Lees Chinese Restaurant
154 E Redwood Ave, Fort Bragg, CA 95437, United States
Only one good thing about the place – the service was nice. But the food was mostly bland. The hot and spicy Mongolian beef was neither hot nor spicy. The crispy chow mein noodles, an additional $2 charge, were dehydrated crouton strips you find in Chinese chicken salads. It was not the expected pan fried noodles you get at other Chinese restaurants. The hot & sour soup was basically salt water – inedible. They do not take any card…cash only! They have an ATM machine that will charge you a fee. Also, they will automatically add a 20% tip (to the total tab including tax) for any party of five or more. This was not listed on the menu. Minimum is usually 6 for automatic tip. We searched for reviews on this restaurant and found out that we were not the only ones who encountered similar experiences. It is disappointing to have this as our first meal at Fort Bragg.

Underrated spot. The thai woman that runs the restaurant is very sweet. She makes everything fresh to order, organic ingredients. One of the few restaurants left in town. The Pad Thai is great, same with the Red Curry ask for extra spicey to get a normal amount of flavor), the Chinese Tofu Salad is great. Thai Ice Tea in a big cup.
Off the Hook Sushi

This review has been burning a ?️ in my pocket for a minute, having to work a real job has cramped my posting style. I was blessed to get a meal with my daughter when she returned for a quick visit from college. She/We wanted sushi so we chose Off the Hook, one I hadn't been to in many moons. Our pre basketball game treat began with edamame and miso soup, both perfect. I chose mackerel or Saba and the Durango roll for the soft shell crab. The Saba tasted fresh and was bursting with flavor and the yummy Durango roll was gigantic. My kid opted for the Serra Special which was a meal in itself and absolutely divine. I‘m pretty fond of the setting it definitely had an Asian nautical vibe that was relaxing and warm. The owner is fabulous, we were fortunate she was our server as she was super attentive. They do have beer but unfortunately no 99's which is the only knock ?. You do have choices in sushi in our little town, don't ignore this spot ?Our PSA: Please like our page, follow us and share our posts if you dare ?The Pudding Creek Trestle #eatlocal #sushi Only in Fort Bragg #yummy

Awesome food and good beer selection. Good ambience. The quantity is great for the price, and much better than any other restaurants in the area, bar the chinese ones

I was at the movies around the corner and my family was hungry for food the theatre didn't have. I called them and said I would leave the movie I really wanted to see and miss some to feed the family. I thought at first it was $9.99 for a bowl because when you look on Google it says that the bowls are that price. I brought that up on the phone after she told me the price and she gave me attitude and says “well they are $14.99. You can take it or leave it” and gives me and option with attitude. I said “that's fine, I just didn't know since the pic stated otherwise” and continued to purchase. I rush there and rush back so I didn't miss a lot of the movie. I get inside and both of the teriyaki salmon bowls and the chicken teriyaki were dry and had no sauce on them. We even looked at the rice to see if it was under it or something since that would be easy to see and it was nothing. I call them and told them the situation because my family didn't like it either and my daughter eats anything. They said that was fine and to come another day and the whole meal would be free. I came all the way back from Willits and after I ordered the lady that told me it would be free came out to confront us and LIED to me in front of my family telling me she said only one. I told her right then and there “I can look you in the eye and tell you you told me all three would be free and that's what we talked about last night”. She broke eye contact completely and said “that's all I'm going to tell you now”. I'm very big on being real to people and not lying. It's never worth a $45 meal. So I didn't get food and paid for a bowl for my daughter and mrs. And called it a day. Good miso soup! But the other bowls are dry.
Round Table Pizza
740 S Main St, Fort Bragg, CA 95437, United States
On 10/24 @ 4:25pm I called in an order to be delivered to my parents place as we were busy packing up boxes for their next day move, and the team of people helping needed dinner. A terrible turn of events happened one after the next that were extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I will never give Round Table my business again. This has not been the first time delivery from Round Table has been an issue.1. The employee who took my order wrote down my wrong number and address. She stated it would be 45 minutes. I called after 1.hr 45 minutes and she said he was back at Round Table with our order.2. The delivery employee said to me on the phone from Round Table that he saw the gate that was described, but didnt honk, he then called the number and it was a chinese person he couldnt understand. So he left because he had 2 other orders to deliver. Then he drove our order back to the restaurant. He apologized and said he was on his way back out right now, so then I asked to speak to The Manager.3. The Manager, Lai apologized this happened and said I could come pick up the pizza at Round Table or wait for it to be delivered. I told her that our family had been waiting nearly 2 hours now, and we are exhausted from moving my parents, and that the delivery person said he was on his way out. She said he was still there. I then told her half the crew would come pick up their part of the order as they had plans, and he could deliver the one pizza and ranch. I asked her how she would like to make this right, she suggested one free pizza, I suggested two. She said ok and sent the delivery person out with the receipt of this adjusted credit. The pizza arrived 2 hours late, cold with no ranch. He provided the original receipt not the receipt of credit. I called the Manager back to ask where the receipt of credit was and to offer her constructive criticism. She said she had given my receipt to the man who came in for the pizza, her reason was that it sounded like he was family. I explained to her that you should never give someone elses receipt to someone other than that person. I also let her know how upset I was, and reiterated the events of the evening. Due to her lack of interest and repeating the word okay as I attempted to offer of constructive criticism I told her I would be writing a google review. She continued to apologize and be polite until we ended our call.4. I called other family members to see how it went on their end, and they said their order was cold, and that they received 3 ranches instead of the 4 we ordered.
Seabird Lodge Fort Bragg Ca
191 South St, Fort Bragg, CA 95437, United States
This two star rated Inn does offer many good surprises to guests. Price is reasonable and rooms are clean. Although some of items in rooms are outdated (such as CRT TVs), they are rather minor to me. The best thing about Americas Best Value Inn-Seabird in Fort Bragg is its location. Safeway is a few blocks away (walkable distance), Chinese restaurant is right next to the Inn. RiteAid is nearby. Gas station is next to the Inn. If that is not enough, you have the ocean right in front of the Inn. Personally, I like their breakfast. Home-baked muffins (about six different kinds) are must have. Although they do not offer hot breakfast, their breakfast is more than I would expect from two star rated Inns. All the above will not make me to come back unless they have friendly staff. Yes they are friendly and very helpful!FYI:Wi-Fi: good and many selections!Parking lot: Yes and many of them.Cable TV: YesBreakfast: coffees, more than basic cold breakfast (and home-baked muffins!)Good for family: within my budget, yes it isStaff: friendly!Pool: They have an indoor swim pool (just ask the front desk person for extra towels)Laundry: Yes and I used them. They are good working condition and clean (can be used until 10PM)Vending Machine: only soda machines are available. I guess because of having a grocery store is nearby and a gas station is right next door.
