I stopped by Papa Murphys Take and Bake Pizza while on my way to RJ Pickinstickers house because nothing says nice to see you better than a pizza. RJ was flabbergasted because his Dkaber Ooblikinstul was stuck in the mud, the 56 Autocar has a 20 ton winch on its PTO that will pull the beast out, thats for sure. The Papa Murphys pizza sure was a hit, it was just as good as anything from the best pizza houses in town. ☆☆☆☆☆

Take and bake is awesome! The Somoma location on West Napa Street is outstanding! Friendly, helpful and fast; especially if you order online. Just had the stuffed pizza, oh so delicious and filling!

Most decent reviews are YEARS old. This crew does not know how to make pizza. Crust proofed to mush -- either too long in fridge or on rack. Either way, the dough was waste : Not fit for serving. The sauce was minimal. Theres no way this is the portioning thats expected: shorted sauce, cheese, and toppings. Will never go back to this location

I havent left a review in a while but I needed to write this one. I went to Papa Murphys to get a couple of Pizzas for dinner and the kids and I were excited as a movie and pizza sounded fun. When we walked in we didnt get any greeting, which wasnt a big deal at that moment. We walked to the counter and noticed the employee (female) a bit stressed out. I asked about the the personal pizzas and she didnt even let me finish asking and said I dont those. My kids even noticed the rudeness. Again no greeting like Ill be with you in a minute. We waited a few minutes and then someone else walked in and the lady working greeted them very nicely and asked if they were ordering or picking up, that was a lovely greeting I wished I got when I walked in. Then she proceeded to let the other cusknow that there was a wait because she had to make 4 pizzas (doesnt sound like a lot of Pizzas to make). If she wanted to order and come back. She then said, I guess I can let you all know that. I decided to go spend my money somewhere else. My kids were confused on why we were treated differently and so was I. I dont expect to be treated amazing at Papa Murphys I just want to be treated equally.

Love the product every time. But the wait time is becoming painful. The owner needs to staff up ASAP or risk losing the business. I arrived during a fairly peak hour and theres two highschool kids working themselves to death and had trouble keeping up to put it lightly. Get it together entrepreneur. And bless those kids for giving it their all.

Very nice helpful employees, kind of. The girl got our order wrong .gave us the wrong pizza and then took it back.amd then owed us a credit. Caused me stress die to covid. The less interacting the better and now here I needed to pull my card out again. Not to mention the pizza we already touched that she took back. Hope she is not going to sell the pizza the three of us have now all touched. Also sister I was there with does. Ot have covid but does have a bad flu so now the flu has been transferred to that pizza wrap to the employee who wasnt wearing gloves to the counter she placed it on then to the 2nd employee who picked the pizza up off the counter who then put it on a tray and then we watched them grab that pizza and hand it to the other man in the store. It must have been his pizza all along. And that my friends is a prime example of how the covid virus is being spread. I just had covid 3 times since the beginning of the year. This location is most defintly not following covid precautions! Order online if u must or wear gloves to be easily discarded. Watching germs being spread so easily right in front of my face showed me the lack of importance our safety is to people and businesses.

Its unfortunate that I have to give a 2 star because I love papa Murphys..this is a review on the time it took to get my order, not the pizza. Tonight it took almost 2 hours to receive my 2 pizzas. You guys are very understaffed and under trained. I was half tempted to make my own pizza. I was standing at the store for over 30 min with about 10 other customers, 5 of whom walked out due to not even being able to place an order. In the 30 minutes i was there only 4 pizzas were made...4!! I used to work at a roundtable and we could get a pizza made is less then 60 seconds. Im very grateful they dont have to cook the pizzas as well. Get ur staff filled asap and start training these kids how to properly make a pizza! Take orders as well, no matter how busy! Love ya papa Murphys but this location wont ve around long if this service continues.

Very little toppings added, crust tasted like cardboard, red sauce was spicy, and all we had was 1/2 pep and pineapple and the other half was similar to a supreme there were like 10 tiny small as a dime pineapple pieces, and you could not even see or taste where there was cheese

I’m a regular customer. The woman is VERY rude. Crust was to be original but was thin & pizza was mostly sauce. Had to spread toppings to make it look like an actual pizza.

Lauren helped me. She was welcoming, friendly, and fast. Cant wait to enjoy my pizza during tonights game.
