2023-07-13 17:17:31Unleash Your Taste Buds at JAWS Topokki at The Source OC!* 🌶️🥢We took a flavor-filled adventure to one of the Food Courts at The Source in Buena Park, CA. 🍜What we tried…🍜 Friend Set 1- Rose JAWS Topokki (take note that it has Fish cakes in it) . It’s very spicy! 🌶️ I did request the Rose which has real cream in it. Very flavorful! So tasty! Rice cakes had a firm, chewy texture.- JAWS Korean Sausage- Deep Fried set: sweet potato, veggies, cheese stick, cheese ball. We requested no shrimp & squid since my daughter is allergic. One of our favorites!🥩 Bulgogi Gimbap (delicious)Tip: dip everything in the Rose Topokki sauce!!Unfortunately, the slushie machine wasn’t working so we didn’t get a chance to try it.I wish the service was a bit friendlier.Overall, great eats at JAWS TPK in The Source OC!Satisfy your Korean Street Food cravings!

2023-06-24 18:04:50My absolute favorite gimbaps that take on the trending gimbap+tteokbokki in Korea right now. These gimbaps are absolute gems. They look like they came out of an emperors’ kitchen.Jaws’ gimbaps are jam-packed with meat and veggies, have minimal rice, and go well with their dipping sauces. My favorite dipping sauces are the Wholegrain Mustard and Wasabi Mayo. My favorite kimbaps are Bareun kimbap and Keto kimbap. They all taste very healthy, clean, fresh, and flavorful.I also tried the Rose tteokbokki, and holy shmoly. I’m a petite woman, but I managed to finish it because it was amazing. They just opened up a location in K-town LA, and it tastes very similar :)

2023-08-14 00:06:22Overall: 3.6/5 (take out)Jaws TPK is located in the food court on level 3. The service was okay. The girls didnt look like they enjoyed working there. After we ordered, they gave us one of those buzzers. It took awhile for our food to come out so we browsed the food court and bought some donuts at the bakery.Spicy Pork Gimbap ($9.49): The gimbap came in a cute container box. In terms of taste, it was just okay. The spicy pork wasnt as flavorful as the spicy pork you get at Korean restaurants. We dipped each piece in the wasabi mayo to give it more flavor. I wouldnt get this again.(M) Deep Fried Set ($8.49): This set was good and came with one piece of sweet potato, shrimp, squid, seaweed roll, and dumpling. Everything was fried to perfection. My favorite was the seaweed roll then the sweet potato. The squid had a very elastic skin or something still on it. The shrimp & dumpling was alright.Wasabi Mayo ($0.50): The sauce was thick, not too spicy, and tasted good with everything. However, they only filled the container about halfway.

2023-07-23 18:37:28This place is called Jaws Express now. I was given the wrong order but the Tteok-bokki was quite tasty. A bit spicier than other places I’ve had it but I enjoyed it. Probably the better food options in the entire food court. Worth a try!

2022-01-23 04:07:24If you order double set(for 2 people), you can eat Tteokbokki, fries and Korean sausage(sundae) together.Tteokbokki(Rice cake with hot pepper paste) is a little bit spicy.

2023-09-24 02:35:41Summary: fast service, lots of variety, delicious food, will for sure come backJaws TPK is located in The Source OC food court, conveniently right next to Gong Cha. We placed an order for a bulgogi kimbap, a tuna kimbap, a medium-sized portion of fried food, and some oden soup. It took approximately 15 minutes for our order to be prepared. My initial impression was drawn by the oden soup -- which was huge for the price we paid. However, I noticed that there werent many varieties of fish cakes in the soup. The medium-sized fried food platter was good for one adult and two kids. It included an assortment of dumplings, seaweed rolls, shrimps, squid, and vegetables. The bulgogi and tuna kimbap were neatly packaged in boxes, making it convenient for us to carry home any leftovers and enjoy them later.

2022-12-21 01:42:50Although the combos a bit expensive for mall food, there is plenty amount to satisfy for the party. The line does get extremely long and food takes forever during dinner time, but it tastes good. For teoboki, it tends to be on the spicier side for those who preferr it.
