Service was ok the actual food was what I am basing my review on. I thought gourmet might have been in the name for a reason. Not at all.. if you have ever had real Mexican food do not eat here they are over priced and nasty.

The service was rude. No one was in there expect for me and the cashier seemed bothered that he had to serve me. The food came out fast. Too bad it wasn’t worth the brief wait. So in short. Terrible service & terrible food. Wouldn’t want my enemy to eat here

Not the absolute best burrito ever but pretty delicious nonetheless. I like the lettuce inside because it adds a nice texture to the burrito. The bean to meat and rice ratio was perfect. Ingredients spread out the full length of the burrito so that every bite has a great mixture.

I wish the had public restrooms but outside of that I really appreciate how fresh their food is. Its not like going to Chipotle and getting the food lukewarm.Your order is made fresh and HOT at this place.I always order the shrimp in lemon garlic. I also ordered the shrimp and prawn before as well.I live in Solano County and it is well worth the drive.

Quesadilla was good.Parking is horrible. You have to pay for it.Table was not clean. It should have been clean given it was empty at the time we came in.They charge extra for everything. It is definitely more expensive than at most Mexican restaurants.

The food was a bit less than average. My burrito just tasted bland. I could taste the char from the chicken, but other than that, all the ingredients lacked salt, at the least.The complimentary chips were disappointing. This was one occasion that you could actually eat just one chip.I would never use gourmet to describe these burritos.The service was quick since there was no one in line ahead of me.

Its Mexican food for white people that do yoga, and post pics of avocado toast. Change the name to 360 Gourmet Wraps, calling these burritos is dishonest. Next time I want a chicken salad wrapped in a tortilla Ill come here. Also chips matter and if they are going to be bought, at least buy good ones from a Mexican market, not mission hill brand.

I was pleased by the veggie burrito. Good size for the price. Ordering online was easy, fast pickup time and food was impressively accurate, including a special request.Unfortunately, restaurant does not offer customers a restroom at all (recommended a nearby grocery store 🤷‍♂️), so washing hands or finishing up a dine in experience comfortably are considerations.Food, service and online/ app ordering were all great, disappointed by lack of accommodations and covid/ cdc related safety.

Quick, friendly service. The quesadilla was cooked well. The chicken was seasoned well. The chips are a little too salty for my taste. Great salsas. Great variety if dink choices. All in all, a pretty good choice for a quick snack.

Great food and the GM, Sal is a standup guy who is doing amazing things keeping this gem afloat, especially during the pandemic and supply chain issues.We miss the salsa bar, but dont worry, they have them individually and we hope the county can bring things like that back.Lets support this local store as it serves our Frontline staff, x the street at Kaiser.Delecious, Clean and Organized.

This place is great! Have been frequenting it for over three years now, and has always been great! My personal favorites are the taco salad and the nachos (which are hands-down the best nachos I have ever had!) The burritos are also great, with lots of options. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a halal Mexican cuisine.

This review is for two take-out options. The food was fresh and most of it was flavorful. I was excited to try the salsas but they were mostly thin and bland. My quesadilla came out greasy and wet, and hard to eat. Ordered online, and there were a ton of little devices and flyers in the store for online interaction, but the staff didnt seem aware of how to ring up an online order, and it took quite some time. Generally disorganized.

The first time I came about 4 years ago the Mexican cashier guy was very poor with customer service. He had no respect what so ever for a customer, a female Muslim. He was so rude I had never went back since then. It has been four years and get still works here. I have no idea how he has been so lucky to manage to stay. And today was worst then 4 years ago. I hate this place with all my heart and I wish this place did not existed .

Food was just ok. Salsas are good which give it flavor and spinach tortilla was good. Not that big of a burrito for 10 bucks. Biggest negative was meat and chicken was a little tough. Not terrible but I am sure you can find a lot better.

If you want to come full circle to a cosmic appetite experience. 360 Gourmet Burritos of Walnut Creek is the spot. They make the best burritos in town. Cajun Chicken Prawn Burrito is awesome! You gotta pay chump change for parking as the eatery is located in a mini market at the heart of downtown. Great food. Easily got hooked to this place.

Paid over $11 for a single burrito. Thought I was paying $7.50. They offered guacamole and cheese and never mentioned the upcharge. Not cool. Burrito was good, hence a two star rating as opposed to one. Will head to Chipotle in the future where they charge less and let you know how much guacamole will cost... and give you cheese for free.

Been coming to 360 Gourmet Burritos for going on 20 years now whether in Concord (now closed) or Walnut Creek, Lafayette, or San Francisco. Always pretty good but the garlic lime steak burrito i ordered in WC this morning was the worst ive ever had. Part steak and part chopped beef. No taste. Could only get thru half of it. Good news is my dog loved the other half. But he wasnt the one who paid $9 for it. In need of new management pronto.

I went into the place to buy a burrito I didn’t have my bike lock . As I started to go in with my bike, a guy sitting at the table yelled at me n said no bikes . So I left. I thought that was a bit rude. For Walnut Creek it’s not something we hear often from a shop owners!

Decided to try this place out. Terrible. I got a chicken and steak burrito. Once I got home, I discovered there was no chicken or steak inside and the tortilla was stale. Wasn’t worth eating or going back for it to be fixed. Lesson learned.

I was driving home after a long day at work, and called them up some time after 8:30 pm, but well before their closing time of 9 pm to order a burrito for pick up. They simply couldnt be bothered. Too close to closing time.Lost me as a customer forever.

Had an order of the Chicken & Artichokes Burrito (~$7) substitute tofu: Chicken & artichokes sautéed with lemon garlic sauce (with tofu instead of chicken), black beans, rice, lettuce, & pico de gallo wrapped in a choice of tortilla. Food was delicious, staff was empathetic (making sure a gift card that was purchased was not left behind), and the ambiance was exciting.

I splurgerd on a carne asada burrito filled with tasty steak and fresh salsa. Althought thr tortilla was delicious, after the first bite I reluctantly dumped all the inside onto a plate and devoured it without the added calories of the tortilla. hohum....I will be back though as the friendly guys and the delicious food are worth the visit!

Horrible customer service the owner would do well to let go the current employees and hire people that are trained in customer service and that want to work. The owner is very nice on the flipside wish he was there more to see how his employees treat his customers.
