The food is consistently delicious here! My favorite is the bowl with gyros, tzatziki sauce, double side of tabbouleh salad, on a bed or basmati rice. Berta on the register is one of the sweetest ladies, always smiling and offering anything you need. ☺️

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for two years and I must say the customer service and atmosphere has always been welcoming. I’ve always ordered the falafel bowl and I absolutely love it. You’d think I’d be tired of it by now but the flavors are always on point not to mention people like Bertha have been here serving me for those two years. One of the greatest places in Orange County.

I liked the food. You have to select from the selection and they will cook for you. I enjoyed their food. I had ordered chicken with cilantro sauce and rice and my friend got a green salad with gyro. It was filling and made our day.The service was quick and the lady who took our order was friendly and polite. Made sure to check on their customer.Will come back again to this place.

Food is great and tasty, why 3 starts? First they removed the shawarma from there menus- so yes it’s a minus for a middle eastern restaurantIn regards to the other problem? PRICE$$ we needed up paying $17.2 for a chicken plateStill- it’s not a fancy restaurant- would appreciate more reasonable pricingThey do advertise it as 13.95$ for the plate, but add +$2 for checking, add taxes- and yes- it’s too much for a grab and go placePrices are going up, but business owners need to consider the nature of their business and provide fair pricing if they want us the customers to continue shopping here in the futureFor me- it’s a once in 3-4 months order here from now onWe usually take about 4-5 times lunch for employees at the company from such locations and price doesn’t make it attractive as it used to be a year ago here ($12.5 per plate- this is almost 50% increase in price and doesn’t make sense to us)

This place has been my long time go-to as I am an addict of their lentil soup, and fresh greens. Ive always appreciated Monica, and the rest of the staff for top notch fast friendly customer service. With very reasonable prices, along with various side choices for their combination plates and bowls these guys are hard to beat as one of the top stop and go Mediterranean cafes around.

I dine out everyday so I am always on the look out for eateries that offer dishes which both taste good and are also healthy. This places Mediterranean food high on my list of frequented restaurants.I have eaten at Pita Pita a number of times over the past few years. It was never a favorite, but it was a good place for a change of pace. In the past I would have given Pita Pita a 4 star rating.Maybe it is a bit unfair to compare a fast-food Mediterranean eatery with a genuine, full-service restaurant, but these are my only experiences. As such, Pita Pita has dropped to a 3 star rating for the following reasons:Food quality - still 4 starCleanliness and atmosphere - still 4 starService - was 4 star, now 2 star and this is why I feel this way:In the past you entered the restaurant and walked past a line of food servers who were helpful and asked you for your preferences as you passed down the line. You could see the food, ask opinions of the various servers, choose different toppings and sauces, etc.Now that area is blocked off with obscure glass panels and you interact with one order taker making you feel like you just drove up to the drive-through window at McDonalds. When I asked this young gentleman why this change he said it was because of COVID and will likely be permanent now. I regularly frequent many restaurants that now have returned to normal, and I feel comfortable once again with the warm atmosphere. Conversely, Pita Pita now feels like a cold, corporate run food factory.I ordered the steak pita and a spinach salad. In the past there would be many questions asking about various toppings. This time I was served my meal in what appears to be take-out containers, offered no choice of toppings, and I had to return to the cashier because they didn’t even ask if I wanted tzatziki sauce for my steak pita.My meal cost me $23.00 for the steak pita (which came with home made potato chips), a small side spinach salad (about the size of a large bar of soap), and a fountain drink. True, this was far less costly than a quality Mediterranean restaurant, but after my recent experience here I do not believe I will be frequenting this establishment again in the future.I will miss the potato chips.

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very sweet! Esp Yarly. She was very warm and patient. I got the falafel, three chile hummus, tahini and potatoes! Really good food here. I had the Gyro dinner. Love the spicy cilantro hummus! The spicy cilantro sauce is fantastic!!! Its just the right amount of spicy and I have the tzatziki sauce as its cool and refreshing to go with it. I definitely recommend it. Next time Im trying the spicy steak kabobs.

My sister recommended this place so I decided to give it a try. I was expecting a typical Greek fat food experience. Pita Pita far surpassed my expectations. The menu is posted above the food display so you can see what is available. I was even offered a sample to help me make up my mind. I decided to go with the falafel pizza. An over-sized pita is covered with pre-fried falafel, chopped tomatoes and pickles, and drizzled with tzatziki. It was incredible! My son ordered the cheese pizza and liked it so much I had to remind him that Id paid for it to get a small taste! Yum!The staff was friendly and helpful. One even rushed over to help me as he was clocking out. I cant wait to go back!

We ordered a falafel plus a Greek salad to be delivered last night. Unlike our favorable experience previously, the order was incomplete. The salad was not a Greek salad. It was an ordinary salad. The yogurt sauce for the falafel was not included. We were very disappointed. We won’t be ordering from there again

Cant get tomatoes out of a salad that youre allergic to. are you joking with me Ive never had a problem before having them pulled tomatoes and then I get my bowl and its cold and all the girl could say to me is oh I put sauce on. Sauce doesnt cause cold chicken. food poisoning not even room temperature to be told you cant take out tomatoes. But but somehow they can put the dressing on the side makes no sense absolutely lazy lazy. salad overpriced, chicken cold not cooked well. Should not be pink, food poisoning. Pita was not thin or airfilled like their photos - and parts were nearly raw and a bit was inedibly hard - used as a thick wrap rather than filled like photos. Gyro meat also didnt seem fresh shaved as advertised. Meal wasnt very warm. Hummus flavor was okay, tried regular and spicy, but was not thick so I found it unpleasant. Chips were meh. Overall, photos they show look nothing like what we were given.

We used to have a location next to us in Aliso but it unfortunately closed down. We decided to give this location a try since we loved the one next to us. We ordered 2 plates for delivery. 1 spicy chicken with 2 spicy cilantro sauces and 1 tomato herb with a garlic and spicy cilantro sauce. I received NO chicken on the spicy chicken plate. I dont understand how you forget the main ingredient of the plate but it happened. In addition, we received none of our sauces. Thankfully we always order a side of falafel to share so I was able to have some protein with my plate. Food was okay. Falafel is dry without any sauce. The location next to us would provide Tahini with a side order of falafel. Pita bread was hard and just the overall quality and taste was poor compared to what we were used to.

I have ordered this for lunch a few times now and Ive enjoyed it every time. The food is excellent and the service is much like that of Chipotle. Not a bad model to follow, if you ask me. I tried this place at the recommendation of a friend, and now I recommend it to pretty much everyone I know. The chicken bowls are delicious and the pita bread is quite fresh (and tasty!). If you enjoy Mediterranean food, this is the perfect place to get it.

It tastes amazing, but theyve changed their menu. What used to be 13 bucks is now closer 20 bucks. Ive gone there twice already in the past couple of months and theyve missed stuff in my lunch.... my lunches are only 30 minutes long so I dont get the chance to go back and ask for it. These are 20 dollar meals that they are missing stuff in. I wouldnt give it a 1 star just cause staff is friendly and food is good but attention to detail is lacking. Definitely wont be going back unless Im able to dine there incase they miss stuff again.

First time we went there awesome place to stop by and eat after pretend city. John and Kevin were great with the information of the food they served there. Only reason didnt give them a 5 was, no real kids menu. They have bowels that you can put things kids might like, but if your child is picky not much choices for them. Other then that small issue all great experience and amazing food.

I love this place! Very clean, friendly staff and for quick Mediterranean food in South Orange County this is the place to go. I heard they have expanded to another location too which is even bigger but I havent been to it yet. My standards are pretty high for this location so Ill have to check out the other one and see if it lives up to its name.Grabbed a catering menu last time I was there and will definitely try that out next time I do my next networking event.

The food was ok. Price point I thought was a bit high compared to the quantity and flavor of the food. Its not that the food was bad just really was not to my liking. The staff was accommodating and provide opinions and answer questions if you have any. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. After eating I just did not feel satisfied. This was my second visit hoping alternate selections would satisfy but just fell short for me. I dont think Ill try a third time.

Called in an order, over 30 minutes waiting and it wasnt yet ready. Also guy preparing food was wearing no mask. And Mr Cashier, if I can see your nostrils your mask is doing nothing.Update: owner responded to my review offering and incentive for more info. I provided it and they didnt get back to me. Also, prior to leaving the store at my last visit, I asked for a refund to my credit card and was told by the cashier the transaction had been voided. It wasnt. Seems every time we come here, they have new employees. And they are never properly trained. The food is decent, but the employees make it a drag. They never fully explain what the options are for the bowls and plates, they just assume we know. They never offer sauces, if there are any to be offered like CAVA. They used to bake their falafels which is the reason I would go But the last two times I went, they were fried. Ok, as Im writing this, I decided to drop it from 3 stars to 2. Ill be back again, maybe in a couple months to see if things have improved.

Yummy pita sandwiches? Count me in!I stopped by mid-week to Pita Pita - my first time stopping by although I was familiar with the plaza! The parking is a little busy but wasnt too hard to find a spot, especially for takeout.From the choices, I ordered the steak shawarma along with a spinach side salad on my own for more veggies. After about a 5-10 minute wait, the order came out and took it home.The steak shawarma pita came in two pieces. The steak was delicious and loved the hints of tahini as well as the delicious giant pita bread it came in. This all came with a side of normal chips. The side salad was great to have for some more veggies - I got the spinach that came with pickled onions.Solid and would love to come back again in the future!

I have never had a better lentil soup, I could eat it every day! A huge shout out to Angel and the hardworking staff, you guys always made me feel like a V.I.P. every time I ate there. I moved to the Pacific Northwest a few years ago, but on cold winter days like today I miss that soup and wish you had a location in my area. At one point in time, Pita Pita was the only place I could go out to eat due to my food intolerances & the lentil soup kept me healthy and happy despite having so many dietary restrictions. Delicious pita with a variety of stuffings. The beef or lamb are my favourites, but you cant go wrong with chicken as well. They also have falafel for the vegetarians. Kinda dry and bland for me, so youll need to add sauce to kick it up a notch. The spicy hummus is good as well. I especially love the little package the pita come in so you can take it to go.

A long time ago in same area was a great business called NYC Deli that had baked ziti. I stopped by to see that a Moes Deli had closed for the night. Doing ride share, I had to be online by 7:45 pm. While I thought of checking it out, I got a ride taking me away. I know little to nothing about Pita Pita or what happened to NYC Deli.

Manager does not like kids unless they sit still, don’t drop food and don’t make noise. Not a place to bring your kids. He started screaming at me and another mother. Our kids got scared and started crying. They are afraid of him and this place and will never want to go to any Pita Pita unfortunately. So unprofessional.

I REALLY like the pickle they use, as it just gives it that extra tangy kick to make it more refreshing :)I hear you can also request to put Fattoush salad into the pita too! Will have to try that next time.You also get 2 sides, so we got Greek salad and Tabbouleh. Salad was just salad, and Tabbouleh has a lot of cilantro (which I like).
