Food was sooo delicious. Staff are so friendly. If you love Chinese food this is the right place to eat. After eating you have a free sesame balls.

Why have I put off coming here? It was great. I am still thinking of the fried eggplant and garlic. Yum!. The beef stew reminded me of Ling Nam Noodle House( I miss them!), and everybody mentions the garlic chicken wings. Now I know why, They were really good. Cant wait to go back for some filipino dishes

We always get their garlic sauce chicken wings. Its that good that we now buy a few party trays to bring to parties or family gatherings or events. They also serve Filipino dishes and have only tried their bansilog and tapsilog under their Filipino lunch special and both are good.I have only placed my order by phone. Im dont think they have online ordering which I think that they should definitely utilize that type of ordering service. But picking up my order I have never encountered any issue really. Theres certain days and time of day when they are busy so when you go in to pick up your order there sometimes can be a wait for someone to help you with paying for your order.

Our first time here, we ordered pork adobo and bihon pancit. Great portions and both dish were SO good! Cant wait to come back and try their Filipino lunch dish 🤗

If you have friends or family over and you don’t have anything prepared don’t worry 3 Star has your back. Food are always made when you order it wasn’t cooked hours ago. You have Chinese and Filipino food to choose from. The serving size is good and the taste are great!

3star has hit the spot! It is really quality, authentic Chinese food. The menu isn’t the same menu shared by every Chinese restaurant across the country that caters to americans. Great flavor. The garlic sauce chicken wings are very popular and for good reason. Really crispy skin with just the right crunch, a sweet and spicy brown/red sauce/glaze. For sure recommend to anyone that likes good food.

Feels almost third-worldish or ghost-townish over here. For me, to be compelled to visit that plaza at all, its gotta be something like a convenience or a way-back sort of thing going on. Otherwise, Im more likely to select a location that offers a more pleasantly-appealing aesthetic experience.

Love this place! Awesome food. I would give it 5 stars but I am only giving it 3 stars because they still do not have dine in! Only have take out still. I should have called prior to the hour commute on my last visit but I assumed like almost all of the other restaurants in vallejo that they had returned to dine in service as well. Got frustrated and left. Went to seafood city to get PI food and it just isnt the same. Will return when there is dine in. Great food though...no doubt!!!

3 star - laughed when my friends came to pick up the food in one car and DELIVERED the food themselves free of charge and refused when both my friends and myself tried to give them more tip money. Not only was the food bomb during the wedding, but it was perfect hang over food the next day. But, the service was over the top amazing!

One of my favorite places to go for lunch or dinner. Food is always good and follow the standards. My recommendations is any of the salt and pepper dishes. Service is good and never long wait for your food, No to much variety of non soda drinks. Environment clean and restrooms always clean.

My dining experience is limited to about half a dozen dishes. I have a couple favorites, a few decent and a couple not worth trying.Lets start off with my favorites. The garlic sauce wings are fantastic. Crunchy, cooked in a sticky gooey sauce that is sweet and slightly spicy. I come here every so often for the wings alone. They are seriously that GOOD.I tried the tomato and egg soup yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. It was full of egg and fresh vegetables. Chunks of tomato, al dente squash, large slices of mushrooms, and green onions. Not the bland tell-tale mix of frozen vegetables consisting of peas and cubed carrots that Ive encountered at some other restaurants.The chicken congee is good and I particularly enjoy it when not feeling well. Its a childhood comfort food for me. Filling, warms you up on a cold day, and just enough flavor. The garlic rice makes a great staple and a nice change from steamed rice. The pork tocino lunch special is decent as well. It comes with a fried egg, garlic rice, and tomato.The pancit bihon unfortunately I didnt like at all. I took a few bites then took the rest home. Tried it again the next day and ended up tossing the entire dish. Last of all there are several grades of rice and it makes a huge difference when a restaurant uses a lower grade of rice. Im not crazy about their steamed rice and will order it only if the dish Im having is better with plain rice.The restaurant itself is very basic. The staff, some are nicer and more attentive than others. The garlic sauce wings are 5 stars. The tomato and egg soup 4 stars. The other dishes I would give a 3-3.5 except for the one I didnt enjoy at all of course.

Beef stew and egg noodle soup. Sweet & sour pork. On a scale of 1 to 10? We give it a 6. It was So-So. The soup bowl broth was just ok but the noodles was better. The canned cokes were well chilled. The wait service was good.

Definitely one of the best and QUICKEST Chinese restaurants Ive been to. Phone orders are amazingly fast and are great for students/workers on the go (for pickup).Must trys on the menu are the wings, as they are definitely as good as San Tung in SF without the crazy wait (or maybe its the lack of wait that makes them even better! Sesame balls are great too! The tocino is crispy and longanisas cooked just right!Prices and portions are amazing. The menu has so many choices, and all of them definitely carry the same high standard.

First timer here and I am not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I totally recommend the Salt & Pepper Chicken it was delicious. Also the Pancit Bihoon was amazing😋. I originally came here looking for this dish anf it taste exactly how I remember it the one time I had it at a party. I now have a pancit go-to restaurant❤

Made reservation for 20 people and got to the place. They dont even know we made reservation. The place was full. Took 25 min pass our reservation to be seated On separated tables vice our request to be seated together. Food is good... next time i will just take it out faster service i hope.

Terrible customer service. I was new there and I wanted a specific dish I explained to them when ordering. I waited 20minutes just for them to get my order wrong then when I asked for them to make over part of my order that they messed up she got an attitude and started yelling. I had to argue to get a refund after she told me I had no choice but to eat it. Not acceptable you should never tell someone they have no choice but to eat it. I will never come back to this place its horrible.

I wanted ice water after 30mins waiting with my family including 2 little kids. I called clerks and they kept saying “hold on”, “just a second” and didn’t even take my order.I asked “can I have ice water, please?” loudly, then they said “everyone is busy, if you don’t like, just leave. We don’t serve you. Just leave now”
