I waited to order for 10 minutes and the girl cooking just kept looking at me. Until I called her hey can someone take my order. Then 5 min later another girl came and took it. Next to the fountain drinks was a bunch of ants. Disgusting place. These young girls working there are a waste. So lazy

I usually stop at this Taco Bell on the way home. Ive never had a problem until tonight when I was kind of disappointed in my burrito. It was a tiny little thing Ive ever gotten. Im hoping that the next time I go its not that way.

The worst service ever. I had 2 hungry children. 18 months and 5 year old. Ordered through the app. Got there to check the status of the Order. They said 10 more minutes. After 1 hr waiting. They said they didnt have the Ordered because they were on their 30 min break. Was charged and the order went through and didnt receive our food. Requested a refund but they could not do it and told us to dispute the charges with the credit card. What a waste of my family time.

It is not normal to wait 15 mins for soft taco and nacho. It looked like they only had 4 or 5 people at the store when you have people ordering at the counter, drive through orders, and online apps orders. Also it appears they dont have people to clean up the dirty tables and chairs as well. Quite an unmanaged place. The employees are nice but maybe not enough?

Had by far one of the worst taco bell experiences yet. went in with 2 friends and nobody was at the front. They were all ok theyre phones in the kitchen. We couldnt get their attention so we ordered at the kiosk, but they didnt get off the phone to make our order 10 minutes after we found a table and sat down. keep in mind it was around 7:00 pm and we were the only ones in there. It took them 40 minutes to make 2 quesdillas and the it came cold and the cheese and chicken uncooked and unmelted. 40 minutes was really stupid for being the only 3 people in a fast food resturant. really disappointed… do better

I come to this location every couple of weeks due to business trips. Usually, this location is fairly average and doesn’t stand out. This time, I received the nacho fries and it’s not even half way filled. Management needs to step up their game or the employee doesn’t need to work such a job because they don’t care. The fries that I was served were cold. 👎🏻This is also service during night after 8pm.

I order veggie power bowl and they gave me lettuce and beans with sour cream. No. Chesse, Rice, guacamole was in the bowl and it comes with it. I placed a pick up order at around 1pm and when i went to get it 10 minutes later, the doors were locked. I wasnt the only one waiting outside. I looked in and one employee was sitting inside. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but the employee never moved to answer the phone. One guy knocked on the door and the employee turned them away. Luckily, i got a refund on the app, but that isnt the only bad experience with customer service and early closing at this facility.

The manager here is pretty rude. I was here March 6th Monday at 5:30. Cashiers here are very slow. The place is more like a run down military base. They had to talk on their walkie talkies to get me a water with no ice. Behind the The counter this restaurant should just be embarrassed just on that itself. They did not Check on me while I sat and dined in. The manager here has terrible customer service skills and acts like she owns the place very embarrassing. I also noticed that she downed talks to her employees in Spanish. Ill never come back here again if you decide to come inside it Do not order a cup of water they will literally treat you like its fort knox..

The manager from the evening shift on September 18, 2022 was belittling all of her staff. My mom and I could hear her throughout the entire dinning area and all the customers could hear her badgering every employee. Its been a few times already that I go and the food doesnt taste good. It taste like its 2 days old. I mean I know its fast food but its just been bad lately. I visited last week just for some cheesy roll ups for my child. Its been a couple of times that they give me the cheesy roll ups cold and the cheese not melted. I requested for them to please make sure the cheese was melted. They gave them to me and it seems that they purposefully gave them to me more cold. Last time I spend my money here.

Well, not much to say because its Taco Bell. Sometimes this location only has tacos and burritos and nothing else, but since We only wanted a couple of tacos it wasnt a problem.They need to teach whoever is wrapping the tacos the correct way is not to half a** it, otherwise when you take it out of the bag it spills all over you before you get to eat it. Not cool Taco Bell. Other than that the drive thru line usually goes pretty quickly, no indoor dining which is fine by me.

Inconsistent, unreliable closing times. Out of ingredients fairly often.Just dont do it! Youll be filled with regret and a hungry stomach if you try to come here around dinner.Dont be like me placing an online order and waste your time driving here only to find out nobody is there. Hands down worst Taco Bell on earth. They might as well have a sign saying permanently closed. The store is never open anymore, if it is open the drive through is closed. On the off chance they are open and have an open drive through, you better bring cash and card because theyre only going to take one of them depending on how they feel that day. If you somehow make it through all other hurdles which you wont, then you can be sure youre food will be wrong.i have not been able to get food here for over 2 months. The sad thing is this used to be the best Taco bell ever, but ever since covid showed up they have been absolute garbage. I wont attempt to eat here again for quite some time.

This taco bell is the worse one Ive ever been to ever. Lately, the staff has gotten better but they have yet to make a cheesy roll up without tomato, lettuce, onions, or any other foreign object in my roll up. So I ordered my food, and there was alot of people in drive thru which is understandable since its dinner time. Theyre extremely slow too so whatever. I get to the window and all the employees are just kinda standing around talking. The girl opens the window and charges me. Then as she is handing my card back she tells me theyve ran out of beef. I was kinda thrown off since I feel that should of been the first thing she should of told me before even charging my card. So I just went ahead and ordered their other choices of meat. It took them another 7 minutes to make my food mind you I was already waiting about 25 minutes.This place and employees really need to get it together. A Mr. Ruben, who seems to be in charge at night, is rude, incompetent, and adds charges to people orders.Ive gone many times a couple of hours before closing and theyve already shut down. Once he charged us and gave us the receipt, I noticed there was a charge for a TB FOUNDATION. I had no idea what that was and he seemed surprised that we asked. He then apologized and said it was for the next car. Then gave us a refund receipt for a completely different thing.I believe he is charging people small amounts hoping they wont see the receipt just make a quota he has for donations or something. Getting orders through the drive through seems to get worse and worse. McDonalds is DEFINITELY THE WORST, but Taco Bell is starting to get to that level where you get home, the order is wrong or missing items that you paid for. Today, 3 items (burrito and 2 Cinnamon Twist) were missing. Before leaving, I asked if everything is in bag and they confirmed yes. I didnt want to hold up the line to check the bag and I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they were not McDonalds. Sure enough, I regretted it and had to drive all the way back to retrieve the rest of my order. I just dont get why it is difficult for these types of restaurants to orders correctly. It really can make you angry and lose your appetite when this continues to happen. More training is needed for staff.

Quality and service have taken a nosedive at this Taco Bell location. They are constantly out of something, and when they do have your requested item, the order is incorrect. The tacos are broken and stuck to the wrapper, burritos are stale, and chips are remicrowaved to the point of no return. My disappointment is thicker than the nacho cheese.

I said no as I already paid through the app and asked for a cancellation, and he told me to cancel it through the app. Looking back at the app the cancel button disappeared and was replaced by a favorite this order button. I told the cashier this and he told me he couldnt do anything. Asked for a manager, he said there wasnt one. Asked who was working back there, and was told it was just him and the cook. I was told to wait while they did whatever in the back. I walked after 10 of waiting. Third experience (today) I went through the drive thru thinking it would be faster. WRONG!!! This place deserves 0 stars, but they don’t have that option. I come here often and every order is wrong, they don’t serve breakfast even though they keep the breakfast menu up. I order a steak chalupa and ask for extra steak. Not only do I get charged for getting steak instead of beef I also get charged for the extra steak, which I don’t care that I’m charged, but I expect to have all that steak in my chalupa. Instead I get home to find beef every time, with extra beef.

This is the worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Keep in mind I go to a lot of taco bells so my expectations arent really high. Everytime I go here they are out of an ingredient, whether its chicken, potatoes, or beef. How do you run out of beef when its your main ingredient for a good majority of your menu? Whoever is responsible for inventory here doesnt know what theyre doing. And dont even get me started on the service. They got my order wrong and when I went back to fix it it was still wrong. Absolutely the worst. Even for Taco Bell. Took them about 10 minutes to come to the front counter and actually take my order. The bean burritos were dry and Pasty. I know I know I know, it is Taco Bell. But even Taco Bell used to put some sauce in the burritos. This made them a little bit more moist and palatable. So if you only eat tacos, or get one of the specialty Taco burritos that are being advertised youre probably okay. I would recommend to use drive-thru though because they seemed to be way more focused on drive-through than in walk-ups.

Bought 2 #9 crunchwrap combos. Display screen said $5.89. I was charged $12.38 for both. Thats $6.19 per. Waited 14 minutes and had to walk up to the counter to get my food. Cashier asked for my name upon payment. If you are going to ask for my name, then why not let me know when the food is ready?? To top it all off, neither crunchwrap had meat in them. Complained and received 2 more crunchwraps. And these had little meat in them. Its not worth the effort to get the 60 cents overcharge back, I just left it alone.

Taco bell is the best fast food there is. Its better than Del taco by a mile and really they have Baja blast. Need I say more? I will, if you dont like regular they have diet too! Thats all that needs to be said. But they do have really good deals on the chulupa cravings boxes. Highly recommend and if you are ordering, ask for your burrito to be grilled. You wont regret it.
