Came to eat with my wife and were told we couldnt eat inside, 22 minutes before closing, I understand I work in food as well. Whats unacceptable is that the service, no forks, no napkins, forgot our Avocado that we paid extra for and when we asked for it the girl literally gave us a Avocado cut in half with the skin still on. I tried to ask for a spoon so I could at least scoop it out myself but the girl said they didnt have any. Side note a family of 3 walked in a few minutes after us and were told that they were completely out of food and they had nothing at all. If true then definitely a management problem if not then these employees need to be accommodating if its still 15 minutes before closing. Unacceptable service.

Me and my co-worker wanted to get a quick bite to eat and we always had the BEST experience at any of the WaBa Grill locations but this one stands out by far....Great customer services and the staff is very welcoming as you enter the front door. Love this! it makes you feel really good that someone knows your there. Overall, the food is great and quick.Thank you for the amazing lunch today hope to see you again.

Customer service was great placed a phone orderThe only big problem i have are these dumplings i asked for them extra crunchy but I just got a lot of residue of the flattop on them. Not enjoyable at all every bite i take they taste like burned. I was a lead at waba grill and if my manager saw this my attention would’ve been called immediately.

They were very helpful with me, I use a wheelchair. They were very patient too. The food is delicious and you can actually taste the fresh and savory flavors in the food 😋! I love the idea of how we can get as much as wabba sauce on the side! I love a lot of wabba sauce!

The salads are not fresh. Old. Frozen. And nasty. Wish i could get a refund. I had to reorder the salad at the maywood location, they actually make them fresh there.

The workers here don’t even know their own menu. I’m taking the drive to Downey instead and never coming here again. How are they going to promote the mini bowls and just give me a side for like 2 tofu cubes???? Ridiculous don’t come here they clearly don’t even know what’s on their own menu

This is a dishonest establishment. I ordered online due to covid and I was charged 2$ per plate, $11+. It was my first time getting food here so I figured that was the price, when I go inside the restaurant I noticed the prices were way lower. If i would’ve ordered at the location I would have paid around $30 instead of $37. Also, the food was not ready when I arrived to pick-up; I arrived later than time the estimated time, mind you it was not rush hour. Food was decent, but being overcharged for ordering online is fraudulent. I didn’t notice any marking to make sure people obeyed social distancing state orders.

Unprofessional, there was no one attending to the customers and the line just kept getting longer. The girl employee had to come back from her 10 because the guy was just in the back not taking anyones order! Smh

Not really impressed with this spot. The orange was dry and they dont even hook up the salad. Beef and chicken were mediocre. Dont see myself coming here again.

First time here. The food was excellent and fresh. The portion size was just right; not too much and not too little. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean; nice place to dine in or take out.

This location is the worst if you go during the week between 6pm- closing time. I only go because it is one of the few local healthier options. Ive been there on MULTIPLE occasions and am told theyve run out of rice!!! How? I dont get it. I wont rate it one star simply because Ive gone on the weekend as well, when there is different staff and Ive had no problems.

Love a delicious and healthy lunch! I am a huge fan of the salmon bowl with brow rice and veggies. The salmon is cook perfect and crispy with a delicious flavor and their brown rice is cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and always with a smile. This a perfect location to stop by.

After gym, sometimes I like to enjoy the signature plate - steak, soft meat with white rice, so delicious. The service is fast and very convenient if you want to eat a quick meal after gym waba grill is a healthy option! :)

Last night i went to this waba location and it was the worst experience yet... they get my order wrong 2 times and i ended up getting some cold hard chicken which i noticed till i was eating it at home and turns out my wife hears the cook boy say we dont have any more chicken when they get it wrong the 2nd time. the broccoli was way over cooked and the chicken was hard cold for both of us. horrible experience

This is my favorite spot but lately the avocado has been hard. They should know the difference between a ripe, and not ripe avocado.... Let alone serve it to a paying customer.

Healthy and delicious. My favorite is the spicy pork(when they have it) there was a tine i ate here almost everyday. Its so good and it didbt nake me gain weight lol the only conplaint is occasionally customer service doesnt seem welcoming. I more often feel like i am a burden. I get a half assed welco.e and a straight faced order... i mean why work in this industry if you cant be a cheerleader for your customers..

Service sucks.. I order 3 plates and after waitting for like 10 min they tell me they ran out of white rice didnt even offer me to wait for new rice.. it was 40 min b4 closing.. i guess the workers need to have more training about customer service and how to improved the Franchise businesses will go down with this kind of workers... plus the chiken was burn ☹

Bunch of lazy workers! It’s not even closing time and they say they can’t serve me because they’re already picking everything up, fyi I walked in at 10:10 pm.Another bad situation I had was, I went in at 10:05 pm and told me I had to make my order to go because they close at 10:30 pm.

They should pay more attention to what they serve, since the white rice was not well cooked, I told the cashier that the white rice had many pieces of rice that were not well cooked and she said that she would check right now, it doesnt weigh what you pay but what you receive in food to the community 👎👎
