The wait time showed 22 minutes in the app but the girl working was nice and made my drink since I was the only person in there. She also put the ice on the side so that my mom’s drink didn’t get watered down.

I thoroughly enjoy the health nut smoothie at Nekter. This particular location is well decorated and modern. My only issue was the staff member who took my order wasnt friendly and even borderline rude.

Everytime I come here my order is completely wrong or something is missing. I’m honestly over it at this point. Your staff is a bunch of young people who obviously need a manager or a adult.

Terrible terrible service. I came in today Thursday at 3:30pm there were three girls working there one white chick with glasses another brunette chick and another girl with dyed hair and pigtails. I had an order for pickup at 3:30 when I got their their was no greeting I sat there for a good 15 minutes waiting for my drink that should’ve been done as soon as I arrived. Dj snake is classic so I enjoyed hearing middle while waiting been awhile since I heard that one. I finally tell the girl with pigtails I had a Greenie drink I ordered and she confirmed it and said it would be out. So I waited another 5 minutes then the girl I asked about my drink leaves which I found strange and then I go back and it’s finally ready at 4:00 I waited a whole half hour for a drink that was supposed to be ready when I got there not to mention neither of the other girls I’m assuming their highschoolers even bothered to tell me it was done I had to ask for confirmation and the glasses one finally said yeah but with no thank you no customer service terrible experience. The girl with pigtails was okay but the other two girls that were working were extremely rude! I’ve worked in the restaraunt industry for many years your supposed to treat your customers with the upmost respect I don’t care how tired you are. Were paying you! Do Not Reccommend!

Nekter is currently open for takeout and pickup. Stopped by today for my go to drink Toxin Flush, its a great blend of fruits and herbs. However, once I ordered that I noticed to Limited Time Only items on the menu, an Energy Bowl and an Immunity Bowl. I grabbed my Toxin Flush and an Immunity Bowl. Its not sweet, but its flavorful. Its a blend of fruits, topped with blue chia seeds, banana, strawberry and granola. It was refreshing and tasty. The shop is clean, in a new shopping center. They are following all Covid19 guidelines, with masks, social distancing and register behind a table and plexiglass.

Definitely not your typical Jamba Juice! Nekter Juice Bar is a relatively new spot to the Chino Hills market and an even newer spot to me! The menu is vast especially if you incorporate the build your own options!Although, they are known for their Açaí Bowls which I have yet to try but plan on doing so, I was very impressed with the Pink Flamingo which was extremely tasty and refreshing.I truly enjoyed the dope sign as well! I will definitely be back.Cheers,

The two employees this evening didn’t greet me as I walked in, I noticed one of the workers leggings were very thin and I was able to see her underwear, her mask also looked dirty and she touched it several times while making my bowl, I did not eat my bowl such a waste of money. I can’t believe the employees are coming into work like this, very inappropriate.

The worst service. 3 guys working here none of them seem to know what they are doing. Made my wifes drink wrong, totally forgot to make my drink all while standing there for 20 minutes. Also forgot to make both our ginger shots. No training, totally dysfunctional, no apology...stay away!

Last few times, bowls are about 3/4 full. Apparently they’ve been told to short the customer product. At $10~$12 a bowl they are ripping off the customer.

After a cheat day of junk food, I usually fast the next day and only consume a green apple detox in the day time and a light healthy dinner. A few months ago I did the same routine. I woke up, felt totally fine and had not consumed anything in the day except for a green apple detox as I usually do. A few hours after I consumed the green apple detox (all I had that day) right before a light dinner of salmon and vegetables I was feeling quite ill. I had cold sweats, felt very nauseated and ended up vomiting before I could even eat dinner.I have had food poisoning before many years ago and this is EXACTLY what this felt like. The problem with corporate food/beverage places even if they are franchised is that there is a very HIGH chance there is a kid behind that counter who doesnt care, is underpaid and or is not trained properly. Mom and pop places are no exception because the hospitality industry depends paying low wages to turn a decent profit. The industry is also quite difficult as is and mistakes will always happen. My advice to young people in high stress, high volume situations is: IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING, DO NOT DO IT FAST. ITS BETTER TO TAKE AN EXTRA MINUTE AND DO IT RIGHT.I have to deduce that the ingredients were not washed and rinsed and that I got food poisoning from this place. Ive spent hundreds of dollars here and my reward points have expired since. The only thing I had the day I was served dirty ingredients was a the DIRTY green apple detox. Ironically enough, it detoxified my body so much that I got food poisoning.

Pretty close to work to grab early breakfast juices and acai/pitaya bowls from! Theyre opened in a new plaza so the route on Google maps is still kinda wonky, but I made it here couple mornings ago. Parking was plenty so it was easy to find a spot.Grabbed their Acai Banana Berry Bowl ($9) subbed nut milk with apple juice (gives it a crisper texture that I prefer as to the creaminess that milk gives). Very delicious and filling portions. Loved all the fresh fruits and hemp granola on top that was arranged very neat prettily over the perfectly sweet (as in not too sweet) acai (albeit the abundance of agave did sorta overwhelm it briefly).The workers were friendly and attentive to my needs, will definitely come again. :)
