Wings were burnt beyond repair, no sauce. Other picture looked like they bit the chicken. Wow terrible. For reference it was supposed to be spicy Korean, it was burnt Korean what a joke 9:25pm 8/12/23

My name is Jose M. I ordered a 30 piece bone in meal. I ordered 8 mild, 7 Parmesan, and 15 lemon pepper. I waited over an hour and half when the ticket time was an hour. The only seasoned the mild very lightly which was no biggy. The 7 Parmesan and 15 lemon pepper were not tossed or seasoned. I literally got 22 plain wings. Wing stop In Santa Maria usually always messes something up but never in my life have I got wings that were not season or tossed. When I called back I tried speaking to the manager but she was not there. They only refunded me the wings that they messed up on when it should have been the whole order. I posted the pics of the wings that were not seasoned or tossed for reference. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BE FOR YOU LEAVE!!!

Well, I just love wing stop!!! The wings are always crispy yet moist. Ive tried all their flavors and my most favorite is garlic parmesan. I am a little upset that they removed their baked beans, LOVED them. They now have that cajun corn, they have a nice kick to them. Fries I order extra crispy with extra seasoning, that brown sugar makes it to die for!! The rolls are light and airy. I have not tried any other sides so I can not comment on those. This store itself is usually pretty great. Workers are always polite and smiling. Time taking your order is quick but waiting for food is usually the minimum of 15 minutes. Which is okay, my food is fresh!! Today their coke station and restroom was pretty dirty, it might have been the large group that was dining there. The only downside here is the restaurant is way to small for how busy they are. Work on expanding so you dont have customers leaving due to no seating!

They undercook your chicken and they dont change their grease for fryers so all your fries are soggy and greasy. No wonder they pay their employees the minimum. They do a minimum job. Update: the food arrived shortly after this review was posted. The wings were overcooked, but tasted OK, however I got gastroenteritis and have been sick since last Sunday after eating here. Wont be returning to this location.Sitting in here a million years waiting for the wings, still have not arrived. Not busy at all, not short staffed, just moving like molasses. No excuse for how slow theyre going. Also the table across from us has been just completely covered in garbage the whole time we have been here. We ordered a total of 15 wings, and have waited 45 minutes so far. Here I am still typing this review, ready to eat, hungry, expecting at any moment to hear my name called. Whack location with whack employees who are happy to leave the place looking like filth and shamelessly waste peoples time. Im going to wait a few more minutes only because Ive already wasted this much time and Im hungry, if the food isnt ready soon I guess Ill ask for a refund (which I hate doing).

Went in last Friday for the first time. When I submitted the order, the pickup time was 58 minutes. Cool. I get there at that time expecting up to 10 minutes tops to wait. 1 hour later, I finally receive my order. Many others ahead of me appeared to have cancelled after waiting for so long. The cooks are trying their best but they are constantly falling behind. Unfortunately this location has gotten a bad reputation in town and for good reason. As someone who was a general manager of a restaurant, I can say 100% its a bad store manager. Their job is developing their team in standards, culture, customer service, accuracy, fast service and have accountability for these key points. Without living and breathing these standards the team while fail and they are big time!! Hopefully they put in a new management team that can carry out the companies vision. Wouldnt recommend this location.

The order taker didnt understand my order request even though she had the item displayed and advertised in front of her then proceeded to correct me. I didnt want to argue with her so I went along with what she corrected me on. We waited 40 minutes for the food she said would only take 25 minutes and when we finally got the food, the fries were warm and soggy. No apology given for the wait. Food wasnt that great for the amount of time it took for us to get it.

I don’t recommend this place at all, specially for people that is doing Doordash, UberEats or any other delivery app. You’re are going to be waiting at least 30 min if you’re lucky. Last time I went there they made me wait 42min just to tell me that they didn’t received any order with that name. The manager have no shame and they blame it on the apps, same happened with another Dasher that was with me. Pls don’t not accept orders from this place.

The food is almost always great at Wingstop. Flavors are awesome and value is WAY ahead of the other wing places. Biggest problem is the wait times and the lack of consistency with their online ordering. It goes down a lot and doesnt always submit the orders you put in at the Santa Maria location. This is the only location Ive had issues with locally.Hours seem to change frequently or they close early which is frustrating. Always double check your bag here if you order extra dipping sauces as there have been several occasions where I paid for a large side order of dips and they were not put into the bag. Staff are not always the friendliest, but I would be the same way if I worked in food service so no worries there. They are definitely helpfulFrustrations aside Wing stop does have great food at good prices, especially when they run promotions and deals. Overall I do recommend this place, just place your orders by phone, and give plenty of time between ordering and picking up.

I placed a delivery order at 1: 20pm. It said the order would be delivered at 2 pm. At 2pm I got a text saying the order was canceled. Then 5 minutes later I got another text saying the order will be delivered at 2:30pm. Then at 2:30pm I got an email saying the order was canceled again. So I called the store and they put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up.

I mean no hyperbole when i say this is the absolute worst place to order from. Youre lucky if you get an order of 10 wings in less than an hour. Im at 2 hours wait right now and good luck ever getting them on the phone. Its forever busy, or just off the hook... If youre lucky enough to get on the phone to ask on updates youre met with incredulous rudeness. At this point though the fault rests on me for ordering more than once. Maybe my experience will help you look elsewhere.

We went there on a weekend and out of the 6 things we ordered they were out of 4 of them. Then the oven broke and another one of the things we ordered couldn’t be done. It took 55 min for the fries and wings and sampler we ordered to come out. The waitress apologized but didn’t offer a discount at all. She said she isn’t in charge of discounts for bad service. I have been a waitress and would have gone to the manager to make sure we got one and she would have gotten a better tip. Won’t go back. 👎👎

I was told eight minutes last night and waited over 30 minutes. I inquired how much longer for my order and stating that it had been 30 minutes I was told by a employees, its not my fault! She walked away and came back and informed me that her manager told her to tell me that they didnt know how much longer for my order and I had the choice to either wait or I could cancel the order and if I continued to be rude that they would ban me from their store. I canceled my order and told her no need to ban me, I would NEVER be back to their restaurant. This place is so poorly ran and really needs managers who know how to run a business. Why go here and be mistreated when you can go to Buffalo Wild Wings? Better service, friendly staff and you actually get your food within a reasonable time.

I ordered online and showed up to pick up at my scheduled time. When I arrived I was told it would be 25 minutes, I waited 40 minutes went back and was told they hadn’t started and they didn’t know when it would be ready. The front counter employees tried their best but when the manager isn’t even letting them know how long the wait is it’s difficult for them. They get all the complaints and angry customers. This place has horrible time management, they need to be better organized. They need managers that know what they’re doing. It’s too bad this is the only Wingstop in this town.

I took my father there for his birthday after him wanting it for a few weeks. The cashier and staff were friendly and the wait time wasnt bad. The only issue was the food being overwhelmingly salty.We ordered three different flavors of the boneless wings and they were all just too salty. I got plain ones later to see if it was the various sauces, but it appears as if the wings are just naturally salty.

Hits the spot when you need some wings. Also they have deals Monday and Tuesday while other big wild wing places never seem to. All the wing flavors are there, which you probably already have a favorite, but the fries... the fries are the best. They have a sweet salty seasoning that makes them stand apart. Get the fries. Bring the wings for the party but get yourself some fries for the ride there.

I wish i could leave this place 0 stars. I never leave reviews, but im m a d. Went for the first time yesterday, the employees seemed lazy and didnt do their job. When i ordered the lady kept getting distracted and made me repeat my order about 3 times. Most of the soads and the ice were completely gone, we informed them of this and they never replaced it the entire time we were there which was a long time sense the service was so slow. When my familys food finally came out mine was not with it. I waited for it to be done but then 20 minutes later when I asked about it it seemed they had completely forgot about my order and asked me what I wanted as if they never had it in the first place. The day after (today) my brother and I both have terrible food poisoning. I will never be going back.

Better than Buffalo Wild Wings because of the quality of the wings. Takes longer to get your food, but you can order online or by phone. If youre dining in, theres very little seating (about 14-16 seats). Any negative experience Ive ever had here is easily overcome by the wings.

This happened today a shift leader said bring my 75 wings back an we will give u more sauce.. im 15 min away and by that time they be cold. The wings had nearly no sauce. Plain basically the meeting I was holding had to be postponed due to this food. This is unacceptable. I want my money back asap. 75 wings with no flavor . I know they are busy most of the time but I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my order, they gave my wings to another customer because they made a mistake on their order so now I had to wait another 17 minutes for my order. If I could offer no stars, I would. The cashier was so soft spoken that EVERY person had to ask him to speak up. Despite that, when asked about one of the flavors and whether it was spicy, he replied I dont know, I just started working here. Okaaaaaay, perhaps you ask someone. We had to ask him to ask someone. The customer now gives the order all over again. Move the prompt to the original greeting or the end of the order, making it easier for your employees and customers.

This place has been my go to wing spot in Santa Maria. Came back to visit family and very disappointed in the customer service. Jasmine ( worker) was leaned against the cash register yawning and had really bad attitude. She looked very annoyed and ignored my friends order.
