Came for breakfast and this place this the spot! They have turkey sausage!! The hashbrowns were 100% homemade and the blueberry pancakes, yum! Tracy was so sweet!

I went before a bowling tournament. Very busy. I was surprised by the cost of French toast. It was close to 11 bucks whereas a special of eggs and other items were under 8 dollars. But, it was the correct food to purchase since I had to take it to the alleys and eat it throughout my three games. The food was tasty and served with abundant butter and syrup. The waitresses were helping each other to ensure customers were served.

Great food with large portions. American and classic Chinese food. Not Chinese fast food with chow mein rice combos but they do have great rice dishes and great chow mein dishes. Highly recommend Assorted Rice dish with all meats in it and War Wonton Soup. Owner is Lilian and always had a smile to give to customers. Breakfast lunch and dinner meals.

Tried it for the first time since the mid 80s and was happily surprised. Wide range of choices, humongous portions, seriously, you get 3 meals out of one serving! Same cook, 41 years I believe. Asian man, makes the best Chinese food in town. Sandwiches, etc. 3 of us had dinner and lemonade with one extra side and it was $60 and change. The waitresses was very nice and looked like an actress I saw on Law and order SUV a few times. Sophia something. Very nice family style dinner. I was expecting Mel, Vara, Alice and Flo. Kiss my grits! :-) good stuff.

Surprise......My fiance found this little gem. If you want authentic Chinese food .....here it is .....fantastic large portions that will satisfy your desire for Chinese food....also a great place for that country breakfast .......yummy chicken fried steak and gravy.... Yes! The bowling alley coffee shop has food and it surprisingly good.... i only say that cuz its a bowling alley. I recommend this place. Staff was super nice. Place is a little out dated but food and service makes up for it!

This place has some of the best Chinese food Ive ever had. It is truly a hidden gem of La Habra. Their proportions are large one plate can feed like three people for about (or be one persons lunch for 2 or 3 days.) For only $12 to $14 a plate it is a lot of food for your money. There vegetables are crispy their orange chicken is to die for they know how to make a really good meal. Even if you dont come for bowling the food there is legit and worth it for a casual night out. Also the owner is nice too an added bonus. I will be comming back soon for yummy food and a relaxed casual atmosphere.

Had dinner here tonight and it was the worst! Eggs not cooked and runny. French toast tasted funny and Assorted rice not fully cooked and smelled weird. Our usual waitress was off and new girl was so so. Cooks were more interested in the soccer game than making food. Bring back regular staff or better train be staff.

Here’s a gem that we’ve literally passed by 100’s of times and never thought to try. This time was different, we had some tires mounted just down the street and we went in because it was nearby. To our surprise we recognized the waitress from a previous establishment and of course she was just as friendly and attentive as before. The food is delicious and plentiful I highly encourage you to stop by next time you’re hungry 👍

For dinner I had the stir fried chicken and mushrooms. The best thing about it was the sauce that it came in. The sauce made the meal. It had a soupy texture not to sweet but not to salty. Everyone was nice. I would go back again for lunch and try some other Chinese dish.

I know it sounds crazy but this little dingy coffee shop in a bowling alley serves the BEST Chinese food. Their roasted pork egg rolls are gigantic and delicious I could eat them everyday. The chow mein is great as is the wonton soup. They always ask you if you want your food spicy which is great for me.

This eatery is an unexpected fusion of old-school american diner and americanized chinese food. Thats right, you read that correctly.Expect huge portions and delicious ones at that.I had a BLT and it was fantastic. The bread expertly prepared and toasted, lettuce and tomato crisp and fresh as if just picked. Bacon was crisp and excess bacon grease was removed. The accompanying string fries were also fried perfectly and not greasy, and they filled the plate. I loved the meal.My cohort ordered sweet and sour pork and vegetable fried rice. Again the portion filled a family sized plate to overflowing. The sweet and sour was delicate and the fried pork top notch. The vegetable fried rice was spiced to flavourful excellence.The server was also great, friendly and efficient, but not intrusive.No, I am not related to anyone attached to the restaurant. It was just such a surprise and pleasure to eat there. I know this review is a bit of a gush.Highest recommendation.

A lot of people like the Chinese food here but it is over priced and I dont think the food is any better than any other Chinese take out. I only get sodas here because they have big large drinks in Styrofoam cups that stay cold while Im bowling. La Habra 300 is the cheapest place to bowl in L. A. or Orange county.

We were served by Justin. His service was great. His recommendations and suggestions were also awesome. The bbq pork egg foo young and shrimp chow mein were delicious. The rest of our food was very good as well (fried wontons, war wonton soup and egg rolls). The fried rice was very fresh though not very tasty. The portions are enormous. Worth the visit, great food, value, service and 1970s style clean decor.

The food is very good, especially the chinese menu. The portions are large, enough for 2 people sometimes. However, I wend bowling on Sunday, and wanted a cup of coffee. Not only was the price of the coffee, $2.35 for a small cup and $2.50 for a large, but they wanted to charge $1.00 for a refill. I thougt that was kind of bad. I dont think they charge for refills if you dine there.
