Wish i could give zero stars. Tried to order online at 8:50pm. Website said order couldnt be placed due to high order etc. Went to the restaurant to order carry out most of the entrees were empty. Restaurant closes at 930pm. Asked how long beef & broccoli would take to make associate said 25min. Ordered chow mein orange chicken and bejing beef. Associate put Kung pao chicken instead of orange chicken didnt notice until I got home. Very upsetting. Does entrees really take 25min go make??

Staff did not add a wonton after I asked for it twice and the staff there said I had to drive all the way back to get my money back thieves. I work in a mom and pops store and we’re able to give money back without the customer having to go back so I know that it’s a lie about me having to go back for my money back.

Panda Express at 20515 Devonshire St offers a decent dining experience. The friendly staff adds to the positive atmosphere, and the standard Chinese cuisine is enjoyable. However, the disposable tableware is disappointing. The beverage cups, in particular, have poorly closing lids, which can lead to spills. Despite this, the overall experience is still satisfactory.

Ordered online a couple times but food is never ready on time which is frustrating to wait for them to get the order ready. They rectified by giving me more food though so Im happyUpdate 2/2/19: placed 2 family feast meals online today and when we got home, noticed the walnut shrimp is only 2/3rd filled. Called and requested for manager, Cecilia she said there should be 24 shrimp. Hang up, counted and there are only 21, called back and Cecilia says they can either give me credit or go back to the store for replacement. It is still raining so we opted for credit.Guys, lesson here is if you order online, have them open the boxes and check everything before leaving. We paid extra $3.75 for the walnut shrimp because its a premium item and got short changed.

I purchased a plate with 2 entrees.I chose only CHOW MEIN, with SUPER GREENS as my 1ST ENTREE and vegetable rolls as my 2nd entree.Unfortunately, I DID NOT receive a FULL SERVING of my SUPER GREENS. I received 5 pieces of broccoli, and minimal pieces of kale and cabbage.**This is the 3rd time in the row that I have been unhappy with the SUPER GREENS...One time there was hardly any of the yummy garlic sauce, and this is the 2ND TIME that I received less than a full serving of the super greens.I think I will not be going to Panda Express again for quite some time.

Reason I am rating this location with a 1 star is because the chow mein and rice werent really seasoned right, they both tasted burnt. Even the eggroll ordered taste rotten. Great customer service but horribly seasoned food. I started throwing up so be careful.

Similar complaint about availability of food. I came in around 8:55 and was told that teriyaki chicken is not available cause they turned off the oven, then why would you be open if you are already turned off your equipment 40 minutes before. I get it, you want to close on time and the pay is low but then put the disclaimers or something that after certain time nothing is available.

This is the best Panda Express I have been to.The cooks are great especially during lunch time.The white rice is moist and delicious.The Angus steak is soft. I cant tell you how many times I have had Panda in other locations and my food is either under or over cooked. This one is just right.Good job everyone! 😁👍

My fault for trusting panda express over and over again expecting them to improve their food.They leave the food out for hours until it sells. I got 3 servings of the shrimp and I could tell theyve been left out a while, not juicy they were dry and crusty. Still ate them, about 30 minutes later I threw up and had chest pain. Nasty how they let food sit out for that long, I should have asked them to make new shrimp and waited, so I accept some of the blame. I know when they make it fresh it goes down better.....But some of my shrimp tasted off, gross. Wish they were more fresh but thats panda for you, especially in california, even the panda express in mexico is probably more clean and cares more about the freshness of the food....

I have never seen so many staff members as confused as these people today @ 2:17pm.1st they couldnt figure out what 3 orders of Rangoon were, then the cashier couldnt figure out what I meant when I said I need all the types of sauce. The workers are nice and keep the place clean. They usually get through the line pretty quick. The food taste the same as any other Panda Express. The only thing is some of the cooks sometimes over cook some of the dishes and chow mein, not very often but it happens. Thats why i gave this place a 4🌟!

I like this location but they seem to be tight on the meat portions. I got a small side if beef and broccoli and only had 2 pieces if beef in it. They redid it and gave me more beef so that was fine. I got 2 entrees of string beans chicken and there was very little chicken.

This is the worst Panda around. They have fewer selections, items are always almost out or look dried up in the bowl,, and the employees seem like they just dont care about anything. Plus dont go late because they wont make anything fresh. One of the reasons I go to Panda is because of the Fortune Cookie. I was just there today 07/14/22 around 4:30 PM and when I got back to my warehouse and looked at what I purchased there was no Fortune Cookie to be found in the bag. This is the closest Panda Express to my house and I have no complaints. Service has been good every time I have come in. My favorite items are the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. They share the plaza with a few other businesses so at peak times you may not find parking right in front.

I like the food, but i really dislike the fact that they act like a PANHANDLERS asking for a $1 or your change every single time and to everyone, then they go and declare the money as a tax ride off . The girls that work here are extremely disrespectful !! I took a picture of the kid that decided it was acceptable to argue with me and make faces behind my back where my children saw. All because i told her it shouldnt be necessary to show my ID when using a debit card to pay. Of course I showed the girl my identification but felt very uncomfortable about it. Her and her associate began to berate me as well as my children over my comment regarding her insistance for my identification.
