We had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing as always. The service was great and knowledgeable as well as accommodating. The drinks 🍸 were on point as usual. Yard House is still a dining treat. 😍 This quality is consistent with all locations I have been to, which is why it is one of my favorite restaurants.

Busy as usual, but short wait was worth it. Food was great as always, server was very attentive. Thanks for the hospitality. I highly recommend getting the shrimp when you order a ribeye here. The onion ring tower was very good as well.

My husband had the 8oz grilled filet, it was tender and the steak sauce was amazing.Lobster garlic pasta was delicious!For dessert we shared a bookie, which was a brownie and cookie combination topped with one scoop of vanilla ice cream, that was ok. I think they should make a brownie with mint chocolate chips and walnuts and top that with a huge scoop of mint chocolate chip.The service was good, although the waitress asked if I could give her a good rating on the survey, which I thought was weird because if you are giving it ur all and customer service is excellent then you shouldnt have to ask.

Good food. Nice atmosphere. But the service left something to be desired. I judge most waiters on their responsiveness to your water fullness. When you have to ask for your waiter just to get more water they arent coming by enough. My water got emptied twice before we had to flag down the waiter for more water. We got sat right away, on a Saturday, for lunch. So they definitely had enough room for seating.

Our First time visiting a Yard House restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good especially the Buffalo wings. We were happy till they brought my food, my plate was so very dirty from the bottom (dried old food and sauce) it was disgusting. Before bringing that dirty plate out 3 people the dishwasher, cook and food runner touched it and didnt pay enough attention to see it. It was so noticeable not to see it or feel the chunks of sauce and food on the bottom of the plate. The server did apologize but I feel like should have been done about it for the inconvenience.

Happy Hour is a steal, fantastic place to watch important sport events because every seat has a really good view of the TVs. Theres at least 15-20 TVs in here. strawberry mule is great for those who want sweet alcohol. cant go wrong with sliders, and bbq pizza

Food was good. Drinks were good as well. Got seated pretty quickly. We did have like 3 different servers. Which at the end we didn’t even know who to call. All 3 were a bit slow but we got everything we ordered. Overall food was good and so were the drinks. Which is what we went for.

Came here on a Saturday, Dec 18, 2021 to celebrate my winter commencement! Party of 10, arrived around 12:35pm.No wait - we immediately were seated even though my family and I were trickling in (we arrived in 3 different cars haha). I mention this to say your entire party doesnt have to be there to be seated, which was nice! This is definitely not the case when I went to Yard House back in Santana Row (Bay Area, San Jose where I am from haha).Our waiter was great! I was happy with the service, even with our large group! You know how it goes with large groups... the service can be awful sometimes.As a vegetarian, I ordered their Beyond Burger ($16.49) that included vegan mozzarella, crushed avocado, arugula, onion, tomato, pickles on brioche bun with sesame seeds. I asked for fries as my side.It was really yummy!! I was so hungry I ate it ALL. Yes, that entire 1000 calories! I was also starving but it was VERY filling. Whats so funny is that the burger looked so much like a real meat burger that my grandma thought that I was no longer vegetarian anymore (haha). I explained to her it was a vegan burger and it was definitely not meat. She was bummed out but thats another story.I have also included pictures of what my cousins ordered... sorry I cant remember what they got but they really enjoyed it! My dad and uncle also enjoyed their beers. Even my Asian grandparents loved their food (they ordered some steak dish) and they are SUPER PICKY but they really enjoyed it!Very happy with my experience. What a wonderful way to celebrate me finally finishing school! Highly recommend giving this place a visit if you are celebrating a big day like I was or for a delicious meal! Sounds like you should visit for lunch though if you can... based on the reviews here, it sounds like the wait and experience is different if you come for dinner. Anyway, thank you Yard House!

Yard House makes the best tasting food, and is consistent. The service is excellent. It has a bar like atmosphere so it is loud, but the food makes it worth it.It is actually more affordable than similar steakhouses. If youre on a budget, try splitting meals but there are affordable menu items to choose from.

Not my top place to go to. I love going to happy hour places and the menu here for happy hour is ok. The appetizers are amazing, the drinks not so much. Bartenders are not friendly, they will make your drinks then disappear until they make their rounds. No smile, no conversation whatsoever. Boring.

Absolutely love this restaurant. We came during Happy hour, food was 1/2 price on Special menu, and they tasted fresh and delicious. We ordered Chicken lettuce wraps, (love its butter lettuce), Fried calamari (so crispy), Teriyaki chicken pizza and Chicken tenders. The were all so yummy.Service was fast and friendly.Will be back for sure.

I always stop in here when Im in the Chino Hills area. I was meeting a friend who hadnt yet arrived, but they sat me in a booth right away. They were already getting busy, so that was a nice gesture.The service, as always, was very good. My friend loves beers and happily order some of their drafts. We had some nacho appetizer, and I ordered a Filet Mignon for my entree. Beautiful meat and vegetables, perfectly cooked.Yes, its a chain restaurant, but its an upscale one; Ive always had quality food, great service, and an enjoyable time at this location of Yard House.

I wish I could rate separately 🤔 all of the staff (Stephanie, Alyssa and manager Jennifer to name a few) were awesome!!! The atmosphere was beautiful 🤩 and the food looked picture perfect. My complaint was the lack of taste; the food had no flavor (which was very disappointing)!!! For the most part we had a great time and Ill give them another chance because the overall experience trumped the lack of taste 😉

During recent visit to Chino Hills stopped in to the Yard House in town. Not very busy at about 5pm before the dinner rush.We got to try some old favorites and some new delicious bites. BBQ bacon cheddar burger, minus bacon, with sweet potato fries was cooked just right - BBQ sauce, garlic aioli, served on Yard Houses newly revamped brioche bun with sesame seeds.Grilled cheese with tomato bisque: just right for the coolness and time time of the day - this is not your traditional kids grilled cheese; it is full of yellow and white cheddar, Swiss, and fontina cheeses, along with slices of roasted tomatoes.A soon to become favorite: Korean bbq cheesesteak sandwich - chipped ribeye, white cheddar, kimchi, gochujang, caramelized onions, green onions, and a roasted garlic aioli tying it l everything together...yum!We finished this meal together with Yard Houses brookie: cookie dough fudge brownie, chocolate and caramel sauces, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream over top. Shared between four, this was just right for the table on this day.The service at the Chino Hills Yard House was great. Our server was great with their timing and number of visits to the table, keeping us engaged, and allowing us space to enjoy our meal. We will definitely keep this possession in mind when visiting this area of town.

If youre in the mood for an adult beverage, the Yard House has you covered. They have a large selection of beers on tap, wines and mixed drinks. The food is good as well, with the pizza being the standout.Atmosphere is relaxed with various sports events playing throughout the many televisions hung all around the restaurant. Went here for Mothers day, great service, all staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Not a long wait to be seated which was nice! Appetizers & drinks came out quickly. Our waitress continued to check on our drinks & making sure were we good. Food was great portion sizes and cooked perfectly! Got off the plane after not being in California for 10 years and came straight here for my half yard of beer.Was fortunate that the kitchen was still open so we ordered a few appies to calm over the little appetite we had and the food was great!I had the poke nachos and my friends had the lettuce wraps.The poke nachos were good but i felt they lacked seafood, it was more chips and dressing than there was protein.The lettuce wraps were good, i got to try one - we asked for the chicken on the side as my friend is vegetarian. I ended up added the chicken to my nachos and made it a more filling meal.All in all, the service and quality was as good as i remember it to be - glad it was my first stop in Cali!

This is the best dine in restaurant in Chino Hills. Its always crowded and so busy. The have outdoor options also and thier wait time is 30-45mins always. I think they need to hire more servers coz for us the one server was doing 5-6 tables at a time...its was like he was just going back and forth and sometimes there was a delay in getting us the second order etc. But anyways, the food and the drinks were so awesome. Onion rings need fresh oil. I can see how the brownish Tan on the onion rings because the oil was not good. It was oily too.. The payment method is very good. You can do in the small kiosk placed on the Table. More options on the dessert will be nice. Such a wonderful experience and will definitely go back.

The food was alright, but the service and drinks were horrible . They kept on serving our food on the end of the table and accidentally made me drop a glass that was on the end of the table, we asked for Sprite and the first time it was fine but my daughter and son had asked for a refill and after we got our drinks back they didnt taste good and tasted carbonated, we had asked for 2 more extra refills and the waitress had said she tasted it and says they were good to go, and when my daughter and son tried it they still werent good, and almost had made my daughter thrown up.

This place is great. I always go here on happy hour time. Service is hit and miss hence why Im giving it a 4 star. Sometimes its amazing and other times its not so good. The other day I came here during happy hour and I did not get a server for at least 40 minutes. I think it was an honest mistake and they forgot about us because other people had just gotten seated and they had a server right away. I ordered appetizers and food through the tablet they have on the table. Our appetizers came out right away and still no drink and no server. I had to flag down the host to tell her we had no drinks or server. She was nice and got us the server right away. Food is amazing.

We dont prefer to frequent chain restaurants but we were with friends and it was a last minute choice. The service was great, all the servers were friendly and accommodating. The food needs some work. I ordered the cheese steak with fries. It was dry and unremarkable, my husband ordered the steak (I cant recall which cut) but it was over cooked. The best item on his plate was the brocolini. We both had a Blue Moon and that was on point. Again, Im not a bar food fan but the beer choices are great. Very busy and friendly atmosphere.

Typical yardhouse.A hit and miss on service. The overstaffed place scrambles anytime there is a party of more than 4 and expects guests to wait more than 1 hour before they can even get a sip of water. Food is standard, wait staff is mostly running around doing nothing.They will always miss items when ordered personally so always use the kiosk to order and pay the bill. Even with the kiosks the place has too many staff. During my last visit I counted way more staff than tables outside the kitchen even when 1/3rd of the tables were empty and the slow delivery of food from the kitchen made me think the kitchen is probably extremely understaffed.The food is above average, the ambience just so-so. People who flock in here are mostly here for spending money and not for enjoying the food or the ambience (they want to say they went to the yardhouse but they don’t really care for the food).

Oh Boy!! I had my birthday celebration at this beautiful fun place! All my family were present and everyone told me they had a wonderful time. I am so happy that I went to the Yard House. It was a very hot day on my birthday, but we still came early to have fun while enjoying a cool drink and hanging out at the bar area,. Where they served the best refreshing drinks. I got to visit with family members while waiting for our table. There were about 26 family members there to celebrate with me. The staff was kind and professional. They took some pictures for us while we posed. They sang a birthday song along with my family members and gave me a choice of dessert free as a gift!! To me! And it was delicious. The food is also amazing, fresh and you get a variety of foods and appetizers. Its a fun, clean and great place for lunch or dinner. Just being there makes you feel special.

One word... Jambalaya! Yum! I took my employees to Yard House for our year-end celebration. They sat its quickly, were attentive, and had our food out pretty fast. The atmosphere is very chill with a sports bar feel. The food was excellent! I mean, you have to try it to understand what Im saying. If you want for that is above par, come check it out. When I received my food it wasnt what I hoped for. The server asked how our food was and I let him know. He notify his Manager. The Manager was very welcoming and accommodating, offered me any meal free of charge, not only that offered me soup and fries while I wait for my food to come. Absolutely coming here again! Avoid eating here unless your upper middle class or higher class.Got the grill cheese and tomato bisq food outing experiences I’ve had thus far.Luckily the server was flawless, she was very nice and quick with bringing the meal and taking care of our needs such as bringing me the refills on my $4 ice tea that tastes like it was purchased in a plastic jug at a super market, trust me when I say I’m very familiar with this taste and there is no way this tea was brewed fresh.When I received the $15 grill cheese sandwich and small bowl of tomato sauce I took the sandwich and dunked it in the bisque as one would and took a bite only to be disappointed by the taste of stale burnt bread and what I can only describe as the EXACT taste of the sauce used in spaghettios, mixed with the stale sourdough, bread and very what can be described as “mid” cheese.Needless to say I don’t recommend coming here if the food is this expensive for such a disappointing experience and extremely mid dish.

This is probably one of the smaller Yard House locations that I have been to but overall the service and atmosphere is great. This place also has outdoor dining like the rest of them. Went last night and we were very cold. There was no outdoor heating and the canopy was dripping water on my son and table. The food was good but when we ordered 2 large clam chowders to go they brought out two small and they were spilled in the bag. When my husband told the waitress we ordered two large she said they were large. When we arrived around 8 pm they didnt seem busy. We could see two outside tables with people seated that seemed to be waiting but that was about it. We were told the wait would be 45 minutes by a hostess that was minimally friendly. The hostess took us to our table which once we were seated, we realized was outside even though we came inside to be seated. It was a little confusing. I thought it was a waiting area but okay. It was a nice sized table. She provided a paper menu of beer selections left. A waitress came pretty quickly and offered to bring us water while we decided on our drinks. There were heaters but it was a breezy night and my legs were cold. We could see a lot of empty booths inside. When our server came to take our drink order we asked if we could be seated inside. She said not problem, shed let the hostess know. The hostess came over and said she would turn on the corner heater (kind of looked like a fireplace). I told her I could feel the heat from the heaters up by the rafters but my legs were cold so wed rather sit inside. She kind of grudgingly said okay and led us inside and we carried our water glasses with us. She took us to a table that was surrounded by booths of which only one was occupied. I asked if we could have a booth and she said she was sorry but this booth (pointed to our right) was reserved for a party of 8. It looked like it might fit six so I was confused by that but took it at face value. I pointed to the ones to our left and she pointed to one and said it was reserved for a party of 5. Her facial expression said that she didnt have time to be bothered like this so we said okay and sat down. As we looked around we realized they werent seating people at every other booth because the table to the right for the party of 8 had a table seated right next to it. A server came and asked if we were ready to order and I explained we hadnt gotten a food menu, just the beer menu. The waitress pointef and said to scan a qr code and pointed to a table kiosk. She said we could also browse the menu on the kiosk. We already knew what food we wanted so I used it to look at the non-alcoholic drinks. As I did so over the next several minutes (server didnt come back) we watched the hostess seat two people at the booth she said was reserved for 8 and then watched her seat one person at a booth next to the reserved table for 5. Needless to say were confused and that changed to annoyed and irritated. Why were people that came after us being given a non reserved booth. Why werent we even offered to be able to wait for booth if there were booths available that we could be seated at? We waited longer to see if we could ask the server and she didnt come back. We decided to leave at that point. This was our first time at a Yard House and needless to say we werent impressed and left hungry, irritated. And disappointed. We are in the area on vacation and it was our last night and we wanted to treat ourselves to a really nice meal. We will probably never try a Yard House again based on the impression we were given tonight. This location especially needs to work on training their staff in customer service skills.

They gave me the wrong dish, which was disgusting. We were on our lunch break and they took forever. We had 15 mins to eat and didnt really eat anything because it was gross and had no time to eat after our food sat under the heat lamps for 20 minutes. The manager seen how upset we were didnt offer to take the charge off. He literally didnt care one bit. NEVER going back. If you go be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for your food when the restaurant is empty.

Always consistent service and food (which is excellent btw). I got the southern fried chicken breast w double corn no beans. My go to entree when I dont know what else I want to try. Extremely crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside, especially considering it was chicken breast.

Excellent Service! We had a family gathering for a college grad and Andrew, Abe and Alain did a fantastic job providing great service and accommodating our size. Due to Covid, we had to sit at separate tables but they handled everything professionally, with great attitudes and prompt service with the drinks and food! If you’re wondering if you can pull off a 20+ party and abide by the various Covid protocols, you absolutely can! I used to respect this place. Nice manager, service, and great food. However, just recently, I lost my retainers at this restaraunt. I called back and they said that they would look to see if they found it. They never called. One hour later,I called and they put me on hold. FOR 20 minutes, they put me on hold. I decided to hang up after... I will NEVER eat here at this sh#thole again as long as they have horrible service.

Food was delicious! Beyond Avacado Burger Protein Style with Sweet Potato Fries was a 5⭐ hit. Had to take away 1⭐ for service as our waiter was only 50% conscious. Another ⭐ was lost from the extreme heat we had to endure during lunch at the outside tent patio. Yes I know they cant control the weather but, the patio just off the entrance had water spritzers to cool the patrons already getting the air con coming from the restaurant while those of us under the pop ups tentswere left to sweat thru our meals.

Took my dad for his birthday, what a mistake that was. 20 min wait time to be seated was OK but the 30 min wait time for drinks and an extra 35 min just for appetizers, then another 35min for the main orders to arrive. The food was good but the wait time was just to much, and the lighting is terrible, it was on some kind of timer that went from dim to dimmer every 10 min or so. Terrible experience never again will I go there
