I ate here for the first time and was very please with the service I received when placing my order. The cashier was very nice and made recommendations as I was asking about the coffee. I had the Hazelnut coffee black and it was very good! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. The bread was very good and flavorful but there was not enough chicken and avocado as the picture represented, which I was hoping to taste more of. The place was packed to the max and my friend and I were able to find one table, which was all we needed anyway. Very nice hang out for college folks who need to do work on their computer. The friendly service of the staff made me score this place with 5 stars which made up for the sandwhich.

Ordered a mac n cheese bread bowl with bacon online and they gave me a small mac n cheese in a cup with no bacon. Tried to call and ask for a refund as I was on my lunch break and could not come back but no answer. Very big bruh moment. I still ate the mac but Im hungry af and sad🥲

I go here almost every day just because I enjoy seeing the people there and running into friends from our community. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and personable. I feel like they treat their regular visitors like VIPs. If you haven’t already, join the Sip Club. It’s nice to have unlimited coffee and tea refills, and occasional discounts on food. I have been to a few different Paneras, but glad this one is in my neighborhood. I look forward to seeing Cassandra, Heather, and Johnny almost daily and Brian and Violet are also always so friendly and kind. A chain bakery coffee shop with a hometown feel!

Haven’t been to Penera bread for a while and just realized they have updated their menu. Went there for breakfast this morning… ordered the scramble egg bacon soffule, mac and cheese and chicken chipotle sandwich… they were so fresh and Super yummy…😍😍😍 the staffs were so super friendly! It is a very busy morning and all staffs work together and get the things ready and serve the food hot and fresh! Keep up the good work!!! P.S the Vanilla almond cold brew was surprisingly delicious too and love the comfort music they play~ Chill and relaxing 😎 ~ Highly recommend this place for a delicious quick bite and drinks! Or just simply relax and enjoy delicious food with friends and family 🥰

Largely satisfied with their food, customer services and amenities. However surprised the air conditioning was being blasted like freezing cold, out of no where, early afternoon yesterday. While the weather had been overcast with higher humidity, added with some random sprinklings. I am a sip club member, and always order food. Not sure their reason, trying to clear up the air, or riding off some visitors, hence loosening up the crowds. Sorry to see though, an infant baby, no more than few weeks old, was right next to me. Ended up I left in a few short moments, hope the small ones and the elders staying cozy and toasty!

I’m confused how this general manager chick Nicole has the skills to run this place. When problems happen in the store she runs in the back and hides. Ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich for about $8. My 3 year old can make a better looking sandwich than this. Only a dot of sauce on the edge of the bread and hardly any filling. Very disappointed, only got 2 stars because what little amount is there for $8 it tasted ok. This is more like a $2-3 sandwich. Panera is on par with McDonalds, save your money and go somewhere else.

Very bad food quality, I got little pieces of cold eggs, they looked like they been dropped on the floor, told manager about my experience and she was non apologetic, the system they got as far as picking up the food …does not work there’s a lot of people standing by the counter, waiting for the food to come out, a long the way they go through all the tickets to find their order. They also need to keep up with the menu they have online, because once you get there they tell you they don’t have to the product you’re ordered.

What a wonderful way to start my morning. Kassandra provided me and my family with the best customer service. Not only did she radiate kindness, positivity, and warmth while helping us—she was patient and compassionate to us while ordering with two, tiny, rambunctious toddlers, and we were not familiar with the menu.Any time we have Panera, it is always yummy, but having a side of excellent customer service definitely enhances the experience. Thank you for the wonderful morning, Panera and Kassandra. This mama needed it.Lastly, try the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. It’s very filling, flavorful, and delicious.

Tomatoe soup was Okay. Out if Broccoli Cheese and told that often happens due to popularity. Even though advertised that they have a GRILLED cheese sandwich, it was nothing more than a lukewarm processed cheese* in white bread warmed in the oven. When inquiring, I was told that they bo longer grill, but just warm the sandwich in the oven. At least the apple was OK. However, false advertising and paid way too much for a lunch actually inferior to a grade school cafeteria!, *. I doubt the processed cheese meets their advertised “promise” standards.

Staff was friendly enough but took forever to take order and then instead of telling me there were only 5 items available let me order and then reorder then reorder each time saying sorry were out of that. JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION!I dont usually take the time to review businesses but I rely on the reviews of others. So... here we go.I ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken which was supposed to come with chicken, arugula, romaine, baby kale and red leaf blend, red onions, toasted pecan pieces, Gorgonzola and apple chips.The salad that was delivered had only romaine (lots of it!), gorgonzola, red onions and a few apple chips.I called to ask where the remainder of the ingredients were and they told me they didnt receive their full produce order. So the pecans are also apart of the produce order??Absolutely the worse salad Ive had at Panera. Next time, please call the customer to give them a heads up. Thats all. That simple.

This is the absolute worst experience I have had from Panera. Usually I have a great experience from them but today was a disappointment. I ordered the full steak and white cheddar panini with a side of french baguette and a cookie. The sandwich was so unbelievably dry I dont know it was the lack of condiments or lack of cheese but the point is it was dry. The meat had no flavor more comparable to store deli meat. That sandwich was so pitiful that the bread and butter was more appetizing. The concept of the sandwich is great but the execution fell so short from expectation. I am in disbelief that a sandwich at that price tasted so badly. I had to go home and perform surgery on this meal. This has truly put a bad taste in my mouth literally.

Panera has good food at reasonable prices. I particularly enjoyed their soups. The chicken and wild rice is excellent as is their autumn squash soup, when it is in season. It has a nice quiet atmosphere so that if you want to meet up to have conversation or to work, you are able to. The coolest are a favorite as well.

Workers seem to despise people, they lock their doors earlier than their posted closing time, and they don’t care if you ordered something online and you have to pick it up. I was completely ignored when trying to go pick up my online order and the guy saw me walking towards the door and locks it immediately and runs away. Horrible horrible. Don’t even get me started on the “cleanliness” of this establishment. It looks like 8 years olds throw up constantly here. It is disgusting. There is sticky soda everywhere as well as dirty plates piling. I think I would feel safer eating from the floor. They definitely bribe the cleanliness rater. Go to another panera unless you want to be treated like trash!

For the fifth time Ive visted here I can confidentiality announce how notable this location operates. This team is incessant to provide guests an absolute gratifying experience. Erick & Rochelle were both astounding as I observed their individual work ethic in a productive, fast paced atmosphere that they performed under in a professional manner. During this observation I saw they had strong coordination, capable of collaborating efforts and simultaneously maintaining exceptional efficiency. I ordered 6 items with a handful of specifications that were executed by this team. I was only let down by not receiving a straw inside my to go order for my iced caramel latte . The latte itself was not served as advertised on the digitized menu kiosk. The whip cream was inadequate in quantity which decreased the overall quality. I paid for a customized extra whipped cream hot chocolate but was let down again !! the amount of whipped cream given was bothersome. If we pay for it we rightfully deserve these drink toppings with no exceptions for holding back delicious drink toppings especially drinks served with whipped cream lids . Utensils were plentiful but they should really add sporks !

Horrible location. Product is very inconsistent and when you call them they wouldnt admit their mistake. Ordered cinnamon crunch and had no cinnamon crunch on top. I called the store just wanted to let them know about the item, and inquired if the recipe changed. But the store insisted that the recipe is same and my cinnamon crunch may have just fell off during baking. I ordered 10 and my friend ordered 6. So all 16 fell off? Contacted the corporate but didnt get any response yet.

The absolute worst service! I ordered online under “Julianna Marconi” 2 bread bowl brocolli cheddar soups, grill cheese, and chipotle sandwich. In the bag came everything but my sides of chips and bread bowls for the soups. I brought it up to a team member and she replied “ We’ve been out of bread bowls since the morning” and didn’t offer to refund the extra money I spent for the bread bowls nor any solution to replace the bread bowls. My first visit to Chino Hills location. Bought two bowls of soup. Received only one of the two breads that come with soup order. Bread was hard as a rock. I recently ordered one of their new grain bowls at another location and loved it. So when we decided to go to this location today, I was looking forward to another Mediterranean Grain bowl. I was so disappointed with what I got- overloaded with tomatoes and cucumbers, very little chicken, the lemon infused Greek yogurt tasted like sour cream and they forgot to add the olives. My husband complained and their response looked nothing like customer service. Im not overly fond of the place, now Ill probably never go there again. Big fail!

Provably one of my worst experience in the food business. People that where after me received their food before me. Maybe because they where known by the workers. For some reason the Chino location (July 2021) theyre not keeping their tables clean or sanitized lots of food left on them. The staff is rude wont answer any questions. All I ask was there someone to clean off the table I wanted to eat 😒 my lunch inside. Even if your short staff you should still keep the tables clean.I ended up taking it to go. My wife and I frequent this location, but their service needs a little work. Its hard when you order, sit down, and then have to walk up to the counter to ask for things.I prefer either the Turkey Bravo sandwich with chips or the half Turkey Bravo with soup (french onion is my favorite).Panera offers free WiFi, but they limit it during their rush hours so dont plan on spending major time here to get any work done. For a quick fix tho, it works.

I absolutely give this Panera FIVE stars. Food is always fresh and most staff very friendly. Kassandra is one of most delightful employees they have. She is always friendly, greets every customer with a warm and genuine smile and its visiable that she works very hard. One little improvement needed for this Panera is tables need to be cleaned so customers dont need to ask.

One of my regular places. Located inside of Chino Hills Shoppes. It has great selection of bagels. Today had one of my usuals power breakfast: avocado egg white & spinach bagel, a spinach artichoke soufflé, and daily dose of black coffee.
