The spaghetti was bland, pizza was okay,but the tortilla soup was really good! The servers were too busy and took a long time attending to us, and the place was just to loud for a normal conversation (we were competing with a lot of diners talking plus the music being played). The place is nice and clean though.

Modern Italian fusion restaurant. Small menu offering a small variety of Italian dishes so dont come here looking for a traditional menu.Known for their handmade unique pizza combinations.Pricing is very expensive for the meals you get, so unless youre there for their specialty pizzas Id suggest going to a traditional Italian restaurant.

Nice chain to get a pizza. Getting a bit pricey though. I like their thin crust pizzas, I think they could use a little more crunch though on the crust. Pizzas are personal sized or maybe Im just a fatty lol. Inside is clean and modern. They also have a nice, covered side patio. Service is good. Friendly staff. The parking in the shoppes is always crowded on the weekends but you find a spot eventually.

I love coming here! Always been greeted with a smile, food is absolutely amazing. I love their Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Thai Chicken Pizza and the Chicken Dumplings. I love our usual server, she’s always giving us the best service. Always making sure if we’re doing good, constantly refilling my fiancés drink without us having to ask. She’s absolutely amazing, such a sweet girl! This place has instantly become my fiancé’s and I to go place for any occasion.

The food, staff and atmosphere were all good, but the food is expensive. Our bill was around $125 for 3 pizzas with cauliflower crusts, a garlic & cream pasta entree with no protein, and a salmon entreeFor a party of 5, that comes out to $25 per person. The salmon was adequately priced, but $25 for a pizza or a simple pasta dish is a bit high. The bill would have been higher if added more options to each dish or if we had ordered any other drinks besides water.Again, the food was good, but if its pizza or pasta that your after, there are plenty of other establishments that offer the same thing for less.

I was open minded when I came here as my wife told me it was Bad but told her let me give it a chance. All the employees are very nice and professional. CPK itself is clean and modern. But Sadly What I ended up with was a bland 🍕 Bbq Pizza and a bland Fettuccine Alfredo also Lettuce wraps it was disappointing but had to eat it. Unfortunately this pizza place is off my bookmarks.

We sat outside in the patio because we had a dog with us. Overall, food was just OK -- quality has gone down a bit over the years.What made our experience was Samantha C. She was so nice and warm and checked up on us constantly even though we were the only ones sitting outside in the patio. My mom has a garlic/onion dietary restriction and ordered a veggie pizza without any red onions. When the food came out, Samantha noticed the pizza had red onions and asked the kitchen to remake it then offered my mom a soup of her choice. My mom opted for the tomato soup. Samantha came back letting us know she checked the ingredient list and noticed there was garlic in it which shows how detail-oriented she is. Shes honestly the best and is the reason why Id come back.

Best thing that stands out from our visit is the customer service, the young lady at the hostess station was great, and our waitress Tiffany gave us the best service weve had in a long time. As for the food, tomato bisque was excellent as were the avocado rolls, must haves if you visit. Stay away from chorizo pizza, not tasty at all, waitress even noticed that only ate one slice and took it off the bill, again, top notch service.

As someone who dines out often, this California pizza location alongside the Riverside location have the most terrible food. Might as well go to Chuck E. Cheese for a better pizza. We ordered the wild mushroom pizza and it came soggy, drenched in oil and water. The chipotle chicken pizza looked expired, not to mention they didn’t have the sauces to go with the pizza, which they didn’t mention until after we ordered it. The service was fine but the food is not worth the money.

Went here for the first time while charging my Tesla and I WILL BE BACK! We tried the chicken bacon pizza with salad on top (dont remember the name but I definitely remember the flavor). I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in CPK. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. Do yourself a favor and order the bbq chicken pizza and the spicy cauliflower bites.

I have always loved California pizza kitchen restaurants. This particular one at the shoppes mall is really good. They have so many different types of pizza and the quality is always top notch. I love getting their chicken pizza and change up the other toppings. This place can definitely get crowded so I recommend going at off hours and you will be very glad that you came here.

The 1st time I went was about 12years ago. I never went back, even though my 1st time was a really good experience. Now that I’ve gone a 2nd time I feel very bad that I waited so long to go.The original bbq pizza was amazing and the shrimp pasta was great. Every dish I had complemented one another. It was a very solid dinner meal that I enjoyed very much.This time I won’t wait another 12years to go a 3rd time.

This is a typical CPK location. The staff was great and very accommodating. The rating of 3/5 is because the chain prices are expensive for the quality of food provided.Nothing bad to say about this specific location or it’s workers. Shrimp in my Ceasar salad was super salty 😬 Margaritas were super sweet and nothing tasty about them but I honestly didnt expect a great margarita just a decent one and even then I was disappointed. Busy restaurants with plenty of servers and staff. Expected better food. Wont be returning.Server ended up taking off the cold pizza & a drink which was the right thing to do so that IMO was great customer service.

Best alternative place for pizza if you’d like something a little different. My favorite is the Thai chicken pizza made with pepperoni 🍕 instead. I’m not a fan of bean sprouts so I eliminate those and add pineapple 🍍…Start with a bleu cheese wedge and finish your meal with the DELECTABLE RED VELVET CAKE. You’ll be glad you did…

My partner eats gluten free and I eat keto. We both love pizza and nothing quite comes close to the cauliflower crust at CPK. As such, this is one of our go to restaurants for dine in and delivery.The manager and staff at this location are exceptional, but we have had so many problems with our bill the last few times that we dined in or got delivery that we have changed exclusively to takeaway.Things to know: the location gets busy and is not always staffed for the volume of diners that happen at meal times. Waiting 30 minutes isnt uncommon at popular times.We have had a lot of issues with rewards and using the app, leading to meals not appearing on our rewards balance and rewards not being applied to our bill. The pay by app feature has never worked for us and is frustrating when waiting for 15 minutes for a server to take your check.We are happy to pay a premium for what we like, but CPK now charges the same price for soda and carbonate water. $3.99 for water and carbonation is outrageous.We also get the take and bake every time we dine in. We regularly get charged the wrong price for the take and bake.Again, the staff is amazing and has handled every issue we have ever had, but the last time we dined in we waited an hour after our meal to pay and have the errors in the bill corrected. Even though we were compensated for our time, we havent dined in since.

Not happy as my first exp here. Here are the reasons, 1. there was a lot of empty tables but they still kept guests waiting in lines 2. We ordered 2 pizzas only and it took us about 1 hour to get them, free. Take about bad service! I understand sometimes your busy, and I understand we just make mistakes but dont lie about it. After 3 other tables got their food we finally said something to the waitress about not having our food then after a while longer still, we said something to the general manager. As a general manager you would think that you would say last check up on us through the night because we were not getting good service but that wasnt the case here. Never saw him again... Well after our food came we realize that one of our main dish was just sitting there for who knows hows long. It was sitting under the heat lamps so much that the Parmesan cheese was glued to the plate it self. And the small plate with ketchup was so dehydrated you could see the dried ketchup marks on the plate. Just bad service over all. Sometimes they have great nights with awesome service but tonight wasnt one of them. I blame the management.

We tried the Pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza on cauliflower crust! My friend had been wanting to try it since she is on Weight Watchers. When she first told me I wrinkled my nose and had NO desire to taste it then we got to the restaurant the next day and I said, ok lets try it. It seriously was addicting and delicious! I will never go back to the original crust. While LOVE cauliflower, it tasted NOTHING like cauliflower! TRY IT! We also shared the large Roasted Veggie salad which is soo good! It has artichoke, asparagus, sun dried tomatoes, egg plant and other delicious warm veggies in a delicious balsamic vinaigrette dressing on the side. Perfect! Cant wait to go back!

Went there for brunch, nice service and pretty interior. That’s about where the positives end. Food was ill prepared and cold.We got a 7 inch chicken garlic pizza, California Cobb salad, and chicken piccotta. The pizza was cold, dry, and doughy and tasted like it was left out for hours. The salad was shredded into tiny bits and the ranch tasted off. The pasta and chicken was tasty, but was so tiny for the price.For the three of us it came out to $70. Nothing more disappointing than spending a lot of money on bad food.

Ive always enjoyed the food here. The menu offers lots of choices for other than pizza, which I like. I had the BBQ chopped salad and it was very good. A few at our table got pizzas and really enjoyed them. I had never tried the avocado egg rolls before, but wow, they were delicious - lots of bacon flavor. The only thing that would have made our visit better was more attentive service, including bussing the finished plates from the table. Still, overall it was good and Im sure well be back.

This is a review of our service. We have come to expect a certain quality of food from CPK and in most circumstances it meets that criteria. The best thing I appreciate is the ability to substitute avocado for meat on items to make them vegetarian friendly.But back to the reason for this review, Neda our waitress did an amazing job while we were there. Having a elderly picky mother and a toddler can make eating out difficult but she made for a pleasant experience. I am always grateful for servers who go out of their way to meet the needs of patrons. Our drinks were never left empty. We were constantly checked on, and all of our needs were met.Great experience overall!

Some of the worst service I have ever had. Ordered online with a pickup time of 5:15pm. I called once I arrived at the suggested time. Server over the phones stated the food would be right out. After about 30 minutes and no one coming out at all I called back to see the update and they stated it was being boxed up as we speak. Another 30 minutes passes and finally my food arrives just for them to tell me that the protein that was required was out and they just gave me noodles. Had I been informed properly I would have canceled the order instead of wasting an hour. Normally, Id always give 5 stars to CPK, but I was a little disappointed with the Thai Crunch Salad on this recent visit as it just didnt taste very fresh so barely even ate half of it. I was also so sad that they stopped serving the quinoa arugula salad. It was my all-time favorite. 😥 They also ran out of the spinach dip which honestly was the reason why I went, so that was a disappointment, but nothing they did on purpose and not their fault. The server was absolutely amazing though. Overall, always love CPK and will go back anytime, just has a few disappointments on this recent visit.

This location always messes up my to go order. What’s the point of curbside if you always have to go inside to fix your order!? Today I literally only got the crust for my tostada pizza and no toppings. I requested bread and oil and that too was missing. When I called to talk to the manager he seemed uninterested in fixing the problem and honestly seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. All he did was refund the pizza and didn’t bother to even let me know that he would talk to the staff to ensure better service next time. This location definitely needs to work on their ridiculous customer service.

This place is horrible! I been coming here for years and lately its been bad. First off, I had placed an order online when i get there to pick up thru curbside they bring out my food and alot of items were missing from my order and one of the containers was left open so my food spilled all over the bag on the way home. To make matters worse! My husband found a fingernail in his pasta it was the grossest thing ever! It looked like a toenail clipping with what appeared to have toenail fungus. So price here is not too bad. Definitely much more expensive than fast food pizza, but for a sit down restaurant, its not bad. Service is pretty slow. They treat you nicely and with respect, but it took us around 15 minutes just to get to-go boxes and another 5 for the check. I mean there are so many workers. The food is okay. I definitely prefer some other alternatives, but I wouldnt reject it if it was provided for me. Salads are pretty good here though. One of the better CPKs Ive been to. They are all getting a little expensive, though. Many of the entrees are priced close to where Id like them, but the appetizers and desserts dont seem to have the same value proposition. A Cesar salad, for example, is small and lacking but still costs $9 (for a half order!). But still, if you come for the pizza, I dont believe you will be disappointed. We really like the pizza here, the crust is good, and the bake is delicious.
