We came again to HoaBinh Restaurant to try Chicken Pho and my family members and friends said that’s good, better than other Northern Authentic or Pho Place in the area. So this time I took their words to order Chicken Pho, yes it was not excellent as I expected but it’s way better than other places on the same streetWe came and ordered 5 different plates and everyone approved itWe came again just 3 people and were happyWe came back and 4 of us liked it, specially 2 Chicken Pho for 2 of usThen last weekend we had 3 Chicken Pho for 3 and Mi Quang, Pho xao ap chao and Mi xao. Very happy with their foods and service

Traditional and authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Little Saigon. Spring rolls with shrimps is my favorite with their special peanut sauces, probably one of the best in town. Always go for 31 on the Menu - Pho, with beef balls. The broth is just right - light and not too oily. Prices are reasonable and overall atmosphere and service are great. Highly recommended.

I stopped going there because they charged me $1 for a few extra lemon. Their food is generally good. I dont eat Pho there because they are skimpy on the meat and theres a lot of MSG in the broth. The old man waiter is terrible but the young girls are very nice.

A nice restaurant near the heart of Little Saigon. Service was prompt and friendly. They have a very large menu, so if youre looking for a variety of choices, this is a good place to go.I ordered the Mì Quảng. Unfortunately I can only say I found it okay. The large bowl comes with A LOT of noodles. I will probably try other dishes the next time I come here.

The Pho I had was good but they are definitely using fake sriracha with some really watery sauce with heavy vinegar that they are reusing the bottle as sriracha.

Good family stop with lots of choices. 4.25 Stars with room to grow.I got invited to come and enjoy the Garden Grove experience. The area is full of Vietnamese hot spots, you won’t be able to chose should you come alone.Hoa Binh is a family run gem with a long history of mailing families smile. We had pho, beef filet, house fire rice, shrimp wonton and veggie crepe. A nice mix of options and ones we would order again. 4 Stars.Service is great and the ambiance is clean, bright and covered in an eclectic mix of Asian Art. 5 Stars.Come here, bring the family, I’ll be back.

Great selection of Vietnamese food for the money. The food taste great, I cant complain about anything on the menu, however they need to provide some good customer service. They serve your food and leave and not come back. You have to really get somebodys attention that you need something.

Found it on Google. Very clean, NOT a hole in the wall place. Food was great. Dined in on rice noodles and pork and seafood. Plenty of food took 1/2 home. Saw they had to go stuff in the refrigerator next to the cashier. Got the Bao to go and was happy I did! Reasonable cost. Bottom line will go again!

This is my absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant at its price. The tourist attractions in the area can mean spending most of your day waiting in line for things you dont necessarily even want to do. Crowds. Stress. But Hoa Binh is relaxing, has good service, and truly great food. Their phô is probably the very best Ive ever had but dont miss the thin pancake with sprouts.

Their pork spring rolls are some of the best in the area. Their pho can be good. However they are inconsistent. When you get the pho on a good day, its awesome. But on many days it seems to taste watered down. Nice atmosphere and good pricing. I wish the would just be consistent

Quality of the food isnt consistent. I used to go here for the cubed beef every 1-2 weeks. Occasionally, it looked like what I got was from earlier that day that somebody ordered, then canceled, then I ended up getting. The rice would be a bit dry, the beef seemingly a bit stale, the lettuce somewhat dry and bitter. Not sure if that actually happens, but the quality of the item lends to that perception. Sadly, I dont come here anymore because of those few bad experiences. I understand every restaurant will occasionally send out a poorly prepared dish (thats a fact of life), but it happened too often here.

Great selection. If your group comes here and everyone wants something different theres something here for everyone. I love the choices and options. Everything is customizable. They have a great selection of appetizers instead of just rolls like most places. The only downside to restaurants is perhaps they dont really focus on specializing. But thats fine if I wanted a specialty food Id go somewhere else. But I wanted choices so I came here and I wasnt dissapointed. Everything was average or above average. Nothing blew my mind away. But zero complaints. Id come again for sure.

I can say the food is good, but other shops pretty much make the same food in the area. The reason Im giving it a bad star is that they run this business like its their house. Their family DRAMA, DROOPY faced or mad. The lady was rude and my friends went there some other time and the lady was rude to them so no thank you.. as in not at all..Ever.

Good fuh. But they charge you for water so dont order that. If youre not Asian you wait longer. Its either racism or not being cool with other races. I counted 5 different viet folks come in after and the moment they sat down the food was served. But for someone thats not Asian wait 10-15 mins then when they feel like bringing your soup then they do. Happens every darn time for about 6 years now. Food is good but the service sucks balls.

Quick service. Love their coconut drink here. We had our favorite pho thai. It was pretty much an in and out situation. This place is great for when your hungry and you love pho thai (their daily special). Their other dishes come out quick also but we mainly come here for their affordable and delicious pho thai.

A so-so VN restaurant. If this was located in an area deprived of Asian food it probably would get a 4 star rating from me, but in Garden Grove there are so many excellent options. This place is just average in the crowded VN field. The pho absolutely has a high level of MSG and is on the saltier side. I have a good perspective on this type of food, this place is average.

This restaurant is one of the better Vietnamese restaurant in terms ofquality of food, decor, and central air. The quality of food is top notch.Among my favorite dishes are:* Egg rolls (made crispy with crab meat, they sell single piece for $1.25)* Spring rolls (very tasty but, at $4 for 2 is a little pricey)* Pho (excellent always but they dont have filet mignon beef* Bun Cha Hanoi (big portion, nice carmalized meat, plentiful lettuce.)* Chinese soupbowls (They make authentic cantonese style soups)The room decor is always clean and with nice air conditioning, which is lacking in many other cheap pho eateries.The service is sometimes shaky. Most servers are good except for one mid 30s guy with a crew cut hair who always charged me up little things (just him), little thing like 25 cent for more lemons, or 40 cent for white onions, or $1 for pho broth. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars due to that annoying server.

Food is good but customer service is beyond horrible. THEY speak very little english. I usually go in the morning bc thats when one particular employee works.. and hes the only one who can get my order right....Whenever I go there they always get my order wrong bc I dont speak vietnamese n they dont speak english. DURING busy hours they have a sign in sheet but whats the point of having a sign in sheet when they jus grab whoever that is standing in the door way waiting or whoever they want first instead of by the order of sign in...Im giving it 1 star bc the food is better than those other pho restaurant around this area... n if it was for customer service I wouldnt give them any.
