Wow, thats incredible! I just had an exceptional culinary experience in this Taco Bell. I am an experienced food critic in America and have visited the countrys best restaurants, but this Taco Bell, under the talented head waiter, Jordan Liu, completely amazed me.From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Jordan Liu himself. His charisma and professionalism were evident in every gesture. He guided me to my table with remarkable elegance, sharing interesting details about the dishes on the menu.The service was impeccable from start to finish. Jordan Liu and his team paid attention to every detail, anticipating my needs before I even expressed them. Their knowledge of the products and their passion for cuisine were reflected in the delicious dishes they served me.Now, lets talk about the food quality. Every bite was a true feast for the senses. The tacos were flavorful, the burritos deliciously filled, and the sauces perfectly balanced. The ingredients were fresh and of top quality, exceeding my expectations for a restaurant of this category.The presentation of the dishes also deserves praise. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it was completely disgusting. First problem was how everything was so uneven. Whoever made it was either drunk or having a bad day. It was all sorts of unorganized and tasted absolutely terrible. One bite would be all sauce and another would be only lettuce.

Im sick of the dumb assumptions. Not coming back for a while now. No beef does not mean add beans, I specifically asked for none. Yeah, youll remember me. Its hit or miss, sometimes you guys listen, sometimes you dont. I could tell you guys fell behind, screwed up, and were playing catch up. Maybe I shouldnt be surprised... The last time the same thing happened. Do you know what its like to have your meal ruined? Just ripped off, disappointed and half hungry. Thanks.

Absolutely dreadful!!!!!The Current manager is terribly awful. Hovering over their employees and cheaping out on the food as well. We ordered the grilled cheese burritos and usually anywhere else we’ve gone they’ve been plump and done well. But after even paying extra add ins the burritos we were given light tortillas with cheese and sauce. Hardly any meat. We paid almost 20 dollars. I feel terrible for the employees, they seem to be trying their best under the awful management.

They may be understaffed, but they smile and get the food out. No problems, and still love me some crunchy taco supremes!!!

No body in drive thru and my food still happened to come out cold. Then ask for mild sauce and gave me 100 of the wrong one. Overall a really bad experience.

Ordered a box of the crunchy tacos. They were kinda wet. Stuck to the wrapper, so the wet ingredients turned the crunchy tacos to soft wet tacos.

Every time I come here it takes 20 minutes for 3 cars in line. There is a new cashier working every week that doesn’t know what there doing

I love coming to this location because the food is always fresh and staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean .there customer service is awesome. the new management had done a great job

Really inefficient drive thru. I dont know if they are short staffed or what but they took my order (5 items, no drinks), I paid at the window, and then they had me idling passed that window to wait for my food. Meanwhile, no one in line behind me was progressing forward. This Taco Bell needs to get their act together. I was waiting for my food a total of 35 minutes on a weeknight after 7pm. Avoid this drive thru if you value your time.
