I went here because my wife suggested it. I had a 3 piece meal with the spaghetti. I got the spaghetti because hey never had it from here. It was good fried chicken. They give you brown gravy with it. It was a cool little dip. Overall, I enjoyed it. The spaghetti...well, I think kids may like it. It wasnt bad, but it wasnt good either. Like I can eat it, but I wouldnt go there to order spaghetti. I also had a pineapple quencher. It was good pretty much tasted like pineapple juice and I enjoyed it.

As my partner and I walked in we were welcomed by a sweet man in a yellow shirt, who I believe was the manager. We looked over the menu and decided to order 2 spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meals with fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly! It was fresh, juicy, and crispy. The food was out in no time! We will most likely come back to try out their spaghetti and pie!

Ordered the 12 piece online to pickup. Everything was good except for when we got home and tasted the spicy chicken. It was 2x spicy than it was normally. The chicken smelled like strong herbs/spicy. Not the smell we were accustomed to before. Some pieces were less spicy so I guess the chicken and spices were not mixed properly. We love jollibee but please be mindful of quality control.

Jollibee is currently running a special so I got a 2 pc. Chicken Joy and Spaghetti combo.The fried chicken was absolutely delicious, and some of the best Ive ever had anywhere. AnD the Spaghetti is tasty, just like I want my Filipino style spaghetti. Perfect combo.

Best fried chicken. Better than a lot of stores and fast food options. Very well seasoned and crispy! The Mac n cheese could be more melted but the flavor was great. Meanwhile the pineapple quencher was BOMB, paired super well with the peach mango pie! will definitely be eating Jollibee again! Me and my partner rated our first Jollibee experience a 8.5/10!

I remember going to a Jollibee a few years back when I was younger. I wanted to come back and try out the Chicken Joy, which I have heard a lot about. When taking a bite of the chicken, one gets all the things that is expected from a fowl. It is juicy, and the tabasco adds a kick. In regards to the sides, the mashed potatoes were really good. Although, the Macncheese is not what is expected from a place like Chick-Fil-A. I understand that this food chain is trying something new, but it could use a bit more to live up to that. The overall atmosphere of the establishment is nice, as it is very sanitary on the inside and the outside. The service is great as well, there was no rude behavior while I ordered food. I am definitely going to return to this establishment some day soon. To anyone looking for something brand new, this place is worth going to.

We tried Jollibee for the first time, and enjoyed this unique take on fast food. The main draw is the fried chicken, so we tried their deluxe fried chicken sandwich (adds lettuce and tomato, in addition to umami mayo). It was quite good, but Popeyes still sets the standard. The combo meal came with a generous serving of french fries (pretty good), and a soft drink, which we upgraded to the Pineapple Refresher (very sweet, but very good). We also tried the Palabok Fiesta, which is glass noodles with garlic sauce, ground pork and shrimp, with sliced boiled egg. This was excellent, and something I couldnt believe we got through a drive-thru. Finally, we had to try the hand pies for the unique flavors (mango peach and ube). These are certainly fast-food quality, so I dont think Ill get them again, but it was definitely worth a try. The mango peach was very tasty, but no recognizable fruit, pretty much all syrup inside. The ube was fun for the novelty, but Ive had better ube desserts (this tasted over-sweet to me). Bottom line: well be back to try some of their other offerings!

Ive been waiting for this location to open and finally it is. I had the 2 piece with spaghetti along with a 6 piece bucket. Spaghetti is slightly sweet but really tasty. Chicken is tender and very crispy with a awesome flavor and the gravy that it comes with makes the Chicken even better. Service is excellent and very organized especially given that today is opening day. Job well done. I definitely will be back.

The dining area is very clean, this branch is very spacious and not crowded, huge free parking lot with EV charging port, close to everything you need. As a person who loves the chain as a whole, i felt confident in a new location opening in torrance. although the staff seemed to be extremely rude, and on many occasions, they have gotten my order wrong. ive reached my breaking point. recently, i got 3 undercooked chicken thighs, and an undercooked spicy chicken sandwich. please if you ever consider going to a jollibee near torrance, please go to the carson location. the wait may be longer but trust me, it is way worth it.

Jollibee makes the BEST fried chicken ever! Chickenjoy fried chicken bucket is absolutely delicious with a side of their gravy cannot be beat. And their original fried chicken sandwich tastes even better than either Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A . Their Yumburgers are really good as well. The best menu items at Jollibee are easily the adobe rice, the peach mango pie, and the pineapple quencher! The lines can get really long at the drive thru but its worth it! This restaurant is very clean, the people are very nice, and food is excellent as well! You can literally come here several times and order something new every time.

When we want fried chicken its either Jollibee or the Japanese fried chicken in the supermarket on Western and Artesia. In fact, I think Im a little bit spoiled because I got some Ralphs fried chicken yesterday and I was almost horrified at the quality and the taste. Jollibees chicken taste really good. Sometimes it needs a little bit more salt, but thats preference. I actually like getting the gravy because the boys will eat it over some rice. Otherwise, I dont know what else to do with the gravy. We dont dip chicken in gravy.

This was the second time I come here for lunch and my food was cold during lunch rush. I tried giving this place a second chance but it’s just not worth it anymore. Very expensive. 17$ for 6 piece tenders with drinks and fries to be serving it cold. I was told it would be a 10min wait for fresh tenders. My 30min lunch turned into a hour due to the fact that the inside is closed & there isn’t no one outside to help you. Easy fix but I think it’s just unfortunate it happen to me twice. Worst part about it all nobody even apologized and the new food didn’t feel too different from the first order.

I went there around 4 in the afternoon and bought a bucket of the hottest, freshest, juiciest chicken Ive ever had. The crust was perfect, unlike the other fried chicken chains out there. They included a generous container of piping hot gravy, not that the chicken needed any help flavor-wise.I also tried their sweet spaghetti, and though some may not enjoy the taste, I found it delightful with the meat sauce and sliced weenies.My husband asked where the veggies were and I had to tell him you dont go to Jollibee to satisfy your food pyramid necessities, you go to Jollibees for delicious food.I cant wait to go back and try the rest of their menu!

Ah, I love Jollibee more than any other fast food. I’m so glad we now have a Torrance location. The place is always clean, employees are courteous. Admittedly, the service wasn’t the best when they first opened shop and there were issues with staffing, but it’s a relief to see all that got sorted out.This Filipino fast food chain is nostalgic for us Filipinos and something def worth trying for the rest. Spicy (or regular) fried chicken, white rice and gravy hit all the good spots. Palabok (thin noodles with a shrimp-based sauce topped with meat and chicharrón bits), Filipino spaghetti (sweet and savory but don’t knock it til you’ve tried it), adobo rice (bomb), burger steak (like a loco moco sans the eggs) and their crispy fries are def worth trying. Get a peach mango pie for dessert and your Jollibee experience is complete 💗

My wife tried this chicken restaurant for the first time yesterday. We both had chicken sandwiches with french fries and a drink. It was very disappointing. The chicken is good but small, I remember having a Jollibee in long Beach years ago but only went to once and dont remember the tastes but watching YouTube mukbangers eating it all the time I decided to try. The chicken is good but small, the Adobo rice and gravy was good and the mango peach pie was good. What wasnt great was waiting for 20 minutes for a spicy meal to get an original meal after repeating and being asked and told that the spicy would take 20 minutes and I said that was ok. Why would you ring up for an original meal? I know the facility was new maybe the the employee was as well who knows.

I have to say the pineapple juice was SOOOOOOOO GOOD and so was the turnovers. I will return for those items. The place was clean. The staff was ok. The Bee is cute. The chicken is nasty. It has no flavor. The chicken strips are bland and super tough. They had dipping sauce but it did nothing to help out that chicken. The sauce was sweeter than ten bags of candy, it was gross. The Menu is weird, the food choices are mismatched, Chicken strips, super sweet candy flavored Spaghetti and Flan. You can wash it all down with one of their super sweet fruity drinks. If you have hypoglycemia and no taste buds then this is the place for you. The location is kinda bizarre. The restaurant looks like its enclosed inside of an In and Out drive thru line. The whole thing is really weird.

I wanted to try this since it’s right next to a really busy In n Out. The Google Maps wait time indicated it was a pretty good time to show up “not too busy” so I gave it a shot. Not dry like beef jerky. Somehow they were moist inside, but each bite reminded me of rubbery chicken skin. The flavor was ok, but after eating 3 chicken strips and a few fries I felt the effect of the fried food.I really, really hope they get their routines down and speed up their service. If the service was fast I would give it 3-4 stars, but I’ll pass on rubbery chicken strips and just stick to that other place that’s nearby.

First of all Jollibee is a restaurant that originated from the Philippines. It’s the McDonalds of the Philippines if you will. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a pineapple juice. The chicken was a little over fried. It wasn’t burnt but a few secs more it would have been. The sandwich had a gunk of mayonnaise on it and too much Mayo for me just grosses me out. I had 2 bites and couldn’t finish it. I tried the ube pie not knowing what I was getting myself into and that wasn’t a very pleasant experience. They have other items like their twist on spaghetti. The spaghetti sauce is a banana sweet marinara. It has sliced hot dogs in it and what appears to be cheese. Yeah, I’m open to try certain things but this was absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. Will never go back.

I wanted to try Jollibee because I had heard good things about the food, and it was good but definitely not worth the 45 minute wait in the drive thru line. I actually had my car in park for a while and had time to look up the menu on my phone. Luckily for me I did not have a time constraintwhen I went because there is no way out of the drive thru line once youre in, so I couldnt have left if I wanted to unless I wanted to crash through their planters.Customer service is also not their forte. After all of that wait there was not a Sorry for the wait or anything like that from any one - the person taking the order or the person at the window (not sure if it was the same person). They spoke pleasantly but that is not the same as good customer service. Just an acknowledgment of any kind that they appreciate my patience for waiting so long would have been nice. Especially since I was not one of the customers who gave them an earful when I got to the order speaker (the SUV in front of me did and so did the person in the car behind me)I wont be back any time soon but do hope they fix the time issues because after a while, no matter how good the food is, people will not come back.

Very inefficient on servicing and placing orders. Orders Bunch up on counter. Waited 20-22min for my order.The jollibee on carson and main is better managed.

No dine in or to go orders. Drive thru only. Came in at 10:30am but they open 11am. Online says they open at 9am

What a disappointment. Weve been waiting for this jolibee to open for months, now that it is, the menu is lacking some of the items that we enjoy in a traditional jolibee. What a letdown!
