The top Vietnamese restaurant I would recommend in the bay area! Their bon bo hue (spicy hue) is way too legendary!! Its consistently good. The people here are very friendly as well. 5 star experience :)

Easily the best Pho Ive had in the Bay area over the past few years. Comparable to the best spots in Westminster CA. (Little Saigon) INCREDIBLE BROTH that sings to your soul in the cooler weather! Service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended for even picky people.

I went for dinner. Food was good. It looked and tasted delicious. Generous amount of Tofu and baby corn.Service was prompt and friendly.As a vegetarian there is a lack of options but I liked what I got so not too many complains about it.Ambience is beautiful. In fact if you are lucky you can get a seat next to the outdoor glass and get a beautiful view of people bustling about near downtown.

This place sets the standards for pho pretty high. This might be a little dramatic but this is the best pho I’ve had in my life. The flavors and richness are above and beyond. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to get pho here. The atmosphere is lovely with big windows and display screens showing beautiful nature scenery. I do wish their spring rolls had more flavor (like basil, cilantro, mint), they were a bit bland and mostly lettuce. I get the seafood udon and it’s amazing.

Lots of seating and sunlight. Lots of pho variations and vegetarian options. I got the pho ga (chicken pho), which had a light sweet spice flavor, with strong hints of star anise and clove. The meat was tougher than I’d prefer, but the noodles were great.

Pretty decent place, came here on a Saturday morning at 11 and no line! Our food came fast and also no wait to order.Food: I got the rare and meatballs pho and it was really good! The meatballs were a strange texture admittedly but they were good. I’d definitely travel here to get the authentic tasting pho that I’ve grown up with and great service from this establishment too! I had to have two bowls! It’s not just another pho restaurant it is THE PHO restaurant to go to, it Is comparable with pho restaurants in my home town in Saigon, definitely the best in California! My first time here. Impressive location and great decor-spacious feeling with the large exposed windows next to a busy area. Got the pho tai and the vegetarian egg rolls. The menu is simple enough and it’s not crammed with hundreds of alternatives. Simple menu...but keep in mind the word “fusion” cuisine. Sometimes that could be good or bad. And it does affect the price point...hmmm? Okay the egg roils were crunchy and hot. Nice balance of texture to taste. Felt more like an appetizer-guess that was the point. The pho is yummy. Nice broth-mild spice, not heavy with meat flavor. Taste is nice, sometimes it may have a strong pepper or over powering spice. The broth may be a little rich(oily) but still yummy. The sprouts and basil is up to your you flavor palette. There is also the sliced jalapeños for you authentic pho lovers. Sriracha and hoisin sauce is my delight.at first the size “regular” seemed enough enough but I was wrong since “regular” bowl is the large in the fusion world. And I have it my earnest to suck up all the broth. Good thing I was hungry. Overall 3.5 star

A quick and clean pho place at a great location in Sunnyvale downtown. I like their 16-hour beef soup base. It’s rich in texture and flavor. The service is good too. We’ll definitely come back. One thing that disappoints me a bit is that they don’t have any tripe options :( I’m a big fan of beef tripes.

I no longer go here.-above is latest review-*edit the below is old as of 7/20/2023*Overall a pretty great place, they sometimes experiment with how they make the pho... sometimes adding pepper, sometimes a little more green onion, sometimes more parsley, etc etc.... and I love it.The meat is almost always good quality... there was ONCE I got a little bad meat but years going here and one time is pretty damn good.especially since most the other pho places I find bad meat pretty often.You have to ask for traditional pho noodles, rather than the new, weird, flat noodles, but its ok.Staff is amazing as well, very sweet, compassionate, and attentive. I arrived at 8:15 p.m. and they tell me that they dont have service for dinner, they only have take-away service, I went because in the schedule it appears that it closes at 9:00 p.m. If they are not going to receive the public until the time they mention on social networks because they have this schedule, I went because I trusted that they would attend me but on the contrary I wasted my time believing that I would be in service until 9:00 p.m.

Average. My boys like their pho but my bun (vermicelli) with pork and shrimp was not good. Tasted like they put an excessive amount of liquid smoke on the pork…couldn’t even finish it. Plus it took a long time to get our food even though it wasn’t busy. There are better options.

I used to like this place, but then one day when i went there, the guy serving my pho had his finger in my soup, and then asked me if i wanted a new one. why is that even a question? and then he overcharged my bill, thank god i caught it. those two mistakes really changed my opinion of this. its extremely sloppy. i have not been back and dont intend to.

I used to frequent this place as I liked their Pho, which was excellent and the portion was generous.Yesterday, after not being there for 2 years due to the pandemic, I had dinner there by myself. I ordered my old favorite Rare Beef Pho. I noticed that the price for this dish increased by $2.50.When the Pho came to my table, I was surprised that all beef slices were stuck together, overcooked (not rare) and hard, and did not have the flavor. The portion was nearly 15% less of what it used to be. The soup was still good, but not enough left to take home. (I used to take almost 1/2 of the soup home.).The service was non-existent. After delivering the bowl to my table, the server did not come to my table to ask me how the food was or to offer more hot water for my tea. There were customers at 2 other tables, and two servers were just sitting around.I finally asked one of them to bring me some more hot water for my tea. One of the servers bring the check to me instead saying that they are closing at 8 PM. It was 7:45. She just stood in front of me until I finished paying. She did not bring the hot water. I had to ask for it again, and another server gingerly poured some into my cup and said they are closed. They might as well stay closed for good.I will NEVER go back.

One of my favorite spots in the area. Everything I tasted here was just so yummy... Pho is delicious, with noodles and broth made to perfection. The grilled plates are also great: grilled salmon and grilled pork were my favorites. The egg roll is amazing, so crispy and tasty. They recently added a vegetarian egg roll to the menu, which was just as delicious as the non vegetarian option. It is also very clean, with an open kitchen. They are very accommodating with strollers which I really appreciate. Service is fast and efficient.

My family and I had a really terrible experience eating there, I watched them almost get into an argument with patrons trying to tell the there closed when it was still an hour before closing, and turned two people away. The place was not busy had only two other people in it. And the food, dirty, unhealthy, unsanitary and the absolute worst pho I have had! On top of this such rude service. I have no idea how you can run a business like that and still survive.

My family and I came here about two weeks ago. We love Pho and usually ONLY dine at our favorite place in San Carlos. However, we live about 5 minutes away from this place so we decided to give this place a try.What a disappointment! The establishment looks desireable from the aesthetics of the place but the atmosphere, as difficult it is to describe it really just left us with a bad taste in our mouth (no pun intended).If you are looking for hospitality, you certainly wont find it here. Everyone who came to serve us couldnt crack a smile back or respond with a simple gesture as you welcome after we thanked them for placing every item on our table.We ordered our appetizers (mediocre quality) and our main courses (no comment) and they brought out everything all at once. We were pretty shocked that they could not let us just enjoy the appetizer first (there were about 6 other dinners there but were just leaving) so it wasnt busy to just bring out everything all at once.When you do that to your customer, it screams hurry up and eat and get out!. After they served all our entrees no one bothered to see if we needed anything else.I had to ask them twice for our check and upon being finished with our meal. We had our tween with us and for some reason they thought it was okay to play some undesireable music (rap) with lyrics that I felt were inappropriate. Like its a family restaurant not the club on Broadway or Mission in SF! They were quick to come get our money. They are way over priced for food already pre-prepped and not freshly made.I would never or consider refering any of my family or friends here. This experience was horrible. I dont know how they could even be in business.

This place has just become my favourite Pho place in the bay area! Since Im vegan, Ive been on a mission to find the best vegan Pho.
