Wow! Just been in here, what a refreshing idea on food. You can actually eat nutritiously and not feel uncomfortable afterwards!,!!! The soups (which were more like a stew) were fabulous and the sandwiches were not over the top ( which I’ve been experiencing in America) are superb. Well done Denise hopefully we’ll be back.

Its a chilly, overcast day and I wanted some soup - so I did a Google search. This restaurant came up and had such great ratings, I had to go try. True to all of the fabulous reviews, I loved it!!!! I had the split pea soup (with turkey bacon) and a Turkey Works wrap. The split pea soup was very hearty and full of flavor and I loved the bits of turkey bacon. The Turkey Works wrap had avocados, leafy greens, roasted veggies and thinly sliced turkey. It was a creamy, crunchy, tasty delight rolled with whole wheat lavash.The owner, Denise, is so sweet!!I definitely need to go back to try the other soups and sandwiches.

Our first time here and all I can say is YUMMY! This is a one woman restaurant with superior homemade food. They have turkey, tuna, vegetarian and vegan options. We had a roasted vegetable wrap, an avocado wrap and a lentil soup. All were fresh and delicious. We will definitely be making this a habit.

Discovered this little gem while having my car serviced. Food was great but the owner was priceless. So cordial and welcoming! I walked around and returned for dessert! I highly recommend stopping by.

Update from February 2019: CLOSED ~ I was wondering about this place and call the listed number. I received a call back from the former owner who was very kind and confirmed to me that, because the mall closed down, unfortunately the cafe is NOW CLOSED. I’m sad for the mall as there is not much left in it except this gem of a restaurant. The owner was so kind and made me a delicious lentil soup. Hopefully I’ll have the chance to return before the mall closes!

Really nice lady who runs it by herself. Really, really good food. Very healthy. Has vegetarian and vegan meals as well.

Very good spot for a home cooked soup and deli style sandwich. Excellent service.
