This location must be going out of business soon. They are giving out meager portions now. A Waba bowl is now 95% rice with a few pieces of beef and chicken.

The portions at this specific waba are terrible. For 12 dollars the amount of food you get is not worth it. I drive to other waba grills because this one purposely gives smaller portions and charges more than down the street.

Short girl at register has terrible customer service. she gets irritated with simple questions about the menu so make sure you know Wabas menu before coming here. food barley came with meat as you can see in the photo.

Very unprofessional, the girl at the cash register charged me an extra bowl. When I told her she charged me for an extra bowl, she told me to wait for the manager. They told me the manger would be here in 10-15 minutes so I waited, it took over 20 minutes for them to only give me the managers phone number to call him to let him know about my refund. The manager then stated I didn’t need to wait there and that he will call me in 30 minutes for refund because he was at the Huntington Beach Waba grill location.

A terrible disappointment, annoyance because I ordered a chicken beef bowl and they put such a small portion of meat on it, that amount made a mockery of me. This will be the last time I go to that store

Me and my husband when 4/18 around 4pm, there it was this Woman she wasnt wearing a name tap thats why Im not able to get her name, but she was on Phone all the time, she took our order all wrong; because she was listening more the phone then to us, then when she give us our order it was all wrong, So we asked her to replace the food because, she was so distracted by her phone that we have to repeat the order many times and she was still on her phone! She is the worst, really bad attitude, terrible customer service (In case this is helpful for manager, or owner; She was the youngest one at that time)

Place doesnt serve anything special. Reminds me of more of a Flame Broiler or Yoshinoya type place. Serves rice and veggie plates with choice of protien (steak, chicken, pork or salmon) and extra for avacados. Food is okay - like I said nothing special - and the staff is a little slow (either hire more workers or hire faster people. Only two people were working while it was lunchtime rush).

Nothing out of the norm from your typical Waba Grill. Healthy and tasty chicken bowls served on a timely manner. They do have a deal here where you can get two chicken and rice bowls for $12.50 so bring your better half for diner.

Need I say more about a Japanese on the go restaurant?! Just as you enter the door at WG, you can smell the chicken 🐥 and 🐮 scent of bbq! I was so hungry today so I ordered the mixed chicken and beef combination plate to go. COVID 19 did not stop me from ordering a take out. However, as I stroll out WG, my body needed nourishment! So, I sat outside the door and are my lunch. Wow...uuu! What are you waiting for? Order to go. You Japanese food is waiting, now!
