I have been to this restaurant a few times and I have enjoyed myself each time! From my most recent visit, I ordered the beef fried rice, Mongolian beef, and the chicken wings and I was beyond pleased with my order! The ramen is good but the dishes I ordered most recently have been my favorite so far. I ordered my items to go and the food was delicious even after the drive home.The staff has always been very friendly and there is plenty of seating to eat in the restaurant and plenty of parking too.I look forward to my next visit!

I have had people tell me the Poki here is great for a long time -- so I finally made it over for dinner. The place is a little on the no clean side, but the food is good. I got a poki bowl to go and while Ive had more protein in other bowls, the cost of the bowl wasnt as steep as those other bowls.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but this place is great. They have an incredible poke bar inside - fish has always been fresh and there are tons of toppings to add on. The portions are large, so the Chinese food options (orange chicken and Mongolian beef are the faves so far) are actually multiple meals. We’ve ordered from the website for takeout multiple times and it’s always ready. They’ve got their act together! Always delicious, value for $, and friendly service.

It took me a while to finally check out this place, and I wish I had gone sooner. We ordered take-out which was easy to do on the website and easy to pick up. The staff was friendly and busting their butts behind the counter. The Cali roll and cream cheese wontons were great. The Singapore rice noodles w/chicken and Szechwan garlic chicken both had some kick which wasn’t bad, we just weren’t expecting it. Overall it was good, and we’ll dine in next time.

I love this place because theres something for everyone in my family here. My husband, oldest son, and I all wanted poke bowls. But my younger two kids dont like poke, but they love orange chicken! Everyones happy and mama doesnt have to cook! Win-win!

Im sitting here currently... Waiting for my noodles. Nothing wrong yet. Im drinking the water and it reminds me of childhood playing outside drinking from the water hose. Then I ask myself... When did I become a water connoisseur? Today I guess. The food was ok. I didnt finish it but I didnt hate it.

The spice level of ramen no where found in San Diego so far. The ambience is more like a cafe but if you want to eat spiciest ramen this is the place. I always order chicken wonton ramen level 5 spice, this releases my stress level, ordered chicken dumplings, shrimp fried rice as well, the food is always delicious here.

I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but was so disapointed by my most recent visit. I got the japanese beef and rice lunch. The egg drop soup tasted like nothing, so I switched to miso which tasted weird. The egg roll was good, as was the beef itself, but there were a ton of onions on the plate, I would have liked more of a balance. The price was good for a lunch special, but the meal was not as expected so I feel like it was not a great value.

Update: We finally went back after more than a year due to the pandemic. The fried beef Chow mein was very good as before. Unfortunately, the Tonkatsu ramen has changed as the broth was too thick and creamy, not as authentic as one would expect from a traditional ramen standpoint. Its still tasty but I prefer the previous recipe. Hopefully, this is just an off day.------I like it. We ordered some fried noodles and they were cooked very nicely and were very tasty. My son ordered a spicy ramen noodle bowl and it was pretty good. (And spicy!). Would go back there again. My only complain is that the service is a little slow and the food took awhile to show up.

Surprisingly great strip mall food! Very clean place, very pleasant staff. We were extremely and pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. We had just moved my adult daughters into their new apartment and we were all very hungry. This place was a blessing. So much to choose from - ramen, poke, sushi, and Chinese! I ordered a lot, worrying it wouldnt be enough. Oh my God, the portions were extremely generous and we ate so much and still brought home food. Im just sorry its not closer to us, but the 15-minute drive isnt a hardship.

We came into this place with high hopes for the food. Our waitress seemed nice at first. Her attitude quickly turned for the worst when we brought up the fact that our poke bowl was practically drowned in sauce. It was inedible. When we pointed it out, the waitress became defensive and explained that she could not re-make it because we had already taken a few bites. Keep in mind, there were only about 3 bites taken out. The owner also became defensive but instead of confronting us himself, he hid behind his waitress and made her deliver the news. UNBELIEVABLE. Terrible poke bowls, terrible service. We are never coming back.

First time here and expect to go back to see how the other dishes are. We got a poke bowl and chicken chow mein. Lots of options for the poke bowl and a good size for price. Ive had better chow mein, but it was overall pretty good and a nice portion. Service was good and nice atmosphere. Short wait to walk in and order food to-go. I plan to back and try out other items.

Dont go here for the atmosphere. Go here for the food. At least the ramen. I had the Tonkatsu ramen and my son ordered the vegetable ramen with egg and chashu pork. He asked for rice noodles and no soy sauce so it would be gluten free and they were happy to accommodate. Broad selection of poke also. Forgot to ask if any of their many sauces could be made gluten free. I guess that gives me a reason to go back.

I have come here 5 or 6 different times now and really really like the spot! I am happy Poway finally got a pretty good ramen spot! I have had everything from the kung pao chicken, orange chicken, poke bowls and 4 different bowls of the ramen. The ramen and poke are both my favorites here I felt like the orange chicken and kong pao chicken was just alright. The poke bowls are loaded and very good though!! I get the 3 fish bowl and its good size. My favorite ramen is the garlic bomb I love it!! I get it spicy with extra noodles and 1 hardboiled egg.. Delicious!! The manager Kevin is very nice and attentive and keeps the place clean. Looking forward to eating here many more times!

More than delicious! The Chasu Ramen is a dining experience that you must savor slowly. First take a sip of that wonderful broth; it surrounds your tongue with flavor; but it’s not just taste. It’s what Japanese call “Unami.” It’s really hard to explain how flavors, textures, aromas and tastes can contrast as your perceptions shift with each bite .. and each breath because THAT’s another dimension of this experience. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll see; you won’t want to gobble or rush this bowlful. There are noodles under all those treats on top; so, be sure to take advantage of the variety in that bowl. The food here is surprisingly good for how unassuming it looks from the outside. No extra cost for poke toppings like literally every other place. You pay for protein servings and if you want extra avo. All other toppings are part of the cost and its cheaper than most places too. I love getting my poke here.Ive had their ramen since the last review and its fantastic. Dont bother paying double for premium ramen unless you really want to. This is well above average for budget ramen.

Unexpectedly, and pleasantly surprised. Starts by looking like a fast Asian cuisine/ cafe. Indeed, although friendly, the service is quick and light on continuity; they work like a Team, which is efficient. I had the Shacho Ramen in the Miso broth (order a cup of hot water in case this delicious broth needs to be lightened a little). Generous large bowl with bean sprouts, fresh onions, ground pork, green onion, deep fried onion, bamboo (a little over cooked), chashu (slices of pork), and a thin slice of fish-cake. I started by using chopsticks to mix the bowl and to grab the authentic nicely done Asian noodles; I used the spoon to taste the broth (they brag that “Our ramen contains real pork bone broth ... brewed for 12+ hours for maximum flavor.” Indeed the broth is noticeably tasty - much better than “Fast Food!” Anyway back to the spoon - once you’ve eaten your way into the ramen, this dish just kept on yielding solids (ground meat, onions, noodles, etc., etc. all the way to the bottom of the bowl. In summary- no nonsense, tasty and satisfying. Ahhh! ;-)

Lots of choices from Chinese, Vietnamese and Hawaiian. Have been in twice with no wait. The service was good....almost too good in that they asked more than necessary if we were ok. Food was great both times. Loved the Poke and other menu choices. He atmosphere is very casual but they seat and serve you. Its very small so if it gets busy it might be difficult to get in. They offer take out also. Parking is easy and there is plenty close. They are easy to find in same shopping center as Joann fabrics and 99cent store right on the corner.

We had recently moved in the area and gave this place a try to satiate our Ramen cravings. Honestly, I have had better Ramen at other places but they are far (like Convoy or Kearny Mesa). This place did a great job for a neighborhood spot. Their Chinese food though is amazing! One of the best chowmeins I have had in a long time along with the Garlic Schewzan Chicken & Peppery Chicken (Disclaimer: this one has a good kick to it). Also, the mongolian beef was great. First time eating here but it wont be the last! I really enjoyed my meal (a sea food ramen) and will have to force myself to try smoothing else next time. Service was a little questionable when we first walked in. They had a sign that said for dining in wait to be seated but no one came up to seat us. When we asked about it they said to sit anywhere. After that little problem the server was very helpful and patient explaining everything and how to order. As far as atmosphere... its a small restaurant in a strip mall, what can I say? It was clean and the food and service was good. Thats more important to me!

Just moved to Poway a few weeks ago, and have been using this place as my go to for lunch (I work from home). Been here 10-15 times, two of those in the evening hours. I cant comment on anything other than poke, as thats what I get every time. The ingredients are great, and the staff is friendly. However, both times Ive been here in the evening hours, Ive been helped by high school kids who were definitely working their first job. First kid didnt understand that a large bowl and a medium bowl come with different amounts of fish, and the second kid thought a medium bowl with rice meant you get about a half inch of rice on the bottom of your bowl. Safe to say I wont be coming back any time other than lunch hours. Then, Im helped by people that understand portion size, and that you should ask what a customer wants. I dont have anything against kids working their first job. But, itd be nice if they were trained properly. Otherwise, this is a solid place.

I walked in 369 ramen today with my girlfriend and was told to sit down and menus would be brought to us. We literally sat there for 15 minutes while the staff decided it was more important to clean one table… right in front of us… before even coming to talk or acknowledge us. When they finally decided to give us menus they simply asked “are you looking for menus?” As if they didn’t just tell us to Sit down and wait for them? Terrible place and won’t be coming back ever. If you’re in the area, go to Ichizen down the street if you’re looking for good ramen and great service!

This is a place I’ve going to for a few months… Unfortunately it’s gone downhill and I wanted to post a negative review prior, but I wanted to give them a few chances… I order fried chicken Ramen and after about three bites and I realize chicken is raw and cold… Also I ordered some chicken karrage, which was also so undercooked that I thought it was squid.I understand this is small business trying to make their way, but unfortunately undercooked food is never something I can tolerate. This restaurant appears small, but the menu is extensive. It specializes in Poke and Ramen, but you will likely find many of your Chinese Cuisine favorites here as well. The Poke bowl offers fresh and well proportioned ingredients, assembled beautifully and generously. Each order is made fresh, so if it is busy there may be a short wait, but it will be worth it. Right now 369 only offers takeout and delivery, but their packaging is top notch, after delivering countless orders I can attest to 0 spills from soups, and no split packaging. With something for everyone, and all of it high quality, I highly recommend.Now open for indoor dining! The counter girls are all friendly and efficient and the owner works hard to get your order made quick as possible. Everything is good here!

Came here for the first time to pickup my Black Garlic Ramen order. I waited about 10 minutes which was a bit long considering they had 3 people working behind the counter. I was finally served and still had to wait 5 minutes for them to pack my order. There were only 2 groups of people eating at the restaurant too. -1 for the experience.When I got home, I realized the ramen noodles were very thin like instant noodles. This matches the description of one of the reviews below. I also ordered chicken wonton but they were flattened in the bowl like cheez-its. I expected it to be ball-shaped. The worse was when I bit into the wonton. I dont think it was cooked at all, it was still very mushy. This matches the review below complaining about undercooked chicken. I ate two chicken wonton and couldnt eat the rest. -1 for the chicken wonton.I think for ramen, its best to go to a purely ramen-serving or at least authentic Japanese restaurant. Hope this helps.

I ordered online, and arrived at the time stated. Our food was ready but there were others ordering when I arrived for pick up and my order sat out for an additional 15 min. By the time we ate, the food was warm, not hot. We ordered Chinese food, it was good, but all the dishes had an abundance of green bell peppers. Do Chinese people think non Chinese people eat a lot of bell peppers? I have only seen this in less authentic restaurants. Anyway, food was flavorful, but the rice was not what you would expect for Asian cuisine. I would like to try the poke before I give up on yet another Asian restaurant in the area. By the way, pricing is on the higher end, but portions are big.

The place is clean, and they are abiding by the rules of social distancing. I would recommend ordering early, as they are fairly busy. As of July 15, there was no dine-in available. The food was good, and Id definitely recommend their Japanese dishes over their Chinese dishes. While both were good, I believed that their takoyaki and similar dishes were great, while their dishes such as walnut shrimp and fish fillet were good, but not great.

My order wasnt prepared without my food allergens. When I asked for a replacement I was told if I wanted it the way I ordered it I should just buy it again... The food was REALLY REALLY good. It was cheap for such high quality. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. I saw people with their families and people with friends so its diversified. They have buttons on the tables to call the waiters, who nice to talk to, sharing their experiences with certain foods. There is a glass are where they display some of foods, probably to help people decide. And they have a bathroom. I recommend going there, and I will definitely be back.

Bad service, bad setup. Waitress dont know about customer service.I tried this place out a few times, but last time was the last.First, they are two separate restaurants. So if you are dining in the regular food and you want the poke bowls then you have to get in line and order and pay the poke bowl separately.The waitresses seem to always be hanging out in the back and I have yet to receive any type of greeting with a smile.I wanted extra plates because 3 of us were sharing and the waitress only brought out one plate because I assume she thought I would eat out of the main plate and the other person had another dish.They have the soda dispenser out accessible to the customer but waitress has to get them for you. I didnt ask for any refill since I didnt want to risk being charged.Not a good experience everyone I have been there, the orange chicken is bland and life is too short to come back to this place again.

Ordered ramen and it was delicious. However, I would warn EVERYONE to not place an order and pay online. Ive been out here for 2 weeks for a work trip, using my credit card everywhere. Not until the one night where I placed an order online for pick up, and paid on their third party page, did I get a call for credit card fraud from the CC company.Luckily the cc Company notified me right away, but if not, 2 cc transactions would have gone through which were not authorized by me. The food is good, but the website and ordering process needs better security.

The food is delicious. But a man, seemingly the owner, was very insensitive and solely concerned about his profit margin as I was placing my order. He kept telling me everything was extra and there were no substitutions, when I didnt ask about the price I was just placing an order. Furthermore, the lady already told me about their policies. When I mentioned that I didnt want noodles, he laughed and told me it would still be the same price...I asked him not to laugh at me, as Im going to very restrictive diet due to health reasons. He then proceeded to say how he jokes with all his customers and everyone knows him, which is completely irrelevant to his behavior. He needs to be mindful and aware. No one wants to pay $18 for broth and vegetables unless they have no other choice...

Dont let the name deceive you, this is not just a ramen place. Their extensive menu includes ramen (of course) but also extends to a large variety of Chinese food dishes and a made to order Poke bar.The food is excellent all around, prices are fair, and portions are substantial. The service can be summed up as friendly and quick. I got the sweetened green tea to drink which was very tasty, not too sweet. I opted for the garlic bomb ramen and I added chicken because I was told it did not come with any protein, much to my surprise when my ramen arrived with a bit of white meat and alot of sliced pork. The flavor was great with the spicy miso base and a spice level of 4 on a 1-5 scale. My only critique is the surprise pork slices and the small ramen portion, I left still hungry and I got a side of rice in addition to the ramen bowl. All in all a great local ramen spot!

Kinda confused about our delivered order- we asked for One Large bowl (5 portions of protein), Two Mediums, and One Small. All the bowls that arrived were the same size. The small bowl -salmon and tuna- weighed a ton, having mostly rice and a few pieces of tuna (if there was salmon, i couldnt find it), The large bowl was half empty compared to the small. There is barely anything in it- Not worth the $17 we paid for it. The food is good, but they will kill their restaurant by filling the delivery orders first instead of taking care of customers who are actually in the restaurant, wanting to place an order. My daughter stood in line 30 minutes last night while multiple take out/delivery service orders were filled instead of taking her order for poke. She was one of about 5-8 people who were being ignored in the line. Many left without ordering, we left after I finished my ramen bowl and went somewhere else so she could have some dinner.Grub hub, Uber eats, Post mates, etc are ruining the dine-in restaurant experience.

Amazing, quick service and very attentive staff. We had the Garlic Ramen and Wonton Ramen. Asked for medium spice and was expecting a bit hotter so it runs a little light on spicy. One of the best Ramen, Poke, Chinese places I have been to. They have a massive variety of the top dishes of each region. They are prepared very well! And arrive hot, very hot to have to wait a few minutes until they cool down. The Kung Pao Shrimp was delicious and they didnt go cheap and use celery. The ramen was super tasty. They take their time building the flavors in their broth. This is a must for Asian and Poke lovers.

Awesome, real deal ramen in Poway. They brag the broth is simmered for 12+ hours. No doubt about that, because the flavor is rich and incredible. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Do not patronize this place. Leo was incompetent and couldnt place or serve an order. The food quality is OVERPRICED and greasy. Nice wide range of build your own ramen options offered. No listed Tonkatsu ramen option, however, so if youre looking for that it isnt on the list. I had the Salt (shio) ramen, which had a rich broth, and was very nice and not too salty, dont let the name worry you. :) A tad on the high side price wise compared to other local options. Though I still feel that Ikura Sushi and Ramen in Poway, and Mirin Cafe in Escondido, are the best North country inland ramen spots, 369 runs a strong third.

The food has always been good here. I live up the street and my wife and I have always went here. My wife actually brings food to her work for lunch from here periodically. So it is genuinely disappointing to leave a negative message, however the chef, or owner got on the phone with me today and was extremely rude (when I let them know there was tons of red pepper). He was arguing with me about what I ordered. If you want good food 8 out of 10 times, this place is good. Just dont expect them to make it right if it wasnt what you wanted, or were expecting.
