Beatrice is the general manager here and clearly the reason why people are being replaced by machines. They have the worst customer service and turning down customers because they refuse to take an order.Timothy was hands down the only employee there willing to assist and de-escalated an altercation with the GM Beatrice. She refused to be of any help and Timothy stepped in to save the sale.I wouldnt be shocked if they put this store out of business. Such a joke of an experience. Mind you we were the only customers inside...no wonder.

First of all Alondra’s customer service was extremely rude. The line was long in the drive thru she had me back out and come inside and once I did she was rude explaining their “policy”. I came inside and everything but still slow service and even worse customer service. She tried to fix it afterwards by sending a manager who was even worse at being considerate and just thanking me and explaining with care. A lot of people waiting and I have picked up a DoorDash order before in the drive thru they were just busy and went for their most convenient route. I understand it’s a policy but they should enforce it ALL THE TIME. Not just when it is busy and when certain people are workingPS WHEN I GOT IN THERE SHE GAVE IT TO ME IN 5 minutes. So much for it not being ready and having to leave the drive thru

I had to email corporate multiple times due to this location being the worst in the area. To the point where I told corporate they need to shut down this location. Drive thu line is always a 20-30 minute wait and majority of the time they have the lobby closed.My cheesy Gordita crunch was literally a taco slapped inside the gordita tortilla. No sauce, no melted cheese, and on top of that my 5 layer burrito was 95% tortilla and 5% sour cream.Gave this location 1 last chance and they screwed that up. Please dont ever come here unless you want just tortillas or Baja blast. Id love for the owner of this location to call me so they can be educated on how their employees are running this place to the ground.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, other times its terrible. Consistency is not a thing at this location. I was watching one employee pull chips for the chips and cheese. When she pull a bag of chips alot of the chips came out of the chip bag, employee say it didnt care by proceeding to put the chips in the main food bag, another employee had to tell her to put the chips that came out into the chip bag.Definitely not a go to place for tacobell.

Bad experience with customer service and food. I understand there was a rush however there was no need to have improperly packed and prepared food that was cold by the time I got home and a poor attitude from the employee working the drive through window. Not worth the money or effort. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to work, just don’t go!!

Taco Bell on a downhill slope.I remember when $30 could feed a family of 4 easily. Now it barely feeds 2.Potatoes were STALE AF and over cooked. Bean and cheese burrito had meat in it (they charge $1.00 more so COME UP!!!). Burrito Supreme had barely any meat.Manager is LOUD AF! Didnt want to say anything to him because I didnt feel like having someones voice projected on me like Boomer in the movie: Sky High.

Terrible service! They were only offering checkout at the kiosks… so many customers stuck there and didnt even bother helping. I witnessed so many angry customers ask for refunds! I waited around 35 min for 4 tacos and some nachos and upon recieving my order I was missing my drink and my tacos! Ridiculous!

As a doordash driver this is by far the worst restaurant I have to deal with. The employees will ignore you the whole time youre standing at the counter trying to find out if your order is ready. And heaven forbid that you have to place an order for yourself, they demand that you do it on the kiosk that doesnt take cash.

I normally dont post reviews unless its exceptionally good or extremely bad. Tonight was really bad. Never returning, this was the last straw. Long line, 20 minutes waiting and was almost at the drive thru speaker when one of the employees comes out and states the store is closed, for a while. Would not explain why or how long, had me back up out of the drive thru after getting the other cars behind me to leave. Was not apologetic or anything, just hurry up and move your car. This place has been slowly going downhill for the last few months. Closes early for no explanation, little or no staff and the food orders are a mess. Will find a different taco place to spend my money.

I was there tonight at 10 p.m., the one in Chino Hills on Chino Hills parkway, I ordered two Taco Supremes, I got home, which is not far, and both tacos were stuck to the paper therefore fell apart when I tried to pull it off the paper, shells were not crunchy, they were very soft, tasted gross, couldnt believe how awful they were and how soft they were, very disappointed, cannot believe they would serve shells like that 👎

Hi I visit here frequently and they are always so nice and never mess my food up, really great work. However I am giving 4 stars because they manage drive thru inefficiently. Their priority is getting 1 car done before even taking the order of the next car. This is good in theory but when the ly get busy it ruins the parking lot. Please switch to prioritizing taking orders to get the line moving and clear the parking lot as this cause unnecessary traffic and delays

They got my order wrong. I ordered 3 items. 2 were correct but one was wrong. It was supposed to be a chipotle chicken ranch burrito but they gave me a breaded chicken taco.I try to avoid fast food these days for health reasons but once in a while I enjoy junk food and it would be nice to get what I ordered. Unfortunately, mistakes like this are the norm now for any restaurant that is corporate and not high end.The girl at the drive thru sounded very annoyed and tired. Granted it was 10:45pm but she didnt need to sound annoyed. My advice to the girl and her co worker is if you make mistakes like this often at an easy job and think its not a big deal, thats ok. BUT these habits will inevitably 1000% also happen when they have a more important job that could affect someones safety or cause loss of money. Just a word of advice to the girl at the drive thru around 10:45pm on a Sunday evening.Taco Bell, McDonalds, pretty much all fast food, all corporations of all kinds create this mediocrity but half of the accountability is on the employee to have some pride or at least be embarrassed giving shifty service.Ive already cut down tremendously on supporting big businesses/corporations that help create this mediocrity. Did you know the Chinese and all other fairly new immigrants dont support American businesses like this? Do you know why? Because American corporations stopped focusing on the good or service many decades ago. Today they only focus on tricking the customer and promising one thing while in reality almost always giving an inferior product or service in return.

I have been frustrated by this place many times like many of the other people reviewing. So I finally asked a very nice gal working here what was up with the dining room being closed and the weird hours sometimes. She said that oftentimes they only have two people working because they can’t find people to work. One person cannot handle everything alone (taking orders and making food). This results in the mixed results. They are victim to the epidemic of people not wanting to work. She thanked me for my patience and understanding and was very nice. Trying to be more understanding of their situation. Hoping they can up their wages for their hard-working employees and find more people to work.

Genuinely frustrating being in line in the drive thru for 10+ minutes just to have someone come and put wet floor signs in the drive thru lane. Not the first time over the last month I’ve seen this place closed considerably early upon arrival. But this time was especially interesting. 6:51pm and someone turns away 7+ vehicles.If they’re understaffed, they need to wave the white flag and update their hours. I can be sympathetic to those issues but when it starts resulting in several wasted trips and a quarter hour of waiting right outside just to leave empty handed, I immediately wonder what the GM or owner is doing.If you’re reading this, I’d highly advise you avoid this joint if the sun isn’t in the sky. Otherwise you may just be wasting your time and the food at this particular location isn’t worth rolling the dice. Until some more positive (and legit) reviews pop up, you can definitely find better nearby.

Normally it’s ok but I went yesterday and they just decided that they were going to close the store at 10pm. Mind you the hours on Google and their website weren’t changed. I ordered online through the Taco Bell website and payed. Went there and the drive through was blocked off. I went to the door and that was closed as well. Went up to the drive though window and apparently they didn’t have my order. Worker said that manger said they can’t do anything about it and that they were already closed. I’ve been calling since yesterday and no one has picked up. I want my money back at least.

It does not take a rocket scientist to only fill the order that has been requested. How many times does a person have to go through the drive-through and request the same item -only to get something different every single time? For sure, they must be messing around inthere or obviously bored with their jobs since they dont really care about what kind of customer service (or lack of) they provide. When trying to call the number of the store, it just rings and disconnects. Theres no way to get ahold of a manager or supervisor to speak with. What a shame... We placed an order online and it went through but when we got there the doors were locked and drive thru closed no sign why they closed early and the website stated they were open. I don’t know why and we couldn’t find out from the worker that was sitting in the dine in area why he just kept making gesture we try to tell him we placed an order and if going to get a refund. After a year I’ll review this place again. Today many customers but unfortunately was so under staffed:( a lot of angry customers. The customer service at the Taco Bells in Chino Hills and Chino is absolutely horrible. Nobody should have to wait for 20 minutes or more to get their FAST FOOD. The Chino store said they were short staffed and that was the reason it took so long but the Chino hills store has no excuse. The first time I went it was, 10,:00 at night i was 1 car back from ordering and from that time forwa it literally took me 36 minutes to get my food. I wanted to leave but there was a car in front and behind me so I was stuck. When I finally pull up to the window the ppl orking in there were laughing and goofing around and they even forgot to give me my drink .I had to ask for it. 2 weeks later I go there again. But go inside to get my food. I saw at least six ppl working there I order just 1 $5 buck box and it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. I dont know if the workers are just not trained properly or are just slow and lazy but which ever reason it is. It NEEDS TO IMPROVE IMMEDIATELY or I will continue to give horrible reviews to these taco Bell. I sure hope management is listening
