1865 craft house is a cool laid back higher end restaurant and bar. It has a very adult atmosphere where people might come for date night or a corporate dinner for people who just want a low key nightThey have a broad range of drinks and a extensive menu with some fusion dishes touching on American, Asian, and Italian dishes.If you come out on a cold night they have fires that they turn on directly at your table to help create a romantic atmosphere.Servers are very nice and super chill and easy to vibe with.If you’re looking for a cool date night spot and don’t mind paying $30-40 per person, this is your place to be!

First time here and we came for the happy hour which is 3-6pm Monday through Thursday. All appetizers and cocktails are $10 and beers are $2 off. You can also get a burger with fries or house salad for $10. Beyond burger patties are included in that deal if you so choose. At 5pm on a Thursday we seemed like the only ones there. Somehow they were already out of the brussel sprouts which was disappointing. Service was excellent to begin with but became very slow after our meals arrived. Overall it was a great value, burgers were great and so were the prawns. Well be back to try some more cocktails in the future!

What a gem! We stayed at La Quinta next door and had to try this amazing place. Drinks were exquisite. The food was excellent and the ambiance was cool & sophisticated.We had the California Crabcakes, and shared the 1865 Craft Burger with Garlic Parmesean Fries. Delicious, tasty and filling. We ended with the scrumptious beignets. They were perfectly crispy and delectable. Must try. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the Korean Steak salad, my son enjoyed the Steak Fritas. I had a Heineken zero, not sure what beer he drank. Food and service was very good. Would definitely eat there again.

I ordered the gnocchi after my waiter recommended it. It was sooo delicious I had to stop myself from licking the plate. I’m here on work so I sat by myself outside and they lit the gas fire for me - super cozy and great drinks too!

Recommend if in the area. Went in for happy hour in the bar area. Spacious area with plenty of seating. Happy hour menu is straightforward with many choices. Service is polite and informative. Tried a salad and Korean style wings. Both dishes came out prepared to order. Tried a few local wines on the menu by glass. Everything was good.

A beautiful property, with laid-back service, which reflects the atmosphere of the entire area not lazy customer service. They have an amazing IPA Miami heat which is to die for. Also try the mango IPA which is just as amazing. Their local beers serve there at the restaurant on tap. The food was delicious and amazing. I will definitely go back here and take my family with me.

This place is great for families and large groups. Theres a wide variety of settings for seating. The food is good and the best part is the parking.

Drinks were just awesome! We tried a couple of crafted cocktails and they were great. Also had a nice Edna Valley wine with my meal. Food was very good as well! The sea bass was excellent!Table service was a little slow but servers and runners were all friendly and professional. Kitchen messed up our dessert order but our server Laura got things corrected to our satisfaction. Wed try sitting outside in front next time as there was live entertainment. Overall a really good experience!

The food was very good and well thought out by their chef. Ill be going again! The only reason for the four stars for service was because the bartender who took my order left and no one came to check on me to bring me my check. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and helpful.
