Food was great. But the only thing I wasnt happy with, is waiting so long for my eggplant parmesan lunch. The other two people that were with me, only ordered soup and salad. And they were 90% done with there lunch, before I got my food. Then I felt rushed to eat. Also, one of the other people at the table wanted seconds on soup, but had to wait until the batch was finished. The bottom line is that food needs to be planned out better. And getting to the table in a timely matter. I feel the problem ls in the kitchen.Because our waitress was amazing 🙂

American Italian.....its good but very basic. I like Olive Garden, Ive never really been disappointed.This one is fairly new, very nice very clean. Staff is polite, service was fast. You have units on your table so you can order drinks and food without the serving team. So on those busy days you dont have to wait.

Olive Garden never disappoints. Great food, great service, short wait. My favs are Fettuccine Alfredo and Lasagna. I love the Chicken Gnocchi soup, it heats up well at home. Also I love their promo buy a meal and take one home for $6! Just wonderful, highly recommended!

Love this place for the casual dinner. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The main course was as good as usual. After dinner, we ordered a tiramisu and a strawberry cream cake for dessert. The cake was good, but the tiramisu was a disappointment. It was still iced-hard, as I was eating ice cream. Please do not let this mistake happen again to ruin this Italian restaurant.

Food is ok comparing to other olive gardens. Staff is very friendly but somewhat inexperienced. Place is nicely decorated for a gathering and families. Spacious enough that you are able to enjoy your meals comfortably with your kids. Salad and soup is always my favorite here.

Without fail the prepackaged salads are always a huge disappointment. I dont even know why I bother with this place. I sincerely doubt I will ever spend money there again. The salad was limp and many brown pieces of lettuce. Gross. Olive Garden, stop selling old salads. Salads should be made FRESH DAILY. You will never convince me that you guys make fresh salads every day.

Nice place. My sisters and I went out for lunch. We ordered off the special menu. Pricing was fare. Everything tasted okay. I ordered the soup and salad all you can eat. The 3 different type of soups were not to my liking. Regular normal soups were not on the menu such as chicken soup, tomato soup, clam chowder.....they had beans and pasta soups that didnt taste good. Salad was average. The service was excellent though our server was very busy. We tipped her well. Probably wont return again for some time.

I love this restaurant! the food is really good and with great quality, the bread sticks are delicious. Unlimited salad or soup and bread sticks all the time. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite. Service is usually excellent, sometimes you have to wait for table or to be served because they get really busy specially on holidays, but overall excellent service. One of my favorite italian restaurant.

Excellent and courteous staff that is make you feel comfortable. Good options to choose from. The all you can eat shareable Minestrone Soup+Salad+Bread sticks is by far the best vegetarian option they have got. Alfredo pasta was good. The Chicken fingers under the kids selection did not match our expectations as it wasnt tender however their customer service overshadowed it. They even packed some Bread sticks for us to take home. They have limited parking spots around the restaurant but the plaza lot has plenty spaces.

Our server was Sebastian, and Trevor both were Amazing young guys. The thing is Food was ok but wait time for food was way too much we checked in by phone at 6:24 we arrived at 645 and we were sat At about 7ish or so the food took a long time to arrive we literally left past 9pm. Not the servers fault but it was such a long wait we finished our drinks and ate the breat and soups we got stuffed didnt even get to eat the actual food took it all to go.

Unlike the Olive Garden in San Dimas and I go to often because I live 5 minutes away The waitress at this Olive Garden was not very attentive and I had to flag her down twice to get refill on my drink, soup & salad! We got there at 1:45 so the lunch rush was over! Food was good We got the Monday through Friday All you can eat soup and salad special with a couple drinks I had regular iced tea and my friend had coffee! Today July 5th 2023 our waitress was Mia and she was excellent she checked in on us often and helped us with everything we needed!

Not my first experience with Olive Garden, but my first time came to this restaurant. Awful! The two stars are only for the “Olive Garden” brand, not for this store. I understand things are much expensive now, but it is not decent when you increase the price while drop the food quality and quantity. Check out the salad I got. The food was your normal Olive Garden fare. Marinara & Alfredo sauces were perfect for 4 year olds - bland.Although I was not a fan of our server (table 612 on Sat., 08/05/23 at 1630), she did a good job of not serving us massive amounts of dressing-drenched salad. Service was slow and I had to remind the server on a few occasions about items (this was before the evening rush). However, Ill assume that the server had a lot on her mind today and wasnt feeling well.Notwithstanding, the restaurant & bathrooms were clean, and all staff were friendly and respectful.We walked away feeling like the $86 early dinner wasnt worth it. Not likely to visit another Olive Garden...I think were done here.

My mom sister and I came in for lunch Saturday, January 21. I really want to applaud everyone that took care of us. First off, I was impressed with the young lady that greeted us as we walked in and took us to our table. She also stopped to pick up a straw off the floor. No one seems to do anything extra now a days. Details matter. Our young male server was excellent. He kept our peach iced teas full and the bread, soup and salad stocked on our table. Also to the friendly gal that delivered our appetizer. The food was great, the atmosphere was clean, up to date and modern. Who ever hired and trained everyone. Keep it up!

Their idea of curbside pickup is having everyone hang out in front of the restaurant? Took over 1 hour to get anybody to notice me. If you want to be smart and not congregate with a large group during this pandemic, takes this long to get service. The management should have people wait in their cars, or fix their phone line. The manager must hate their wait staff or the people in the community, forcing them to constantly Wade through people by the front door. Will never go here again, considering never going to any Olive Garden again. Ridiculous and uncaring for everyone involved (including the staff). The manager here should be more responsible or be fired!

She was just so attentive to my families needs, not the type of waitress that hovers or bugs or doesnt come around your table at all she was just very tuned in! This was not our first time at this particular Olive Garden, but Im certain it will be out last.Just like our last visit, the climate was stuffy (heat didnt help). The staff was friendly, attentive and sat us down immediately, but after placing our order and settling in, we really began to notice the tables (and chairs) were stickier than normal and just how dirty the floors were.It was uncomfortable and dirty enough that we canceled our order and left.I dont expect every restaurant to be immaculate, but I do expect a bit more cleanliness from a big chain restaurant such as this one.

The cook on that fish was spectacular, and the flavor was out of this world! I want to share what amazing staff and management you have. We are fasting for mongh of Ramadan for Muslim so we fast from sunrise to sunset all month.. We came to open our fast here but 2 of our kids had a pallette for sushi . They brought their small bowls to eat with us at olive garden. Not once did they make a fuss or embaress us . Olive garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. This location in particular is my favorite. The staff is always nice and the service is great. Every time I go the servers I get are very polite and attentive to all my needs. I am a big guy and drink a lot of water and the way I test great service is how long it takes them to refill my cup and they never keep me waiting long. This place is worth it if you get the right server (Richard)! Came here on a date night with my husband and our waiter made our whole experience subpar. We were very indecisive and he walked us thru our best options. Our drinks never ran dry, he was on top of refills and as soon as we finished our appetizers, our main course was ready to be served. This is not the kind of service I expected at a chain but the couple next to us told advised us we can request him from now on. I was there on Friday 8/19/22, receipt says 6:37 p.m., not sure if thats when I got there or when I left, they asked me if I wanted to sit in the bar area, never again, had a really wonderful server, above and beyond, dont remember her name, my receipt says Adriana but that was the second server I had, the first server I loved, she went on a quick break when I was eating, told me Adriana would be taking care of me while she was on her break, 40 minutes later, I never saw her again I finally just left, but when I got a container for my food and my breadsticks, I only had one breadstick left so I asked her if I could have two more she said sure she brings them to me with no bag, I had to flag her down again to ask for a to go bag for the breadsticks, she knew I was leaving because she gave me a to-go container for my food already, she started to get a little busy so I was patient, being an ex server myself. My family had a sort of bad experience with the service here. The waitress had given us our salad and whatnot but no forks. It was what seemed like a good 10 minutes before we flagged her down because she was talking to another table of people. That was partly my bad because I could have gone to the hostess. Then my sister asked for a glass of water and the waitress never gave it to her and failed to notice my brother needed a refill. All because she was letting the other table take all her attention. Food was close to $100 and wasnt spectacular. Hard breadsticks. Faziolis on peyton by Costco has just as good food for us.

Where should i start!!! Yesterday, on Fathers Day my wife wanted to order me a delicious feast. So, I decided on Olive Garden. My family likes it. I prefer Lucilles but they were not taking any orders. After ordering, it said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. That is understandable because of the holiday and the Opening of California. We arrived at hour designated time, waited a half hour and nobody came. I sent my wife in to check what was going on. I know we were not the only ones because others were checking why their meals were taking long to come out. The associate in Charge of Take Outs told my wife it would 5 to 10 minutes, This was unacceptable. i understand if i was in the restaurant waiting for a table. I requested a refund from the associate and he requested a manager to come to the Take Out desk. I had to wait another 10 minutes for no manager to arrive and for the associate to tell me i will be refunded. Not even a courtesy of coming out to the car and telling it going to take a few minutes to get our order. They were unprofessional because the manager did not come to give mean understanding of my situation. What was it?! They were understaffed, they were overwhelmed with orders or did someone not know who to do time management. Its not like they did not have a morning meeting regarding this day knowing it was going to be busy and better prepare themselves. Utter complete disappointment!!!!!!

We had a large group for our Grandsons birthday (he chose the place!), and the servers really went out of their way to make it special. Created a dangerous situation for employees and patrons by not having an organized, low contact policy for pick up. A large crowd not staying apart surrounded the entrance. To let them know you were there you had to pass through all those people. Also employees has to wade through all those people frequently to hand deliver food. The soup was cold and the lasagna was never served. We were leaving when the waiter stopped to ask us how our meal was! He didnt have a clue that I had never been served. The manager asked us to stay so we would go away hungry. Terrible service and lack of attention by the staff. We wouldnt be returning.

The Olive Garden has been one of my favorite places to eat for many many years.Chino Spectrum is extremely updated very very elegant yet their prices are still reasonable including dinner.very well staffed the the wait is not long even though there reception area and outside is full of customers that cant wait to get in I love this place lots of parking the bathrooms are very clean.

Food and service are great. The portion sizes are big so you can divide a plate with another person. Breadsticks are delicious.However, if you have a shellfish allergy, be warned. I ate the salad, breadsticks, and chicken alfredo but broke out with symptoms of my allergy afterwards. I didnt touch any seafood while eating.Edit: Downgrading my review because this time it was the most severe my reaction has been.

For the best service here request to sit in the bar. Its always quick and friendly. Last time I sat in their dining room I had to wait 45 min to be told I didnt have a server, then received someone who literally said it wasnt his table but he had to wait on us.

Either they ran a limited menu or the olive garden menu items are just not what I remember. I could make a fettuccini alfredo at home for less than 5 dollars and get similar quality to what we received. The apothic red is priced at 9$ per glass when I could run to ralphs and buy an entire bottle for 7 dollars. Customer service was great, food was mediocre and prices were almost outrageous however it was made up for in the 5$ take home options

Hostess staff was VERY rude. We had a party of 6 and were quoted only 30 minutes. Had 2 small children with us, waited well over an hour. If we were told it was going to be an hour wait we would have gone elsewhere. Eventually we left. From AZ. We have NEVER had service that bad, and treated so badly by staff.

Just did not like the3 new meals all you can eat.l had the ziti it was baked in the oven too long. I did not eat it in fact did not want to have another one to be disappointed. Every year, some family mber insists we go to Olive Garden and every year we walk out cursing we will never go back.Everything is pre-made yet when served is cold. How do you serve cold mashed potatoes? How? How?And I wouldnt care as much, but we are feeding 5 year old twins. We refuse to feed them garbage. This day was not a great experience. I dislike sitting in the bar area and today was the reason why. Service was really slow. It took 20 min after we sat for our waiter to take our drink order. Obviously, by that time we were ready to order our food. Our food was slow to come out and one of our dishes was cold. We wont be sitting in the bar area anymore

Food okay. Its standard Olive Garden. Too much cheese, the wines they recommend are sweet and not appropriate for the meals, and the servers dont know much about them. Its one thing to serve wine; to recommend requires some experience with the varieties that are offered. Leave the sweet stuff at the bar for pre and post parandials.

Our food was so, so to say the least. Kind of a dissapointment, especially since paying $19 for fettuccini without chicken. Staff unaware of menu items, no refills, long wait for check. Terrible...

If you like Italian food this is a good place to go. I wouldnt say its as authentic as some privately owned places but it hits the spot. However it is not a cheap place to eat with most food options at above $15.00. The atmosphere is good though and the recently move improved the overall feel of the place.

The lunchtime pasta special was pasta of your choice and a sauce of your choice. You also get salad or soup and breadsticks; all for $11.99. To me this was not a good deal. Pasta should not be that expensive and is definitely not difficult to prepare. Of course, you can add to the pasta; meatballs, shrimp, etc. But this comes at a price. I will not return
