Phenomenal, really enjoyed the hot freshly baked pita and delicious hummus as well as the falafel wraps. Great spot to grab a quick bite while waiting for the Tessy to charge. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has a lot of potential, but I felt that it definitely did not meet my expectations. While they claim that falafel is a primary item on their menu, that was actually the blandest and least flavorful part of my entire meal. The wrap was also overpriced, as it came out quite small and underwhelming. The spinach pie also was bland, especially compared to what I’ve had before. It may have been fresh, but the food just wasn’t that good. Average place at best.

Quick and easy fix for your next Lebanese craving! Not overly salty or artificial. They made their pitas in house and bake to order. Fluffy and delicious. They baked the falafel instead of frying, which is a healthy and refreshing twist on the originals.

Mmmm vegan falafel :) Ordered each of the 4 falafel wrap options (classic, cilantro, spicy, curry). Super yummy, very good portions for a fair price. Staff was quite friendly and helped me pick out what I wanted to eat. This place will be a regular for me! Its right across from Albertsons on Muirlands.

Not Recommended at all! I went to this place to support and try them out because of all the good reviews but y fortunately the two different foods that we ordered were both terrible and we ended up leaving all our foods there and just leave! They had a program that two lions were eating another animal!!! And the kids were terrified and I absolutely lost the very small appetite that I had! I definitely don’t recommend this place!

I eat in Glendale and Burbank regularly, where i can get falafel as authentic as it gets. So I have high expectations about my falafels. Barbonzai has good service, restaurant is clean, but the food left something to be desired. I had the falafel wrap. Took less than 10 minutes from the minute I ordered it. It has decent flavors, but the pickle they put in the wrap was overwhelming. The texture was mushy aside from the crunch of the vegetables, and it was relatively dry (lack of enough oil/sauce) The falafel itself appears to be baked versus fried, which is why it wasnt hot, and the wrap looked like a pre-made wheat wrap versus a pita. My best explanation is that this is probably what a falafel wrap would taste like if Subway came out with one. It was non offensive, non authentic, but unassuming and a decent meal. For $6.75 its a good deal.

We ordered take out this evening & extremely disappointed. The quality of food was bad - cold and not fresh. It wasnt worth for the amount that we have paid. Meat, Chicken, Rice, Pickles - Everything was bad and un-healthy. Absolute disguised.

Came here while visiting from New York. The falafel was absolutely amazing and very unique compared to my hometown. All of the food we tried was prepared well and extremely fresh. Service was above and beyond and the atmosphere was welcoming. You can tell the owners really care about their establishment. The only negative I have is that being from so far away I won’t be able to return constantly!

We stopped here for dinner while in the area and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The food is ridiculously good, the service is outstanding, the menu selection and prices are excellent, and the patio seating is great!! The food is authentic and so so flavorful and good. My kids even loved everything!!!! The flatbreads are insane. I wish this restaurant nothing but success bc they are such good kind people! Please go enjoy a meal here! We will be back soon, thank you!!

Great place for takeout Mediterranean style food. I had the steak bowl which is a good mix rice, meat, sauce and vegetables. Highly recommend this when looking for fresh food.

Odd experience. Strange, sticky mass, that appeared to be falafel ( they claim it to be) was most likely microwave heated from the frozen. A huge amount of rice and a small bowl of humus priced at 17.60. It tool them 15 minutes to prepare, also we where the only 2 customers ther, I dont wonder why now. Avoid at any price.

Such an awesome place, with tasty flat bread and mom and pop style feel with good staff. The chicken wraps as well the falafel are amazing, and for dessert the nutella with banana blew me away. Wish I lived closer so I could go again.

They have many vegan Lebanese meals. They have vegan bowls, vegan falafel wraps, vegan flat bread meals, and vegan falafel platters. You might need to get a starter if you are really hungry. It is a great place to go if you need a healthy, quick meal. Very friendly and attentive service. They even have vegan desserts. Will definitely go again!
