Food is good, however, they consistently miss their time for having meals ready for pick up.Also, Is the Air Conditioner broken ? Dress lightly if eating on site. Even on average weather days, it feels extra warm inside

This location always changes things. It seems theyre employees always have different answers. And never the same they tell me 1 thing 1 day and the next time. I order its different. Im just sick of it. I do not like this location. I do not recommend it.

Ordered a family meal with walnut shrimp and they packed only half of the box but charged us $3.75 more for this entree along with the angus steak that was also $3.75 more. I asked for more shrimp and the chinese manager said they only give 21 pieces. I told her the box doesn’t look like it has 21 pieces (as it was only half full) and asked if she counted 21 pieces before she packed it up & she said yes, which is untrue (check cameras to see if she actually counted). The sign in the front of the actual entree states that it’s only $1.75 extra for this, so not only did they falsely advertise their pricing and charge us extra for 18 pieces of shrimp which I counted since it was obviously not enough, they barely give you any food to justify a family meal that cost over $45. I can’t believe how much they charge for the amount of food you get. Unbelievably overpriced for what you pay. She wouldn’t even look in the box to see if I was in the right or not; she automatically just said no almost as if they were used to this type of reaction and, based on the reviews below, it looks like this is typical. I wish I knew before I came here.

Ordered a plate with chow mein, broccoli beef and sesame honey chicken. I got broccoli with 2 tiny pieces of beef and they gave me walnut shrimp instead and the chow mein was cold. First and last time Ill eat here

I wouldn’t go to this place. We went to the drive through, got some really burnt tasting broccoli beef, no ice in our iced teas with no straws. I called to speak to the manager who said she would replace the broccoli beef and I told her that I’m done with broccoli beef after that and if we could have a credit for a side of chicken instead. She said no, if the broccoli beef was the problem then that’s what will be replaced. The broccoli beef was the problem, that’s why I’m done with your broccoli beef, and this Panda Express.

They sure try to get you in and out quickly. Manager working really hard to please the customers. Food was hot and fresh.

Three times now in a row Ive ordered from them and the chow mein was completely dry. The rice wasnt cooked. The mushroom chicken had burnt scrapings from the bottom of the pan inside. And the teriyaki chicken didnt come with teriyaki sauce. It was pretty much inedible. Im never going to order from there again. Normally I dont complain because I dont want to be that person but this was really bad.

Inaccurate pricing on the menu and the staff doesn’t even say what the total is until right before they swipe your card. Way overpriced low quality fast food and unhelpful staff. I won’t waste anymore money here

The portion are small. I went inside and insted of being helpfull the manger told me that is a normal portion. I have not had this issue at any other location.

Disgustingly salty. I got half and half and couldn’t eat the rice because it had burnt egg and was loaded with salt. I threw up after trying it. Wouldn’t come back here. The worst location I’ve been to.
