Lots and lots and lots of options for everyone.My family and I wanted to check it out because we heard there were some good vegan/plant-based options. We went for dessert so we could scope the place out for a future visit, in which we plan to get a meal. We got smoothies (the blueberry, strawberry, strawberry & banana, and Pina colada). We ordered boba with them and my kids and husband and I all loved it! Weve been to several boba places in town and this was one of our faves.But after seeing their menu, we look forward to coming here to eat soon. Its not listed on this menu that I took home with me, but on their board in the restaurant they have a vegan bacon croissant! I totally want to try that!Im not sure if it would be a good place for my kids to dine in though. Its smaller and more intimate inside and Id feel bad if the kids were loud and disturbed the other patrons. But we will definitely order out in the near future.

I live coming to this place. Isa makes good food, everything Ive tried has been tasty. The flavored egg was an unexpected bonus! I love that she has Earl Grey milk tea, with boba, of course. Another good option is the California bowl: think deconstructed CA roll. It was a good snack for my friends almost 3 year old.

Great environment, old school style bubble tea! Very warm and inviting, try the Oolong Milk Tea with Brown sugar syrup, its my favorite! Simply kick back and play some head-to-head boardgames!
I LOVE all of the vegan options!! So many to try & sofar I have enjoyed all of the ones I have had and 118 keeps getting more vegan menu items! 😋 😻🥰 I live across town now and still make a habit to stop in one of my Favorite restaurants regularly. The owner is so nice and helpful! I love the giftshop they have in the front also, great gifts for yourself, friends or family 💞

I have been going here for years because it is near my childhood home. As I grew up and moved away I would always visit 118 cafe when in town.My go to order is a blended banana chai with coconut milk. I love their cream cheese wontons too. The owner is so friendly, sweet and such a hard worker!I wish they had a location in Ventura!

What an unexpected delight! The 118 Cafe is small, quaint and serves absolutely delicious food combined with great service from an attentive but not pushy, staff. It has offers an interesting variety of Asian dishes that are simply wonderful. The managers specials are great as are the appetizers. We will definitely come back again.
I just found this gem recently, and now Im visiting a couple times a week! The staff and owner are very sweet people, the customers treat each other kindly, and the food is fair-priced and well made. A small trinket shop is available inside the store, as well as some board games and displays. Good music, vegan options, and a delightful place to hang out. Would highly recommend!
I really enjoyed the vibe of 118, its a mix of funky and quaint. The food was really good and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the veggie chicken pieces; they had the most wonderful seasoning. My companion enjoyed the pork buns above all else we sampled during our visit.They had great music playing in the background...from the perspective of a Gen X-er and I look forward to future visits.

This is definitely a go-to place during COVID-19! The owner is the sweetest person and she will be sure to make you smile. Her shop sells the best Boba tea and snacks as well as complete dinners. As an avid tea drinker, I’ve tried nearly all their flavors. I skipped over the regular flavors of tea since I make them at home, however, today I tried their jasmine green tea and it is the best blend by far! So, if you want to make this pandemic better, stop in at the 118 Café. It certainly put a smile on my face! Oh also they sell an great assortment of face masks in their little gift shop!
Great staff, they are friendly and helpful. Tyler has great taste in music,old school hip hop, sometimes they play it over the speakers. Issa is a great cook. The food is delicious,plus the prices are reasonable. Love this place. Good place to hang and relax

Best Boba around and potentially the only one in Simi. Either way there is great service with a smile, a large menu of both flavors boba and snacks. I came here today for the kiwi smoothie w boba and would recommend. Also I should not that the is a small novelty shop in the corner and table top games galore. Enjoy!
I LOVE this place. I just moved here from Missouri (a dreadful place) and wanted to explore my options for food and drink around here. I chose this place because of the quirky style and the asian inspired sides. The cashier was so friendly and helped recommend something that I would enjoy, and it was truly delicious. 0 Complaints!
The sweet buns warm my soul on a cold day and the smoothies will refresh you on a summer afternoon. The thai tea is as good as I remember at my favorite thai place growing up and they have such a cool and relaxing-homey feeling atmosphere. Love this spot.

I had an urge for boba and found this place on Google maps. They have a wide selection of drinks. I got 🍌 banana 🍓 strawberry non dairy smoothie with boba. I saw they had food on the menu so I ordered dinner.. baked salmon on rice with a veggie. It was a filling dish but the drink really hot the spot. This place invites you to hang out, read a magazine or paper, talk with fellow patrons and listen to the music, relax a bit.. not your typical corporate Starbucks atmosphere.

This place is great for drinks or for some food. The owner is so sweet and I always enjoy everything I get here. They have great combo meals and their iced black tea is like none Ive ever tried.
Whatever you do, do not eat the cookies. They are extremely addictive and can cause you to pick up a habit. The same can be said for the coffee cake and the biscuits and the coffee. Its baked on site and there is extreme attention to detail. The shop has a nice cozy feel to it and the staff is very friendly. You have been warned...the cookies are really really good.
Literally the best Boba you can find within 25+ mile radius. Believe me, I know bcuz I searched high and low for every Boba place in the county, and over the hill. 118 has the best flavoring and also the best consistency drink/boba wise. The ONLY place that comes close, is the Boba place located on Reseda. Keep it up 118 Cafe. Been with you since 2009 !!

Its a mishmash of a ton of different types of food and merchandise, and it does it well considering how difficult it must’ve been to pull off. The music is pleasant yet noticeable (what is “lo-fi”), and the menu that ranges from BBQ wings to Croissants makes 118 a good option for a first choice or a “nowhere else” decision.
This is a great little spot in a quiet corner shopping center. Super friendly service and really good boba drinks. Quirky decor and seating make it a nice place to hang out.
My favorite hang out place for food. I dislike the somewhat eclectic hours, and the music isnt generally up my alley, but damn is the food good, the people fun and the atmosphere relaxing. Wish I could do a 4.8, but Ill round it up

Vegan popcorn chicken (spicy & nonspicy) are one of my favorites!! Also just tried the Vegan Jerky (honey or black pepper) I will be back for more!

The food is super yummy as well and its all very nicely priced. I used to go here before any other boba/Tea shops were around my area, and now i still go here to avoid the no effort chain stores.

2023-08-07 02:39:33The owner is the sweetest ever and she loves her job so much, it almost melts from her pores. She gives small artists a chance to display their pieces of work in a section of the cafe and doesnt try to gouge you commission. In fact, shes so nice and personable, that youll want to give her some of your earnings, not because you have to or should but because you just want to. She remembers her customers and remembers their orders and I think thats commendable, I could never do that. She makes you feel like youre at home, and at 118 Cafe, you are at home.

2023-10-04 04:42:43My friends and I have been eating here for years. Isa, the owner is very friendly and if you become a regular, shes so good about knowing what you want or making suggestions. She is more than happy to make adjustments if possible to dishes. Her soy sauce Eggs are my favorites and if I dont get a combo I always order one a lá carte. The shop itself is a cozy place with neat things to buy from local sellers. I wish she was open later like she used to be, but I completely understand why she isnt. We try to come by every week to support her business.

We also tried some food, Beef Stew Udon, Pork Buns, Curry Chicken Bowl & Spam Stir fry bowl and all were good. Soup & Curry had loads of flavor. Husband really liked the spam stir fry. Lots of menu options and good prices, I’m sure we’ll be back to try more things!
