There’s a certain group of staff that always gives me less in my bowl when I order it’s a girl and a larger guy, the other set of staff which is 2 guys one being Asian are chill tho, have gotten food poisoning a few times from this place but it’s about 66% consistent, it’s my only option of food since I take the bus to work so I have to put up with it

The chicken bowl was on point, fresh and hot. The service was lacking and the coke had a flat taste. Their credit card reader tries to force a tip which is annoying. Parking is also a challenge at this location.

The food was prepared well and quickly. The nicely cooked vegetables were a needed change after a day of amusement park food. The staff was very friendly and patient with us as we asked questions about the food. I have never been disappointed by a trip to a flame broiler restaurant and this outing holds to that record.

Jesus is the best employee of all of flame broilers period. This guy is the mf GOAT! I never leave reviews for anything unless its bad. But today. This guy earned. Exceptional customer service. Make this guy your manager or VP of customer service.

The one at West Hollywood Gateway is very good. The guy who works there has done an amazing job staying open through 2020/2021 feeding people, and almost all on his own too. I always get lunch from there when Im in that area during the week. Its healthy and delicious, has brown rice, special sauce is my favorite. Also mini bowls are perfect portion for me. Support small business and local.

This is probably the best place around to order online from because the food is so fresh and healthy.... I order online quite a bit and theres never been a time where it is not ready by the time I walk in the door.. best example yet was on the day after Christmas I walked in about 1:45 and the place was absolutely jam-packed so I was prepared to wait but the sole worker behind the counter saw me walk in and there was my order.. ready to go.. I would have expected him to deal with all of the other customers first of which there were about six parties in front of me to get to the register.. but that was very much appreciated.. I will continue to visit this place... This is the flame broiler directly across the street from Knotts Berry farm in Buena Park

I have no issues with this flame broiler Ive been to this one quite a few times in the past it just seem like this particular time there GrubHub wasnt working when I place the order online and they said their GrubHub on their side wasnt working so I had to wait longer to reorder my food and cancel the GrubHub one but as a food place its not a bad place thats right across from knotts and the food gets made there pretty quick so no complaints except for that issue thats why they got a 4 star

Really liked the chicken plate with veggies! Was able to share it with my two kids and they loved that it came with half an orange. My husband got the mixed meat bowl and said the beef was good too!

Food was cold and they barely served any chicken and beef (Very little food). Price was too expensive for small portions!!! I was still hungry!!!Note:I recommend Aloha Hawaiian BBQ in Anaheim near the Home Depot!!! Their portions are HUMONGOUSSS!!! For a Small Price!!! Best Food Ever!!!

First of all, lady messes up on the order, we took it back and no apologies. The cook n the worker were busy socializing from the start hence the food (both the chicken and beef) was dry and felt like cheeing rubber pallets. Horrible amd horrible!!!

Worst service ever. Incompetent staff polite but do nothing ower. Its insane the situation i faced today over just having to use the rest room. I think if an employee can change there clothing and undergarments and not wash there hands and make your food then surely a perosn who has visited there location prior and not only asked but waited to use there facilities should be able to do something. The young Hispanic woman behind the counter should be fired immediately. The other one as well as she wasnt ready for work. The only person who said nothing was the Hispanic male behind the counter as he more then likely understood the situation and didnt agree. Its quite simple ill never visit this location ever again. Hey and get this when i asked to have a manager there wasnt one. At the owners other location there wasnt one there either. Seems like the lack of supervision and poor judgment comes from no one being in charge. When i asked for owners information i was given a card with the store number on. No type of help zero stars. Dont ever in your entire life visit this sorry location. You wont get a hello. Youll get attitude and rude treatment from poorly trained people. I had to wait at least 15 mins for the bathroom to be cleared from there staff member. Then to be told ive deciced not let you use the bathroom after all these events and considering how embrassed and uncomfortable i was not having had gone yet having to track down the owner and make several phone calls i think a law suit is in order. Anyone else in agreement please let me know and lets see if such discriminatory behavior can stop. Its not fair to have to wait that long to have someone smile in your face and refuse to let you use the restroom like its a joke. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FRANCHISE TILL THESE ISSUES ARE FIXED. IT COULD VERY WELL HAPPEN TO YOU

I bought a chicken bowl regular size, they ended up giving me the small portion of the mini chicken bowl in it, the amounts of meat are way too small, when others locations give you the right amount of meat that supposed to be in the bowl, i wont ever come back to this location or recomend at all, the only reason i had to stop by is because the other location where i usually buy from is closed on sundays, this place doesnt even deserve 1 star.
