Chicken pho was a bit salty for my taste. Decor was nice, but with clutter interspersed.
This was the worst Pho I’ve ever had. Chicken was dried out, tough, hard and inedible. The broth tasted like vinegar. Waste of $15 and tip.Tofu spring rolls were meh but edible. The sauce that came with it again tasted like vinegar.Two stars for the plethora of hand sanitizer.
Nice hike in the wall restaurant. It’s near my work so I figure I give it a try. It used to be called something else, they must have sold the restaurant to the current owners. The pho is great and they give you a ton of meat and veggies. I usually order the special pho but everything else looks good too. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Noodle soup) this time and it was pretty good, just missing a few things like pork feet and slices of pork shoulder. The old man that owns the restaurant is kind and friendly. It’s a good spot to eat for lunch or dinner but make sure you come hungry because they give you large portions.
I used to come here when it used to be Pho Wagon, saw they changed name and wanted to give it a try.The staff is friendly, and soup is still yummy! I got the bun bo hue this time, and it’s filled with yummy ingredients. This dish only come in the large size, so I was very full after consuming it.Will come back and try the other pho dishes in the future!
Friendly staff and really good food.We got a Pho Combo (with everything), some egg rolls and Bun (#1, #19 and #22). Everything came out fast and was very flavorful.This is my second favorite Pho place from now on. Will be going back, no question about that!
Omg! Im visiting from out of state, and this place is amazing! I got the vegetarian Pho and it was delightful! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, super friendly service. Cant wait for my next trip!
Everything was mediocre. The waiter, either couldnt or didnt, understand me and I received the wrong food. I had no other interactions with the wait staff. The pho arrived bizarrely not piping hot, and bland. Bland was the overall theme. Nothing about the soup or summer rolls was remarkable in any way. The price was decent, $24 for a large combo pho and summer rolls. But there are many better options in the area.

Best pho in the bay area and great presentation and take out setup as well. Soup on the side was super hot and made for a fantastic delicious meal with all the accoutrement you can expect at a sit down restaurant. Thai basil, chili, sriracha, oyster sauce. Prices are great as well with plenty of parking. Well worth a visit with takeout, dine-in and outside dining.
Best Pho and vermicelli place in Sunnyvale. This is our family’s go to spot for vietnamese. We always get the number 1 and number 19.Taste and quality is very consistent and the smoky taste of grilled pork vermicelli is so good!!!

Nice they open early in the morning.It’s a small family style operation. Food is good. Soup not overly seasoned. The portion sizes are large.
Food is great. Flavorful broth, on the sweeter spectrum. Not a lot of white onions but you can order extra for free if thats your jam. Meat is great. Not tough at all. Good amount of bean sprouts and herbs.

We ordered combo pho and it was very tasty! The quantity is fair for the price and pho was quite authentic. They don’t have the Vietnamese sandwiches and they even post that on the wall which quite funny. We ordered some drinks that come along but they were a bit too sweet. The staff is quite friendly.
I appreciate that they open at 8am! Pho for breakfast is the best. Tasty and good portions. Gentleman working the AM shift was so nice and insisted on giving me two cups of warm and cold water (iykyk)

I had a nicely prepared dish for takeout in this mom and pop restaurant. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli, and egg roll and it was one the best Ive had in a while. Very tasty pork and fresh vegetables. Also later on I realized that I ordered 7 minutes after the closing time and they still helped me and allowed me to order. The student working there was really friendly. They also have a fairly clean restroom which is hard to come by nowadays.
I’ve seen this same spot change owners and names a dozen times but out of all of the owners these are my favorite so far. Some of them may not speak English the greatest you can tell they are nice genuine people. Good pho and it’s cozy.
Menu is pretty small / limited. Call it simple. Sevice was decent, the food came out all at once. Server was pretty polite to suggest and bring items to the table for the 2 young kids. Pricing is fair, portions are fair, and taste is average to about slightly above. Not bad for quick bite.
We had the pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll and it was just ok. It would have been better if the pork temperature was hot and I know they can make a better egg roll. Also, they really need some music playing so you don’t hear everyone’s conversation. I know they can do better.
My friend and I just got back from eating lunch here for the first time and it did not disappoint. Hands down the best Pho Ive ever had. The iced coffee is AMAZING. Loved the big painting on the wall, the staff was super friendly, their customer service went beyond expectations. This is my new favorite spot. Definitely going back and telling my friends about this place.

I dont generally crave Pho, but I have to admit the Pho here was pretty good, even if they forgot the sprouts, basil, and jalapenos. Aside from that it wasnt all that great. I love pork chop rice plates, Ive never not finished one before today. The rice was so dried out I thought it wasnt cooked, and the chop was somehow over-marinated and kind of too sweet(?). The egg was cooked well and the other sides were really fresh, to be fair. Also the service was just ok, after they took our order they brought the food out, one item at a time, and then kind of forgot about us.I might give a second chance if Im really craving Pho, because its pretty close to home, but Im not itching to come back right away.
Best pho north of San Jose! Delicious food and quick service-highly recommend giving it a try! The menu is not very long, but they do a great job and what they offer.
The pho tasted pretty ordinary. The grilled pork on the bun were kinda chewy. The fresh spring rolls had a bit of off smell to it and the rice wraps were stiffer than it should be. Friendly staff.
Seems like a nice family run pho place. The pho was one of the best ones that Ive had in the Bay area. The broth was pleasantly rich, and it was a bit darker than most other ones that Ive had. Very generous with the portions of meat. Will plan to come again.
We live close and come here at least once a week. The soup is very delicious without added concentrated msg. This place is rarely empty no matter what time of the day, definitely loved by locals.
Absolutely charming hole-in-the-wall atmosphere in a large, professional restaurant. The older gentleman was so sweet to us and genuinely wanted us to have a good time. Great pho gem in Sunnyvale. Great broth and portion. Family run. Young owner and his family cook for you and it is really good food. We had number 2 beef pho and I ask them to cook my meat more. We also love their spring rolls. We were hesitant to try this consider this is new and not many reviews. Ingredient and taste feels authentic and not too artificial. My husband and I both love this place and would come back for more when we crave pho. This store is one of those stores that are facing the side of the plaza so we were having a hard time finding it. It is next to Gong cha in the same plaza. And Google will point you to it. Love this place. Great food and service.

I never order the pho tai anywhere, since the slices of meat tend to be very tough. Ill sometimes pay $20-$25 for a bowl of pho with waygu beef, but while tender, it tends to be very fatty. When one of my family members ordered the pho tai here, however, I was amazed at how tender the tai is here - its orders of magnitude better than any tai in Northern California and in Orange County. Nothing comes close.

I had the pho tai (#2). My family ordered #s 4, 9, and 11. It was amazing. The staff were super kind and fast with our order. Oh and the egg rolls were delicious as well!

There was a weird smell in the pho, like cleaning product, and the fried egg rolls came out cold from the inside, the person sitting next to us also said their meatballs came out cold in the center.
This place is a hidden gem. The staff are so attentive & friendly and provide such excellent customer service. I ordered a small pho ga and was surprised with how big the portion was and how much chicken was in the bowl. I could only imagine how big the large portion is!

Only okay, steak pho was kind of sweet and didnt have much flavor. The fried rolls were more like thick Chinese rolls than thin viatnamese ones.

The pho and broth were amazing. we couldnt fully finish it for dinner, so we had it for lunch the next day and the noodles held up well. it was really good

2023-10-07 21:05:32Service was really quick. The soup and portion size was much better compared to other places. I got a sparkling lemonade for the first time and it was delicious! There was an option between red or green thai tea, we took red.

Workers here are friendly, pretty welcoming, and happy to talk to us, which was really nice. To me the broth was decent but the kids loves it. Overall I enjoyed the Ambiance and the pleasant Atmospheres!

2021-10-12 04:46:24Was visiting my brother from out of state and found this place near his house. I was craving Pho early before my flight back home and was pleasantly surprised to find that this place was slinging delicious bowls of Pho starting at 8 AM! I got the #2 Steak Pho. Broth was packed full of flavor. The steak was tender, melt in your mouth, not chewy at all. Perfect. And the staff was friendly and awesome. Im jealous of the locals who get to go here often. Next time Im back in town, Ill definitely be coming back!

Anyways we were seated immediately upon entry.Good:The portion sizes are great here and I really liked my spicy beef noodles - they werent pho noodles but the soup and the beef was really good even though it looked like it was going to be a flaming hot dish. It wasnt, and the flavors were really great and the whole dish really unique and authentic pho.Bad:They forgot our spring rolls even though we ordered them! But it was okay since we were already super full.The guy who takes the orders doesnt speak too much English so make sure you get your order right since he might not understand you if you have a question.Id come again! This place is super reasonable with prices too and the place is pretty casual but quick with service.
