illness, although Ive been nauseated since I left this morning. 😞Update: I did get sick with the worst diarrhea Ive ever had in my life. I was fine until I stayed here. 😞

The staff and manager on duty were extremely pleasant, and so kind. Highly recommend this place. Has been updated from pictures shown. The room was a king studio very spacious, clean, large bath tub and nice view. Breakfast was nice many selections, hot food, and clean. Also, they have a small happy hour Mon -Thurs for guest. The room was quite nice, lots of room and comfortable furnishings. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.Complimentary breakfast was great!Jacuzzi was on the fritz unfortunately and the low point was when our friends rental car was broken into and the ignition switch was compromised making the car unusable.
The room was spacious, the breakfast was perfect, and the lobby was a fun hangout spot. The only item we had an issue with was the A/C in the room, 328, which looked like an older model and the buttons were rubbed off. We set the A/C to low but it was blowing hot air. It was not easy to navigate.
The staff is very helpful especially Sylvia and Christy. Sylvia is very helpful, friendly, dependable. She knows the area so if you are looking for a place to eat, get coffee or shopping, shell give you several suggestions. I love it when I check in to the hotel, and I get to see her friendly face and greets you on entering.

The entire staff during our stay was incredible. They made it feel like a home away from home. We also utilized the available drinks for purchase every day which made us not need to make unnecessary runs to a grocery store, and the price point was extremely reasonable making it an easy choice. The morning and evening staff even got our typical order down during the short stay. It makes me wish this was a destination that we frequented more often, purely so we could stay here more but we will absolutely be staying here whenever we are in the area. Can this staff just be the staff at every hotel we stay at?! They seriously deserve all of the praise!!

Ive stayed at well over 100 hotels for business and pleasure, and my stay at the Ayres Suites of Diamond Bar was one of the best. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the appliances were clean and new-looking (if not new), and breakfast was delicious. For the money, I cant think of a better experience or value. Thank you!
Hello, this hotel is nice looking and in a nice area how ever it wasnt a great experience staying there. The roo. Was nice and big bit the remote was broken when we got there so I was a little afraid of getting charged for it. The toilet paper holder was broken, the bathtub was dirty it had black stains on it, the bathroom didnt look like it had been moped after the last guests, I wanted to go for a warm swim with my 3 year old but we couldnt because it had worms in it and I didnt want my little girl or me to step on them because that is gross. The free breakfast they have was decent the pancakes and potatoes was my favorite they were actually good expect for the coffee, that has to be by far the worst coffee I have ever had..they really need to get a different coffee brand for the rooms and breakfast bar, fix little broken things in the room and clean they pool more often to make it great again.

American-style hotel, although not very big, but the overall feeling is quite good., The parking lot is large, the breakfast is rich, and the sanitation is very good. The service staff are more friendly and enthusiastic. Will stay again next time.
Omg! I stepped outside of my comfort zone (im normally a Hilton girl). This place had rooms available and the price was right. I looked at the reviews and was like ok well give it a try. Well let me tell you it was beyond my expectations. Staff was very friendly when we checked in, room is very nice and was clean. The one thing I didnt like (but doesnt change my ratings) the shower pressure was really low, but the shower itself was really nice. I requested a disability room with 2 beds. Before we even got there they called us to tell us they didnt have a double disability room but they had a king with a sofa sleeper. The fact that they reached out before we got there was amazing, so that when we got there it was no surprises. They have complimentary breakfast which was extremely good. There was a lady in there making hot and fresh eggs, bacon, pancakes and fried potatoes. She was extremely nice and kept everything stocked for her to have been alone. I highly recommend this place and me and my family will definitely stay here again when visiting LA.
Room is mostly clean and modern looking. walls were very thin or something because i could hear everything. We were at the end of the hall and heard the door shutting and opening constantly. Also the rooms smell fine but the hallways smell very bad. Location is nice and no sign of bugs so overall a good stay.
Sylvia was wonderful! She helped me navigate a very confusing third-party booking. I was delighted to meet her face to face once I checked in! She gave excellent recommendations for places to eat at the beach and was just so very warm and welcoming! She represents the true meaning of hospitality! The other staff members that came on shift after Sylvia were also sweet, helpful, and very accommodating! You have a fantastic staff, so keep up the great work!
We have stayed at this hotel many times. Generally it is clean and quiet and comfortable. Sadly, this last time we were in a room which had a very offensive smell. It smelled as if someone had been smoking in there, even though this is a non-smoking hotel. We were in this room for nights and the smell never dissipated at all. Also, there were a number of places in the bathroom where mold was showing in the grout next to the tiles. This room was not at all up to the standards we had experienced in the past.
From start to finish my recent stay was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful offering options to my needs. Breakfast was very good, a great start to the day. The room was one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in.
Room smelled mildewy. Pool was unappealing. Fitness room was a joke. Breakfast was so-so and there were no Gluten Free bread options which I needed. Counter staff were not helpful and breakfast servers were rude. But, beds were super comfortable and very clean and I did appreciate the fresh fruit. I would stay here again.
Clean. Friendly staff. Good (included with stay) breakfast. Free parking. Safe area + great location.Took a trip to Disneyland and did not want to spend a lot on a Disneyland hotel so we opted for this one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great continental breakfast and the fact that it was free with our stay made it taste even better. It is about a 25 minute drive to Disneyland, but I would definitely stay here again. It’s also close to a target and In n out for any last minute items your forgot to pack or a last dinner.

Beautiful and welcoming lobby. Attentive, informed, helpful, generous, and friendly staff. Peaceful rooms, restful spaces. Bring earplugs if the low whir of freeway traffic bothers you. Temperature controlled by guest. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast is outdated. It looked like a lot of effort for unappetizing offerings. Some trays of beautiful cinnamon rolls or croissants or muffins that arent hard, plus a variety of grab and go fruit would have been better than what was offered. And maybe less expensive and result in less waste. EVERYONE loves a really good pastry. :) The hard-boiled eggs are a great idea, and I dont always see that. The oatmeal was a vat of oats sunk to the bottom of a whole lot of murky water. Im sure it would have tasted fine, but again, it was just unappetizing to try. The lineup of breads and cereal, I dont know, it just didnt match the quality everywhere else in the hotel. I do travel a lot. Im a simple person, and I dont require much, but I walked out of the breakfast area with one hard-boiled egg and a bowl of cut up, mixed fruit that I didnt want and ended up not eating. But thank you so much for everything else! I WILL stay again! :) Fantastic staff, restful rooms, fair/affordable price.
The hotel was clean, quiet and the desk folks were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again when in the area. Also, the breakfast with a real cook and fresh eggs is way better than breakfasts at most hotels.
The service culture within this hotel is fantastic. I had an issue with my room upon check in and we all know things do happen from time to time. What sets this hotel apart from the others in the market is how they recovered from the issue. Each team member showed a “genuine” concern about my issue. It was communicated to leadership and “leadership” responded and they did so personally. The issue was resolved in a timely manner and done so professionally. They owned the error and made it right for me as the customer. Bravo to this team and their leadership as they are truly mastering the art of hospitality. I will return despite my check in issue because the entire team cared.
Nice place. Nice isolated location still near freeway and restaurants. Room was clean and not too pricey. Parking was easy and services were good. Gym was small and while you could work out here if you had no other option it is extremely small and limited. Dumbells go up to 50 lbs, one bench, and some cardio stuff. Gym room was nice and fresh with water and towels available. Probably the smallest hotel gym Ive been to but at least theres a gym. Room itself was great.
Emily was absolutely amazing! She was so kind & helpful when I called close to midnight looking for a room that was pet friendly. I had called over 10 other hotels looking for a room and everywhere was sold out. When I called Ayres Diamond Bar, Emily picked up the phone and assisted me with booking their very last room. So grateful for her patience. The room was perfect, I wish I needed to stay longer than just one night. Thank you Emily for helping a tired traveler on her way back to Mammoth Lakes find a place to rest. This property is perfectly located near multiple freeway entrances & is easily accessible from all directions. Dont forget to stop by breakfast in the mornings, just follow the smell of waffles.Thank you Ayres Diamond Bar!

The hotel is very well kept, clean, large space, 4 stars hotel, professional staff. Breakfast buffet is simple standard, but the food is well made.
Location very close to residential area.Quiet and safe.plenty of parking lots.Old smell room and bedding.Nice to have a microwave and an empty small refrigerator as well as a sink, which makes it easy to make quick meals.Breakfast is included, but the chef will teach you---- dont use the same clip for different food!, although he forgot to put the clip on some dishes.
In the online ammenties. It clearly says Free Full Breakfast Buffet. But obviously thats false advertising. The cook says rudely and loudly wheres your ticket??!!! and theres no seconds and it not a buffet!! Next morning forgot to bring breakfast ticket and again loudly saying I told you already!!!! I decided Im not going to be embarrassed and yelled at again. Not surprised, there was already someone else complaining about the same thing. Wow I didnt pay over $200 a night for this kind of treatment.
Positive: Staff was very helpful. Manager went above and beyond In two different situations. We were very appreciative. Negative: The room smelled old, and previous people that stayed there had smoked in room and we could smell it in air conditioner and in the bathroom fan.
The hotel was clean, costumer service was great. However our hotel room was 237 it was close to the elevator and there was some type of large party traveling together and they were so loud running up and down the hall, playing music, and talking/ yelling. It made it hard to unwind and relax.
Very nice Hotel, with free breakfast in the morning, they have scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes 🥞, fried potatoes, fruit and coffee. Best sleep during my vacation.
I have never had a better stay for this length of time. I needed to be there 10 days which made me a bit anxious but every day they got it right. Clean room. Very spacious. Everything worked as it was suppose to. Trash always handled. Exercise room with cold water cooler. Ice machineon each floor. Pool thats actually heated. Not super warm but still nice. It is clear that the staff here take pride in there jobs because everything was always clean and put away. Breakfast was always plentiful. Eggs, bacon, sausage, English muffins, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk...ect. I dont think Ive ever been so comfortable away from home for so long. A special shout out to the ladies that checked me in. I really did feel welcomed which started me off on the right vibe. Too many hotels miss the mark with that. Thanks guys!
The property was clean and things worked pretty well, but....The issue was the breakfast area. There was no encouragement (signage) to induce people to sterilize their hands before serving themselves with food. In fact, only after 10 consecutive days of being there, I noticed that there was a dispenser with hand sanitizer in the premises. In spite of my carefulness, I contracted Covid-19 while in the hotel. This was verified in the very last day. Hand sanitizing should have been suggested and enforced before anyone would serve themselves from the buffet breakfast. Apart from this experience, I find no fault with the hotel. The hotel is right beside a busy freeway, but the noise levels were acceptable, it was clean and the breakfast was acceptable. I cannot find fault with it. Subsequently to posting this review, the manager of the hotel contacted me informing me that changes would be coming in the near future to address this situation. I wish there was another method to improve things without having to resort to posting a not so positive review.
Friendly, helpful staff who greeted us with a smile when we first arrived. Beds were comfortable...and FINALLY!!!! a hotel with a real bathtub.We would be excited to stay again here--we do wish you had a room option with a king + a sleeper sofa to be able to sleep little kids with two grumpy grown-ups. Other than that, a great experience.
The only issue I had was I did not know how to work the heater. I did not call to ask. Im sure I would have been helped but it was so late when I returned. Besides, I already received a replacement key because I locked my key in the room and I didnt want to ask for anything else. They were so nice here I cant wait to book again. Thank you
It is a quiet and peaceful place for what I feel at this place for my couple days stay, the room is in good shape and good size for two, it is clean and bed is comfortable, the only complaint is that the water faucet design is not very pleasant to me, the faucet stick out a lot that make very inconvenient to use, they should change these old style faucets, also bcz the sink is so small and you place a long head of faucet in there just make you so not handy! Also the water pressure is so low, I feel so mad every time use it! Same as little kitchen sink! Please turn up the water flow! Other than that it is pretty good place to stay.
It was our first time with Ayres; happy with the choice. Very clean with good service. We were in California at the end of July with hot weather in 90F range, the AC was working well with no issue. The hotel is near Target, and several restaurants nearby (need to drive) and highway to get around town.Improvements,a. Need 2nd chair in the room. It is inconvenient to sit on bed for a cup of tea while family member is working/using the only chair.b. Alternate breakfast choice, it is very much the same during our stay.c. There is an exercise room; however, it is small. It would fit 3 people the most at a time.Regardless of improvements to make, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! Highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay for my friends wedding!! The room was perfect and the entire staff were so helpful, I cannot stress that enough!!!The hotel has a great pool and laundry on every floor. Even the gym looked good although I didn’t get to use it.The team at the front desk helped me get my lost phone back from a cab and even helped get me a cab to the airport last minute to make my flight!!!Above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Beatriz and Justin!! Thank you guys so much!!I will definitely be coming back to stay here!!
Where do I even start at this location? I booked a block booking for my wedding and the day of the wedding. Everything was a mess. My guest returned to a flooded room and one of the hotel reps sent my guest into a different room that was registered under a different guest without our knowledge. When we contacted the front desk they said that both of the guests will be charged for both rooms. The supervisor working at that time handled the situation poorly, ruining our wedding day. The only reason they got one star is that the manager was able to take care of and accommodate their pricing for the mess that it created. My only concern with the hotel at this point is safety. Why would you send one of our guests to our other guest room without checking in with the owner of the room at that moment and putting their security at risk?
My whole stay was great will be back didnt have time to use the pool or the gym. The bed was very comfortable.
This is a really nice Hotel. Its pretty modern, the rooms look great and up to date. The breakfast offered a lot of options and the staff is wonderful. We had a great experience using this Hotel and we will be back on our next trip to the area.
The breakfast was delicious! I would rate the room a 8 out of 10. In room 113 the air conditioning was making a noise like rain hitting the window. It was loud enough to keep me up in the morning.
Theyre doing some remodeling, which is great because this is a lovely hotel and with a bit of an upgrade will be even better. We stayed in an ADA room and it had great features, but it has not yet been remodeled and the carpet was... Gross. The amenities include a shower with a bench, grab bars in the potty, wider doorways, lower switches, and it had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast was also included in our stay. I wish theyd had gloves at the buffet line, or staff to serve guests the choices. Its been awhile since I touched the spoon that who knows how many other people have touched that morning. Theres plenty of parking. I felt safe, and while theres a highway right there, I couldnt hear the noise inside. The staff was all friendly.
The good: Good location for where we needed to be. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly. Housekeeping staff were super friendly and attentive. The not so good: Lighting in the bathroom was too dark. Recommend putting in brighter lights to avoid accidental falls. Serious safety issue in F&B when asked for my room number AND last name. This should be against hotel policy as most chains updated policies back in 2016. Please update your policy or train your F&B staff if your policy has already been updated to the proper standards. While there is a no smoking policy there were clearly guests on the second floor smoking marijuana which made the entire floor stink and had my children been with me I would have changed hotels. My sister and I were there to attend our brothers funeral and I did not have the capacity to deal with changing hotel rooms. There was no ironing board in our room but was resolved quickly when I called the Front Desk. The pipes squeal so when people around us were getting up at 5am, we were awoken to the high pitch sounds.
Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! We had a late check-in (about 11pm) and she made the process as easy as possible. The parking is also very convenient. Will definitely stay again next time were in the area.

Me & my kids stayed just for one night but we enjoyed our night very much. Our room was very nice & the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was also very good as well
We would stay here again. We were trying to get away from the big name hotels and support a family-owned business. We did enjoy our stay. The room was quiet and spacious and the bed was not bad. The room was very clean and comfortable. I guess the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is for an awkward moment at breakfast. We thought it was a buffet breakfast so my husband who is an avid runner, came back from his run and had breakfast. He asked for more eggs and was told it was only 1 plate per person, the lady then proceeded to give him more eggs but in a hesitant way. The next morning another family asked for a second helping of food and was told the same by another employee with the same hesitant attitude. There should be a sign displayed that says only 1 plate per person, or there should be an option to pay for breakfast for those who want another plate. For such a nicely decorated hotel, it was just very awkward to have that experience. With that being said, everything else was good. We will look to stay here or other Ayers hotels again. Thank you
Amazing front desk crew. So friendly. The room had a slightly weird smell when we first arrived, stale, but after some air circulated it was fine. Bathroom light was super dim and scary. But it was a huge room and great value!
Great place, reasonable rates. Free parking is a bonus. Loud hwy nearby but they constructed building well and double glass really works.
Close to area I wanted to visit. Too bad they no longer offer complimentary breakfast.

The room was clean, and everything was as expected. Promotional pricing made the room very affordable. I appreciate the charging stations for Teslas, although one station was broken, and that parking was free.It was close to Pomona College (18 mins drive), which is why we traveled there in the first place. There is also a Tesla Supercharger within a mile of the hotel. The only hiccup during our stay was that the breakfast had no plant-based options besides cut fruit- even the pancakes contained milk/egg, which I had to verify with two different staff members. Perhaps oatmeal, english muffins, and offer alternative milk, such as soy or oat.

The hotel was excellent, it was about an hour away from my actual destination I needed to be at. And an hour away from Los Angeles which put me right in the middle of what I needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was a delight as well as the pillows, it took mere minutes to fall asleep both nights I stayed. The free breakfast was also very nice in the morning before I headed out. My room key didnt work my last night I was there, the overnight associate said sometimes that happens when the room key is near your phone, which it was so he activated a new key for me. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much, I come to California about every 2 months or so and I will defintely stay again. Thank you
Recently we stayed here for few days. The rooms are nice and clean. There is lot of renovation is happening. We heard construction noise during morning hours. That is frustrating. The food is quite normal. We learnt that chef cooks special cheese egg but declined to our request on one of the day. He is a military grade Chef. He tracks what you take in your plate. On one of the day, we asked for cheese egg(special) but he declined to provide extra egg because we already had scrambled egg.
If I had more than two thumbs they would all be up!!! This place is great, I travel all over the west side of United States and the place is by far my favorite! The rooms are very very clean, still doing house keeping in the times. They are much nicer rooms in comparison to other places. The front desk is very helpful. Sylvia is very pleasant and kind when you check in and anytime you need something she goes out of her way to make your stay amazing! They are still serving a breakfast and it is a great start to every morning. Their coffee rocks also. Parking is good even for my large mechanics truck and they monitor the parking lot for your vehicle security. I could go on and on how great it is here, but you should come check it out yourself. You will not be disappointed!
Stayed here August 2-7, 2022We choose this location as it was 30mins to Angeles of Anaheim Ball Park and 45mins to Dodger Stadium. This allowed us not to move hotels for either team and avoid the LA traffic on a constant basis (We still hit it all the time, its LA). Easy access to the freeways.That being said, we were away from things, but so close to things. It really was a perfect In-between spot. The hotel is super clean and well kept, the laundry (self-service was perfect), front desk was more then helpful on all occasions.Id stay here again or if Ayres is like this across the board, i would stay at another property.Overall really great, price for 5 nights in the Anaheim/LA area was more then affordable.
It was a good vibe right when I got there. The Employees were really nice. The cooks could have been a little nicer. Overall they were nice workers. The Beds were clean, TV worked, Shower was easy to use. Honestly if the prices were a little better, Id give this place a perfect score!
Nice hotel in a beautiful and safe quiet area. Room was very clean. If youre visiting LA, this is the place to stay! It is close enough but missing the negative elements of the city.
Pleasant stay for the week. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Having a microwave and fridge was great so I can heat up leftover takeout food. WiFi was strong and never lost connection as I had to work a few days. The breakfast was great and good selections to have. Staff was friendly and ample parking. Some minor cons like very dim lighting in the shower, bathroom faucet was a slow drip while the wet bar faucet was strong running water, and the room air conditioner remote was confusing to use. It worked on and off throughout my week there. But overall a great stay and will definitely stay there again when I return.

Stayed three days pleasant time there. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. It was great to have a microwave and fridge in the room to heat up leftover takeout food. The room was facing the golf course and freeway but with the windows closed, you couldnt hear any outside noise.Pros: spacious room, comfortable bed, hot showers and nice water pressure, quiet hotel, strong WiFi connection, friendly staff, ample parking, breakfast included with stay.Cons: the shower room light was a little dim, it could-of been brighter as the wife had to leave the door open for more lighting. The room air conditioner worked well compared to other hotel air units. The stay was great and I would stay here again . The location was centrally located for our needs.

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere along with wonderful accommodations such as dog friendly. Rooms were clean. The area is a nice area. We even got to see a few rabbits in the golf course which was a treat as well. The pool was open and warm so we were able to enjoy it during pm hours. It may need more space for larger crowds of people. Im not sure how many people use it but kinda small for the 3 story hotel. Maybe a second pool will be needed if full hotel. Just thinking for the sake of business you may want to add another pool.Kids wanted waffles and pancakes were served. Maybe due to covid, food was served cafeteria style, except coffee, oatmeal, fruit, juice. Thats understandable and thank you for the safety concern. The coffee was excellent. Waffle maker whole be a treat for the kids but I know it causes a delay due to long lines for the waffles cooking time.(5-10 minutes). The potatoes were small size and so it may caused them to be dryer. Maybe hash-brown would do better because they can toast evenly. I may have not noticed statement of $100.00 deposit that will be returned to my account in 5 days later. Please assure that online reservations are aware of it. I was not till end of transaction when I saw my bank account. Since I have credit limit available I have no issues but for others that maybe an issue. I normally never rate a place but Im doing so because I really liked this location and just want to give a feedback....I do want to come back.I will recommend this location and come back again.Rose
I booked for 1 room for my 3 guests. I was given a breakfast voucher that states good for 4 people. When it was time for my 3 guests to have breakfast, the hotel turned disallowed my 3rd guest not to eat. I’m clearly disappointed. Another thing, one of the guests was an elderly, the room was provided was located at the farthest end of the building. I’m clearly disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The Ayers Suites Diamond Bar hotel staff are helpful, the hotel is well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast-time staff keep the area clean and well-stocked. Even though our room faced the freeway, with what appeared to be triple-paned windows and the curtains closed, the noise was greatly reduced. If we are in the area again, we would chose to stay at Ayers Suites.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Ayres. Great central location to explore Los Angeles. You supplied a great breakfast every morning. We missed having a pair of comfortable sitting chairs. The hot tub needs thorough cleaning to avoid scum.

Room has a large desk & comfortable chair for working, plenty of space for your clothes, free parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast, laundry, pool and much more. Staff is helpful, professional and pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located at one end of Diamond Bar golf course and next to freeway 57 and 60 intertwined. The room I stayed in was roomy and had a good view. Staff was friendly and useful; once quickly verified and made me another keycard when I accidentally left my wallet with all keycards in the room. The dining room was clean and served good complimentary breakfast. There was plenty of room for free parking.
Our car had broken down on drive back to Vegas and was at Firestone repair up street on Grand. We were stranded!, but had an exceptional vacation stay at your lovely hotel while we waited to be rescued. I would HIGHLY recommend Ayres Suites.
Everything was perfect during my familys stay. We decided to attend Ayres Suites in Diamond Bar after experiencing bad service at a different hotel.Ayres Suites is by far the cleanest! From the beds, to the bathroom, to the flooring! The attention to detail is a 10. Customer service was amazing, the employees and front desk were so welcoming and helpful. We mostly attended for the pool, which was serviced and maintained during our stay, it was definitely heated as it described and was steady clean.The breakfast was a 10 as well. Many different options to choose from. The cook/server was a very friendly male who offered great customer service. I will definitely be a guest way more often.
This was my second time staying at Ayres Suite Diamond Bar location. The overall experience was great. Staffs were friendly and neighborhood is safe and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

Everyone at the front desk was exceptional and personalized our stay with warm greetings each time they would see us. The property was undergoing some updates, but this never caused any inconvenience to us. Each time we make our trips to the area we will surely book our stay at the Ayres!
Absolutely loved this hotel! I think Ayres may be a new favorite. Hotel faces a very major road but it was so quiet in the room. Everything was so nice and clean. The room was well-appointed and I very much appreciated the HVAC unit in the room. It had all kinds of settings (and a fan!) and kept our room so wonderfully chilly at night.Breakfast was a hot buffet served by an employee. It was so nicely done!
Friendly, professional staff. Room was clean and nice, with all amenities I needed. Breakfast included which was convenient. Only issue was room temp, which I could not figure out how to decrease (but only felt a little warm early in the morning). Not a big deal.Overall very nice, clean, good location and great staff!! The hotel was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave and a nice sized closet with a full body mirror on the closet door and within the room. I loooooooved the full body mirror. I really liked the bar counter in the room with the sink. The carpet in the room can use some updating but overall I liked the room and hotel. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well.
Ayres Hotel is still very good here, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room is relatively not too small, the hygiene is OK, and the room service is also good. good.
My mother in law came here and got sick from what was a piece of vomit in the jets of the tub and now she is not feeling well after staying there for a night, the cleaning here needs to be more thorough. Do better please so no one else gets sick either
The hotel has some renovations going on, but I have never been disturbed by any of it. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is amazingly good. And they have a happy hour Monday thru Thursday from 5 to 7. The only knock I have is that you dont have any movie channels.
Staff was very friendly. Hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained. Shower was wonderful. Nice pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good: eggs bacon cereals, etc. Hot tub was very nice. My only gripe was the HVAC is controlled by a complicated remote.
I stayed here because the business I work for booked the room block. Check in was a B. Effiecient but not friendly. The room was a C due to the non functioning climate control. My truck was vandalized by thieves cutting the catalitic converters out. Police were called and a report filed. Only a cursery glance at the camera feed and no apologises offered from front desk staff..
This is the first time we stay at Ares Suites, our experience was exceptional. I brought 3 friend along with me and they as well as I were pleasantly impressed.
Nice clean hotel and the desk personnel were fantastic! We only stayed 1 night and couldnt take advantage of everything this property has to offer but did have the complimentary buffet breakfast. Not too bad. I would definitely recommend this property.
I got bit by something both nights there on my arms. Legs, and under my chin! Also my pillows has to be changes when I 1st arrived, because one of them had a hair on it. Not the cleanest cleanest experience. It had a strong smell, I had to open the windows to air it out, only to fear birds may fly into the high level because they had no screens on the windows. Smh..

Stay here during the 4th of July staff was always polite and it was quiet and clean they do serve breakfast in the morning which I did not take part in because I leave early in the mornings. Also return a second time front desk help was not satisfactory with the male Asian clerk in the month of September 2021. My bathroom light was entirely too dim and I stayed a week had to call too many times for toilet paper which irritated me. I think the policy need to be change for hotel cleaning. You should not have to pay for service of cleaning a room at a hotel, this is their responsibility to keep the place clean and in order I do not think I will return, but the place was quite and I did sleep well.
I travel a lot for work so I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I must say this was one of the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Even though there was some construction going on in 2nd floor and elevator, the hotel was still kept very clean and free from hazards. Complimentary breakfast was better than in a lot of other hotels. The only downside was the fact that I was in room 219 and there is a big bright light right outside the window that made it very hard to sleep. The curtains do not close all the way and are only there for decorative purposes and dont block out the light. If it wasnt because of that, I would have given this hotel a perfect score.

We were very impressed with how spacious the room is. All area looks clean. Plenty of parking space and staff at front desk are friendly. There are a couple things that we didnt like though: (1) when we arrived at our room #322, the ceiling cover (in the hallway) right outside our door is missing. There must have been some maintenance going on but it was not a pleasant sight to see the exposed stuff on the ceiling right on top of our heads when we went in and out of our room. (2) the water flow of the bathroom sinks faucet is ridiculously slow! I understand you might want to save water usage, but it was just way too slow!
We love how classy the furniture is and the style of the Ayres. The staff is amazing and personally answered my questions. They helped me book the king room with the jacuzzi tub for my husbands birthday. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The view of the golf course is very green and peaceful. The breakfast was substantial and freshly made.One improvement requested: please provide a better media selection such as Amazon Prime or Netflix, or some other movie availability.
It was a nice stay. Only a 4 because the air-conditioner was hard to figure out and operate. We could not keep the room a consistent temp. It was either too hot or cold. Also, the TV was not convenient. The channels dont show what is playing and you have to start over every time you want to change a channel.
Very nice staff. Great rooms with nice amenities...marble floors, high ceilings, easy free parking, great breakfast with real food and in-room coffee. Really nice and right off the freeway which is essential in the So Cal area.They even lend (gave!) me a iphone charger cord. So nice of them. Highly recommend this location!
Ayres has been amazing to my girlfriend and I. This is our second stay here and felt just as good as the last. Shout out to Sylvie for always extending the best service! she helped give us a bit of a late check out but we ended up extending our stay a few days more. She was great with giving us the long stay package to add on to our current reservation. Some feedback would be to change the lighting inside the room to a bit more cooler than warmer, check some of the appliances like the coffee maker and the iron (both were broken) and extend social hour. The gym itself was missing a good chunk of weights as well as the bench was broken. Lastly, breakfast was great but needs some variety. Switch the pancakes to waffles every other day and possible some vegan stuff. Other than that, the Ayres hotel will always be my go to spot for my home away from home.

Of course the best was Beatrice, as always. How you are able to find employees that are professional, helpful, and so friendly is amazing. Beatrice is only one shining example of how good staff is at this hotel. Thank you for providing a home away from home atmosphere, as well as making all your guests feel special. What I liked the most was how clean the room was, the bed and restroom.There was no hair dryer in the room and the front desk took care of it really quick and provided one. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.
We just loved it here the rooms are fantastically beautiful and bigger than most we got a jet tub omg just amazing. The ladys in front know a thing or two about customer service and literally were waiting on my arrival with welcoming smiles and a humble welcome. They had me checked in within minutes and I was able to immediately unpack. They honestly made our stay welcoming, inviting and well worthwhile. Nice hotel, friendly people and breakfast was really good and lots of items. Room was clean. Our remote for the thermostat was missing batteries but someone came right away with new ones. Id go back to check out more!
The Hotel was nice, clean & for the most of the time very quite. However, other than breakfast which had only 2 choices. Scrambled Eggs or Pancakes) There is no other food options at any other time of the day.- Coffee or tea in the afternoon with Ubering to get one would have been a nice but not offered.- Did not know there is a fitness area till I received this review. Other than 1 particular employee the staff was great, the house keeping crew was non intrusive, polite and quick.
I sure would have appreciated some notification that the windows opened 5 inches. We would have been much more comfortable. Even with the AC set to 66 still too warm and stuffy.Really enjoyed the breakfast. We have some advice. Someone needs to improve the method of making oatmeal. It looked like oatmeal flakes floating in water. We LOVE oatmeal. My husband checked it everyday and still oatmeal flakes floating in water. ugh. oh well.Front desk as always there as we passed by. Everyone very friendly and helpful.
The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Our room was attractive, clean and had a nice view of the golf course. The breakfasts were terrific and there was quite a selection. The hotel is located conveniently to several thruways. And finally, all of this is provided at a reasonable cost.
Clean, spacious rooms and good hot breakfast. I love the EV parking option just wish you had more stalls. Would have given a 5 but the remote which controls the HVAC is super confusing. Even the hotel staff was unable to figure it out. Unfortunately my room didn’t have the “cheat sheet”. Overall, great accommodations for the price. Bed is comfy plus, fridge and microwave in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: I was treated with disdained because of my race. Not a good individual hotel. I was lied to and hated on as soon as I walked in.They didnt want me there and Im a professional. Negative: The front lobby staff manager, kitchen and maid staff.
We, as well as all of our guests, had a wonderful experience with Ayres Suites Diamond Bar! I decided to use Ayres DB as the hotel for our out-of-town guests due to its location at both our wedding ceremony and our wedding reception. The location was also conveniently located next to primary and secondary thoroughfares that allowed our guests with cars easy access around town. Service was professional and friendly! The only thing that I personally had difficulties with was phoning the front desk within the hotel. I called the front desk twice in succession to inquire about breakfast hours and no one answered (I also missed breakfast because of this incident). Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and experience! Thank you again!

The hotel was very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. We had some very loud neighbors that were partying until midnight, but I know thats not something that can be prevented. Also, the breakfast was fantastic, EXCEPT for the fact that you couldnt heat anything up. Yes, they kept the food in hot dishes, but my husband likes his butter to melt over the waffles. He would have liked to stick them in the microwave.
Perhaps it was because we were on the third floor but the plumbing in our room was subpar. The faucets water came out in a trickle, the toilet didnt flush well, and the tank didnt fill up very quickly. I think they sent a maintenance man into our room while we were gone but I didnt notice much improvement with the toilet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the situation with the bathroom didnt impress us much at all.
The ambiance and overall hotel common area was very nice. The room suited our needs, two beds, and a shower. There were no frills within the room and there was a slight musty odor. The plus was that it was extremely economical, free breakfast, free parking, safe area. I would definitely stay here if I needed a place to lay my head down.

Very nice room, very clean and very quiet. the beds were too soft (well used). The coffee maker did not work (missing parts), the refrigerator was a freezer. everything frozen that was put in there. The breakfast could have been a bit better.
I loved my stay here. The kitchenette area was awesome. Perfect place to mix drinks and keep them cold. Perfect size fridge.
A room of $159 per night for Thursday (not weekend) has only 1 chair. No sofa bed to sit to watch TV. Pretty old facilities. The 1st floor room has some smell when first open the door. Request for a change. But the girl of the front desk simply rejected it rudely. Definitely not worth the money.
This hotel is clean and has a decent warm breakfast. I found that the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance persons not so much. There was some form of construction during our visit here and carpet cleaning at the same time. It was very busy with workers and loud vacuum operated cleaning machine. I would have like to have gotten more sleep, but due to the noise this was difficult. 3 stars reflects the good and bad averaged.

We are at the start of a few nights at this hotel and the initial impressions are good. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, including two full length mirrors, which is important for those more attractive than me. Breakfast seems good, although the weekday cutoff at 9am appears rigidly enforced, suggesting the hotel is geared towards business rather than vacation. We have yet to explore the pool, but are assured it is heated. There is a guest laundry but one washer and one dryer must surely lead to problems from time to time at what is a reasonably large hotel. Cookies at reception in the evening and a friendly staff presentation on arrival created an excellent impression. Nothing to be critical of.
The staff and hospitality was wonderful. The 5-7pm social really made you feel appreciated as a guest. They have free drink and snacks! The front desk staff was extremely cheerful and made my whole family feel cared for! The rooms were very large and extremely clean. The beds were a little too firm for me, but my overall experience was extremely positive!
Everyone and everything is amazing here. Ive been looking rooms in the past few weeks and this hotel has every other motel Ive booked so far as the best in my opinion. The breakfast isnt continental... Its an actual hot breakfast. I feel like Im having breakfast at a restaurant. The pool is heated, the jacuzzi was relaxing Thanks Ayres for making mine and my daughters and sons experience a great one. Well definitely be back soon.
This is a great hotel in Diamond Bar. We only did an overnight but the ample parking, close to the freeway and large rooms are all a comfort in our travels. We will stay again.
I cant say enough about this hotel. Its quiet, serves a nice breakfast in the morning, has a pool and jacuzzi and a wonderful happy hour. I mention the breakfast and happy hour because so many hotels arent really serving anything right now because of Covid. The staff is professional and very helpful.

Only a 1 night stay this time. I honestly never hesitate to book with Ayres if within the proximity of my destination because of the price point and level of service I have received thus far. But most importantly the accommodations are clean. However, on this visit as soon as I walked off the elevator the hallway smelled musty and so did our room. Also the bathtub floor was dirty. Not very comfortable to shower knowing the tub is not being scrubbed after every guest. Thats why not 5 out of 4 otherwise would give you 5 stars. I understand wear on hotels and all the guest that come through. I pay this price per night just for the cleanliness that you offer. Other wise would stay at a cheaper accommodation.
Overall the stay was great. Sylvia at the reception desk was very friendly and front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast was nice and there was adequate supply of towels in the bathroom. I have just a couple of suggestions regarding the room itself. We did find leftover food in the frig. that had not been removed by housekeeping. There needs to be another chair in the room for additional seating, water pressure seemed a little low and the grout in the tub had some nasty areas that needed repair. These are small things in the scheme of things. We would stay at the Ayres Suites again.
We stayed here for majority of stay in LA. This place is the absolute best. Very underpriced for what you get.- The best costumer service (Adrian was awesome, literally helped me plan my trip)- Amazing fresh breakfast- Room are huge and smell so fresh- All major view points are less then 45 minutes away- Disneyland is very nearI cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for making our trip better.I booked a total of 11 nights amongst 3 family, 0 issues.
An unexpected gem of a hotel!A hotel perched between 2 major freeways had us concerned, but everything about the Ayres Hotel in Diamond Bar shattered our expectations. Despite the location our first floor room was quieter than a 10th floor room in many urban hotels. The room was cavernous, with a King sized bed, a full sized comfortable sofa, a full sized working desk and accompanying work chair, refrigerator, microwave, and sink, and still plenty of room so that another bed could easily have been put into the room. The bathroom was clean, and even had a whirlpool bathtub. The breakfast room was spacious, with tables far apart, so in these COVID times we felt safe eating in public over 10 feet away from the next table. They had a full American style breakfast with a variety of offerings including hot scrambled eggs, sausages, taters, yogurt, muffin, cereals, breads, coffees and teas, fresh fruit, and more. The kind of huge buffet that makes other countries shake their heads about Americans! And every staff member, from the clerk who checked us in at 11:15 pm to the cleaning staff and cooks, to the manager Beatriz, was friendly. This hotel is a jewel!
I cannot thank enough the staff of this hotel, I forgot a extra purse i had on me during this trip in my room, 2 later after our check out, we received a call from the amazingly honest receptionist to remind us about our left behind stuff .really appreciate the honesty and the integrity of the staff .

Check the real rating on YELP.My first time ever having to deal with unprofessional staff. We started by calling the front desk about getting someone to change our bedsheets because we found a blood stain or a brown poo stain on the mattress cover sheet. The person at the front desk was ok and told us she was going to send someone. Afterwards, we wait a good 10 mins at 11 pm and no one shows up. One of the staff members walked by, I don’t know his name but he was super rude to my wife after us asking for a “bed sheet”. He then rudely asks my wife for the size of the sheet asking “queen! Or king!?”. She was unsure and said a double and he responded rudely to her saying… “Then it’s a queen!” unbelievable!! After this, he gives my wife a blanket cover sheet (not what I needed). I was so furious the way he spoke to my wife that I went to the front to deal with this because she clearly didn’t communicate this to anyone and I didn’t want anyone else to come and disturb us because we were still angry. I ended up telling the front desk not to send anyone anymore we were given the wrong sheets and will just have the cleaners come tomorrow to change the sheets. He was there next to her for the longest time and responds by saying “that’s not what you asked for!”. Situations like this would have one simple solution, an apology.. everything would have been fine! Is it really that hard? What’s the point of working in the customer service industry and not know the first thing about customer service!!!
We liked our welcome by Emanuel on Christmas Eve. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Liked the bedding. Felt like everything was clean. We stayed here in the past and we will return again. Only complaint is the buffet breakfast. Really appreciate the hot food. Made right in front of you! Scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage. Hot oatmeal. Toast. But... the pancakes get steamed to stay warm and the sausage too. So they come out chewy. Not appealing. Again, it is really nice to have a warm breakfast included
The room is nice enough, and the staff are friendly. I appreciate the breakfast, and the happy hour in the evening as well as the free cookies. All nice touches that set this hotel apart from the others in the area.The replacement remote for the television is garbage, which is annoying, the pillows are terrible, the bed is fine. The water pressure in the bath is extremely low. Took 30 minutes to fill the tub.Overall, this is a good place to stay, but there is room for improvement.
Love the 12 noon checkout. Staff were helpful, accommodating and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The dining room is spacious and pleasant. Full breakfast is a plus. Oatmeal was good. Coffee could be improved.I was there to attend my daughters wedding at the Diamond Bar Community Center, so your location was perfect for this venue. The proximity to the strip malls is helpful for last minute items. Love the microwave and mini refrigerator in room. I would make the sign to the entrance a little taller if allowed by your ordinance. Being from out of area, it was not easy to see when youre arriving for the first time.
Too much construction noise in the morning.There was only one roll of tp and I had to go to front desk to pickup only one roll. The TV guide is the worst. Some tried to enter my room without knocking and they had a key but was stopped by the door latch. I should have been offered a room closer to the elevator since I was on the second floor; a pretty long walk with luggage. There was a long hair hanging from the shower curtain (not mine). Micro wave plate banged around.
We had a great 3 day stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable.Particularly, the front desk staff of Sylvia and Debbie was exceptional. They both had the best attitudes with cheery dispositions and were so helpful in answering all of our questions, making recommendations, and carried out their jobs in a most friendly and professional manner! We highly recommend this hotel and staff! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!
Great place to stay! We were in town for training for 2 weeks. The 1st week we stayed at the Marriott in the 2nd week we stayed at Ayres suites. After staying at both hotels, I really dont see why people would even bother with any other hotels.This hotel had a full breakfast that was accommodating to vegetarians as well as meat eaters. They had a wide variety of drinks, Including teas, coffee, and juices.The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The housekeepers were so nice and cleaned thoroughly.The staff was friendly and quite accommodating to our needs.There is even an evening reception that includes a salad bar, nachos, and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages in addition to coffee, hot chocolate, and teas.The soft and relaxing music playing in the lobby and in the elevator adds to the ambience, in addition to a comfortable lobby where you can sit by the fireplace and read a book or enjoy the blooming roses through the large windows.We have rented hotel rooms all over the United States and in many parts of the world, many 5 star hotels, and Id have to say that our stay here, has been one of the most comfortable and relaxing experiences. They are doing something right and businesses should really take notice and try to emulate Ayres Hotels.
I had a great experience. I was traveling from out of town to visit family in my hometown. I had my two 8 month old twins with me. The service department set up 2 play pins in my room before I got there and had my room ready to go. It had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The breakfast in the morning and the social hour was wonderful. I felt my money was well spent. The staff was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The only two negative things I will say is that I found an open condom wrapper under my dresser when I was looking for my childs toy and that the pool was closed down for repair. Sylvia was the person who booked my room and made sure I was taken care of during my stay.
This place is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Its right next to the freeway, but you would never be able to tell. Its also right next to a golf course so its a nice view.The bed is comfortable, not to soft nor hard. The gym looked very decent with its equipment options. A/C works well. Shower is decent as is the water pressure.Their breakfast selection is actually really good in taste. There wasnt much variety, but what was freshly made, fruits, cereal options, yogurt, oatmeal, and toast was very good. Every was package to go on the spot due to COVID precautions.I only have 2 negatives, i was a fan of the pillows and i wish the water was a bit hotter. But very minor compared to everything else.Before i forgot to mention, they had GRRAT customer service!!! Everyone was nice, courteous, and helpful, something i really appreciate.
Had the best experience here. Hotel staff were super nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. BEST sleep I’ve gotten in a while, the pillows they have are amazing! Also stood on the 3rd floor had a nice view of the freeway and golf course. Definitely going back.Thank you for making my stay a good one Ayres Suits.
The Good: The Ac was very quite which was a big Plus! The room and hotel were relatively clean but I would expect that at this price level. The breakfast had regular options but a little better quality. And overall noise level was at a minimum.The Bad: The shower pressure was horrible, non existent. It was very hard to take a shower. The carpet was dingy and very old with stains.And for that price range you can get much better alternatives.
I am a returning customer. I have stayed here numerous times both for work and personal and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean, it even smells clean when walking down the hallways, that’s something you rarely feel even in “expensive” hotels. Staff is pleasant, breakfast is always good although they could mix it up once in a while. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone.

2023-12-05 13:48:50Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and with a smile. The check in progress was quick and easy, which was very much appreciated after our long drive to CA. We were also offered cookies...nice touch!The room was well stocked and organized, and overall clean. The floor between the bed and kitchenette was sticky in several areas getting whatever it was on my shoes. Not a super big inconvenience because it was easy to wipe up, just not what I wanted to deal with or do.The outlet in the bathroom didnt work; this was a big inconvenience but left the hotel room at 5:30 AM Saturday for an event that didnt get me back to the hotel room until 1 AM Sunday morning. Having to try and find an outlet near a mirror to do my hair was impossible and used the reflection from the microwave. Based on the time of day it was discovered the outlet didnt work and the need to hurry to get to my event I didnt have an opportunity to notify anyone. We checked out at 7 AMish Sunday and let the associate who helped us know then.I didnt need to drive my vehicle while in CA and had it parked at the hotel. I had concerns about it sitting outside rather than in a garage for two nights and days but was really satisfied with security patrolling the area.The stay, though brief, was good and we will stay at Aryes Suits again. (Just make sure the bathroom outlet works 😉)

2023-11-27 04:41:21This location always has friendly staff. The beds are comfortable and there is breakfast included. I started coming here in search of a better bed and I dont have issues sleeping here unlike some other hotels. I will always choose Ayres if its near wherever I am travelling.

2023-07-24 04:22:08My family of eight stayed here for one night while we were in town for an event. Because of our large family we needed two adjoining rooms (one king suite, one double queen). The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. The fact that parking was free was a nice bonus, as well as the complimentary breakfast, which was pretty good. My kids especially enjoyed the fresh Belgium waffles. If we are in the area again I would definitely stay here!

2023-10-24 18:23:25Beautiful & clean! Our suite has a small jacuzzi tub 😃 which is a nice touch after traveling all day. We checked in after an 11-hr flight from Taiwan. Perfect for our 1-nite stay in Diamond Bar before flying out to St Louis via ONT. Breakfast buffet is included. Happy travels!

2023-07-15 01:56:31Facility was very clean, a little outdated but satisfactory. They have attempted to renovate some of the floorings. The tub in our room was cracked on the bottom- we were worried about using it during our 8 day stay. Otherwise, no other issues. The staff was very courteous, helpful and professional. Breakfast was great, you do have to show your voucher but that is completely understandable to prevent outsiders. The portions were not limited as others may have complained about. We felt like we had a good meal every morning. Loved the waffles and coffee. The chef and the kitchen helpers were very sweet.Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

2023-07-25 18:48:17This place was superb! The only thing I would improve is the breakfast meats on the breakfast buffet. We had bacon one day and link sausage for five days. Switch it up with ham and corned beef hash. Anything five days in a row get boring and blah. And maybe a few more fruit selections. But other than that the rest is 5 stars!! The staff is awesome from front desk to housekeeping to kitchen staff!! All friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and modern. The bathroom was awesome!! We really liked the jets in the tub!! Made our use of bath bombs that much better!! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!!

2023-11-11 19:38:47Staying at the Ayers Hotel you automatically think the stay will be luxurious because that is what they are known for however, I didnt find that to be my experience. The sheets were hard and scratchy, the room was just ok and the breakfast was not anything better than anywhere else. The most disappointing thing regarding the stay was that the carpet in the room was disgusting. There were stains and you could tell it had not been cleaned for quite some time. I would expect from a hotel that is charging $400+ a night that all of these little details are what sets them apart. I could have stayed at the competition across the street for 1/2 the price and just paid the $20 extra for the breakfast. I was not impressed at all with the hotel. I believe right now its holding on by its reputation from the past but right now I would not consider it a great stay by any means.
