Asked for taco salad. They no longer sell them. They served something with crunchy rice, beans, no salsa, horrible flavor. There wasn’t a tortilla to be found. Even the Pepsi drink tastes like turpentine. I couldn’t drink it. Taco Bell will no longer have my business.

Whats the deal on their lettuce tacos with beef you can only see with a magnifying glass? Is this place only vegetarian? All you see is lettuce on most of their entrees and the bare minimum of beef. Their chicken smells like cat food. The prices have doubled and so has the lettuce as the main ingredient. Ive heard they are celebrating their 1 billionth customer. They have used 25 cows to do so.

A consistently terrible experience. Every single time I go here they manage to get every single item wrong. It must be intentional at this point.Chicken chalupa didn’t have a single shred of chicken, wrong and missing items, drink had nothing but ice. You ask for fire sauce you get mild.I don’t know what their problem is or why the franchise owner seems to hate his customers but this is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to.I recommend eating somewhere else until they decide to stop screwing over the customers.

Wow! This restaurant has recently been upgraded and looks great. The menu has lots of choices for vegetarians and the food is always hot and fresh. They gave me a senior discount reduction on my bill which I appreciated and the lady that took my order was able to make suggestions that helped me find what I wanted.

Rude unenthusiastic employees, if you are expecting fast service and quality customer service then say as far away as possible from this location. I went to the drive-thru to order they got the order wrong and when I went inside they fixed the order just to go and toss the bag at me across the counter. Didnt even look at me. Doubt they will be talked to, best thing is to not eat there.

Absolutely the worst taco bell experience at this location. We ordered through the app and got $30 worth of food. Missing burrito supreme ($4.19 down the drain). Bean burrito was the size of a hot sauce packet. 3x chicken soft taco supremes were not made supreme and had almost no chicken ($9.57 down the drain) Nachos bellgrande was half the size at other taco bells. Are they really trying to cut costs by screwing drive thru customers? Who knows, its probably the same inside. Never again, not this location.

Just came in ordered two boxes and other food. Got home and went to get everything out, they forgot one of the boxs so went back and the manager said she put everything in the bags her self. She was rude. So after she said she wouldn’t give us the food. We tried to buy another but she said she wouldn’t sell us another box and if we didn’t leave she was going to call the cops. Well won’t be going back to that taco bell again.

Taco Bell food is pretty consistent across all restaurants. This location had a really nice young lady order taker which makes a big difference to the experience. Service, cleanliness in general especially restrooms is what sets your average fast food restaurant apart. More and more in my experience service workers act like theyre doing you a favor rather than realizing that without customers they have no job. Kudos to her and this Santa Maria location just off the 101.

Just coming out from eating here. The worse customer service I received here. The lady at front requested me to order from the kiosk which I did. I planned to paid in cash, so I thought I had the full payment on hand when I notice I didn’t. I asked if she had any change for $100 bill and said no and walked away. I thought I had giving her the full payment and she came back. I handed her the money and walked away again, she returns back Mad and said I was a dollar le short and walked away again. I tried counting the coins I had to see if I was able to pay in cash because I really didn’t want to used the card. I was I ended up being .05 cents off. She came back a third time and I asked her that I was going to end up paying in card instead she walked away grabbed the money I gave her and threw it back at me, after I had gave her my card to pay. When she finally had run my payment she asked her co workers to handed to me. She didn’t even have the courage to give my back. I feel sorry for the two other young men working with her.

This is literally the worst service I have ever had at a taco bell. We waited 25 minutes for 4 tacos and a casadilla. While we were waiting for our small order we counted 28 cars go through the drive through. There was no apologies or empathy whatsoever provided. The employees could care less. To top it all off as construction workers we only get a 30 minute lunch break

Not really a fan of this chains menu or reliance on horrible sauces. But there are a couple of items, like the Grilled breakfast burrito that are edible. They also, believe it or not, have the best coffee of the fast food places here.But if you like the menu, you cant go wrong here, as this is the best of its chain. Very clean, recently remodeled, with a very nice, friendly staff, which keeps me returning.

The self order kiosks out front are great! Once you get used to them you skip the line. These need to be an option for the drive through too. State of the art and easy order modifications. I will show this system to my classes so they can see the future of quick service. I spoke to nobody, which is exactly how the young generation prefers. Us old fogeys can still order from a person. This system allows them to reduce staff and keep prices competitive. Get used to it. Californias $15 minimum wage will eliminate MANY entry level jobs.

Out of the taco bells you are going to find in Santa Maria, this one is probably the best. The food is generally what you ask for and you dont ever really encounter any problems with that. The place itself is pretty clean in comparison to the others. If you were looking for a quick taco before a movie this is the place.

I waited 10 mins at the drive thru window for my order. 3 tacos and a Burrito. Why 10 minutes? Because they skipped my order and made the two huge orders for the two cars behind me first. I heard the girl at the drive thru telling the guy she was still waiting on my order as he was bringing her the other orders for the people behind me. 10 trays of food for one car and 8 for the other. There was no one even inside eating and my order was super simple, literally tacos only meat, Burrito only beans. One time bad experience but still fairly annoyed at the moment.

Several months ago they remodeled this Taco Bell next to the Edwards theatre. It looks really good, much cleaner and it has an Industrial edge to it. The food is good here. I especially like the 5.00 dollar box meals. They are a great value!

I placed an online order to pickup through drive thru, got my confirmation, my card was charged and 15 minutes later I arrived to pick up my food, when I got to the drive thru speaker the order changed to preparing I was then told that my order wasnt in their system, to double check location, and that I had to wait until they received it, that there was nothing else they could do and were pretty rude about it, they didnt make an effort to make it right at all. I showed them my phone with the order placed, my mobile banking with the amount they charged me, said there was nothing they could do and left it at that. I waited 10 minutes to reach the device thru speaker, was told to wait even longer, they didnt honor my order, and kept my 9 dollars.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! Questionable practices by one cashier! On Dec. 20, Cashier with initials NL (Per cashier name on receipt) ran my credit card and claimed it could not be processed, then proceeded to collect cash for payment of purchase. When I asked if the credit card charge was still going to go through, even though I paid cash, she insisted No. Well, 2 days later the charge did go through, so I have reported both the business and the cashier to my credit card company to pursue further investigation. On October 5, 2014 My 9 year old granddaughter and I went for dinner there. My granddaughter said the bathrooms were so dirty that she could not use the bathroom. This was a day that it was in the 80s in the evening. When we went outside to eat it looked like the outside tables and concrete had not been cleaned for weeks. This was one of the most filthy fast food places I have ever been in. I am a Santa Marian and I am embarrassed that people that are passing through our community have this impression of Santa Maria. I wonder how clean the cooking area is. It is apparent that the owner and manager do not take pride in themselves.
