The cafe is very lovely. The interior is an industrial design and very comfortable. The barista Angie was lovely and attentive.I got the iced Spanish Latte, it had cinnamon, condensed milk, oat milk at my request and espresso. The latte was sweet from the condensed milk and had a little spice from the cinnamon that gave it the depth in flavor that it needed.I also got an affogato, so creamy from the ice cream and bitter from the espresso shot but I love the combination of the two. I had bought a bagel and although, I had to remind them, I still loved the service. I definitely want to come back and try more drinks and other food items.

I would like to start off saying great customer service from 2 of the front end workers. I went in there after I was having a long day and there was this young man by the name of Alejandro and young lady by the name of Frida that was working the front end. The moment you walk in they welcomed me, and was being patient because I didn’t know what I wanted to order. Honestly I prefer that cafe to anyone who thinks not. The food was amazing and the service. Also it’s a great environment to be in when you need to get some work done or if you’re having an extremely stressful day I encourage you to try them out. Additionally when I left they even said thanks for coming which honestly brightened up my day.

It was my first time in the cafe😊 i was very distressed, but the workers were very kind and positive it really made my day!! and the food and desserts are all a 10/10, i definitely recommend trying the cookies!!

I went for the first time today and ordered an iced coffee with half and half. When I got my order, it did not look the right color. When I tasted it all, it tasted like half and half with almost no coffee. I mentioned this doesnt look right, and they said you ordered an ice latte with half and half. I said no, I ordered an ice coffee with half and half. They said we dont sell ice coffee, so we gave you an iced latte. I said thats not what I ordered and do not want an iced latte. I asked it be replaced for something else because I didnt order this. They said they cant replace it and that I would need to order and pay for a new drink. I feel I shouldnt have to pay to get it replaced when it wasnt what I ordered. I simply threw out the drink I never ordered and got a cold brew instead. The cold brew wasnt great either, but instead of providing any kind of support to this situation, they drew an angry cat on my drink. I will not be back due to the poor service.

Ordered a country bacon breakfast wrap and was accidentally served a veggie wrap. Not a big deal. Sent the food back with the server and advised them it wasnt what we had ordered but was told they couldnt correct it. After being left waiting for 20 minutes spoke with a manager who also couldnt correct their mistake and that their order taking process is so fine tuned that its impossible to get an order incorrect. We loved coming here and it was becoming a part of our Monday routine that we looked forward to every week, but this was such an odd way to handle such an easy fix that we wont be returning. Save your money and make your coffee and breakfast at home

Although this is my first review of the establishment, it is not my first time eating here. I order tea,breakfast food, or hot cocoa. My experience is always the same. They provide a clean establishment; the menu is not overpriced, and the staff are very professional. The wait time is average. I luck up because it is never crowded when I order. 💥 UPDATE:Over the course of a few months Ive noticed a decline in the quality of service and food. Im not one who complains about a lot but my past few visits were below average. Theres always a mix-up with my order. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for a wrap. A large group walked in about ten minutes after I did and the party of seven received their order before I did. I had to address it with an employee (Im guessing shift manager) and he claimed that my wrap was being pressed, there was no apology for the inconvenience. I waited for six more minutes before I requested for a full refund in which was honored. The fact that it was a mistake on their end is fine but you see me sitting in the dining area as a single guest, it should have dawned other staff that my order had not been made yet. This is my confirmation to not patronize this business because my last three experiences have been below average.

This Cafe is located in Downtown right off the 215 fwy off D exit. It can be a bit difficult to find parking on their side as its always almost taken but theres a parking lot beside them with a crosswalk which is convenient. La Gare has a full menu but I have just tried their coffee. Today I had a 12oz hot Soy Latte with a pump of vanilla, Yummy! Ive been here a few times and have always experienced great service...staff is super nice, makes one feel welcomed and happy to be there. This place is always clean, peaceful and their food looks very appetizing.

Very well kept and pretty place. Music is at a nice reasonable level. Would have given 5 stars, but the coffee service was super slow. We ordered food, which was very good, and finished it before we received our coffees. There were only about 5 people ahead of us, too. I would say it took almost 20 mins to get the coffee. And if the owner ever reads this, Im not exaggerating. Then they didnt make one of the drinks. Its possible someone took it, but damn. I suggest more than one person making coffee or a faster barista, much faster. Coffee was good, though.

Delicious Spanish latte. Cute café that offers food. They have inside and outside sitting. Will definitely be back to try the food.

Service is always fast! Something all Californians can appreciate, even when there seems to be a lot of people, still reasonably quick. I tell everyone about this place. There’s too many great things to say about the coffee, the food, the atmosphere. Their poblano burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! Everything on the menu is delicious and satisfying! But my favorite is their lattes, always pulled perfectly. I can’t ever get enough of their lavender iced lattes breve. They’re the only ones in the area that can give you TRUE delicious coffee options. I’m so grateful they exist in my tiny hometown. I miss living in downtown just two blocks from the cafe but I’m moving back to the old side and looking forward to having a shorter drive here 😊 they’re closed on Sunday and I can respect that, but man do I wish I could have a Sunday coffee and breakfast here!!! So we take advantage on Saturdays. Love this cafe so much 🤎
