Ordered here twice and each time we had good experiences. The foods can be subjective but we like the foods and doesnt have any problem with it at this place. They have impossible fake meat option if youre vegan/vegetarian. Would go here again given the chance.

I arrived at 8:30 (they close at 9:30) no other patron was inside. Food was good as always, i ordered 2 (2-entree to-go cntrs), but they failed to put the 2nd entree in 1 of my orders n only served what was left - assume they didnt want to make more food, so they loaded my order w alot of rice n noodles...CARBS, just what i didnt want alot to eat alot of, that late in the evening. Im glad i ordered a side box of lemon pepper chicken, so i gave my orange chicken to my son so he wud hv enough to eat (lemon pepper is too spicy for him).

I love panda cuz you can get everything you need from protein to carbs on your choice. Easy to decide and affordable always. But you never get same experience at different ones depending on Hours and Workers. Sucks.Came around 6:30 pm, they close at 9. Food was not fresh and there was only 1 cooking guy at back. Almost everything i got was mixed with previous old food ( easily can say by colors ). Serving amounts are less than normal. Not too busy in the area that’s why not too much fresh food.There are many 1 star reviews here because of one or more complains but if you love panda and if you are in the area you can always go and eat here.This is all about area, of course you don’t get best service but it’s just Panda Express lol, what you expect?

Food is fresh and staff busy to keep service going. Cost is high for accurately measured servings. Not all servings same for all customers. Quality of food is noted. Not a lot of time to select entrees as holds up customers who are waiting to be served.

I went to Panda Express at 8:15pm. I know they close at 9pm. Im pretty so they didnt want to make any more food so I got scraps for portions.To top it off, the fried rice looked different so I asked if it was brown rice. They told me no, but when I ate it I could tell they mixed in brown rice with the white rice. I could only assume they didnt want to waste the left over brown rice and that mixing it saved them from making more fried rice.Ill drive to the next Panda Express next time. Never coming back.

Wasnt too happy with this location. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15PM, got there at 5:20PM and there was a line out by the door. Thankfully for online orders, you go straight to the front and let them know youre there to pick up an order, so I did. I was told to wait while they got it ready, assuming theyll package the food right off the spot but that wasnt the case. 20-30mins went by, and I watch the staff get other to-go orders ready AND help the line go down. I was literally the last person to get their food, I couldve waited in line and gotten my food quicker than going through this whole ordeal.As for the food, as it was supposed to be fresh, I came home within 20 mins with the food ready to and it didnt taste nor smelled fresh. The food did not sit well with me and my girlfriend by the end of the night, mightve been food poisoning.

Employees are always very courteous & professional. Food is usually fresh & tastes good. However, I went there at 8:00 in the evening & had orange chicken & the honey shrimp... The shrimp must have been sitting there for awhile, because it was chewy & not good. The chicken had just come out, so it was nice & fresh. I recommend asking them how long the food has been sitting, especially if you go at non-peak times.

I have been eating at this Panda Express for a number of years, and find the staff here helpful and friendly. The problem I had today is the sign that I have posted in my picture. I asked why they aren’t giving samples anymore and he, (as expected), blamed it on COVID-19. I told him it didn’t make sense that they can’t give out samples But they’re willing to hand me condiments such as the sweet-and-sour sauce that I asked for. He says it had something to do with people don’t want the servers to touch their food. That doesn’t make sense. They touch it when you pay for it it’s just that they don’t want allowed to be for free. To me it seems like a poor attempt to give less customer service and blame it on a disease where there’s no evidence that it is transferred through handling food or even human contact. It’s an airborne disease carried through coughing sneezing and the such.

Panda express food is the same everywhere but, for this one in particular...they rotate their food often and the staff are awesome! Sometimes there is a line to the door and they just keep it moving, smiling yes maam, no sir, and thank yous left and right.There are a few people there that have been working there a long time-- they are super awesome. I hope they get appreciated by management because they are the only reason I come so often!

Good Chinese foods available here in affordable price. Orange chicken is just awesome. They use less oil than KFC. This place is good for vising alone or small group. Parking is limited. Outside seating is also available here, but that is also limited. Employees are always very courteous and professional. Try to avoid visiting this place on rush hour.

They always go heavy on the rice and very light on the entre. If you buy a ten dollar bowl; youll end up getting 90% rice with maybe 3 ounces of meat. Now theyre are using covid to make it even worse by not letting more than one person in the building at a time and you cant even watch them close enough to see if they are handling your food safely or giving you a decent portion. Im not going to support a business that is going out of its way to take advantage of customers and using covid as a way to skimp their customers on food.

I wasnt super hungry, but while grabbing gift cards decided to grab a side of honey walnut shrimp. I asked how much it was going to be and was told 3 dollars and change. I said ok, fine. After watching the same associate count out 6 shrimp (yes I said 6, that is ALL you get. Not even really enough to fill the side box). I was on my way.I get to the cashier and get rung up and Im getting charged $5.35 for a damn side of 6 shrimp and some walnuts. I was told it would be $3?Honestly, end of the day, it is 5 dollars, however, I was more upset that I was lied to and that they micromanage proportions.Needless to say, this is not the same Panda it was 10 years ago. Its become the McDonalds of Chinese food.

Might not be authentic Chinese, but the variety is the kind you cant get at other places like the Beijing Beef or the Sweetfire Chicken which are both very tasty. I go here whenever i get tired of eating the same ol Beef Broccolli, sweet and sour chicken, and orange chicken which are my usual go-to dishes at Chinese places. The food also tastes fresher than most fast food Chinese. I only knock it down a star because this place doesnt give you as much quantity for the dollar as the typical Chinese fast food joints (ie. Panda Bowl, China Express, Wok Experience).
