Went to 3Js Asian Market for the 1st time and was treated horribly by the people at the fish counter. It was clear that they dont like black people. I was asking questions and no one would even look at me. One guy finished helping an Asian customer then just stood around looking at me eating a snack. He had to be told by one lady who was very nice to help me. It was so bad that I told her that they obviously dont want my business and I wont be coming back. She apologized and I thanked her for helping me. I dont understand racism like that. My money is green and my green money allows them to take home a paycheck. It was very apparent they didnt want to help me. Or even acknowledge my presence. The cashiers up front were really nice. Unfortunately because of that horrible experience with the people in the back, I wont be returning Ill keep my money and spend it somewhere else where all they care about the color of my money not the color of my skin.

A great place to shop Asian groceries. They have Tuna collar. Great for grilling.

Writing a review on behalf of my mom’s experience today:My mother was waiting to pick up her catering order (lumpia and pancit) at the front of the store. She arrived at 10:50am for an 11am pickup. When she got to the front of the line she was informed she was supposed to go to the back of the kitchen to pick up preordered food. (There are NO signs anywhere that say to do so and she was not told to do this when she ordered over the phone). And when she walked to the back of the kitchen she was told that they (one of the female workers) gave her order away to a person who has an 11:30am pickup because she (My mom) was “late” arriving to the store by 5 minutes. (Which is completely NOT TRUE). My mother proceeded to explain that she was not late and had been waiting at the front. The lady asked if anyone told her to come to the back. My mother said no one told her this information until she reached the front of the line. The woman then proceeded to ask again if anyone told her to come to the back. My mother explained that no one told her except for the person in the front once she arrived at the front of the line. My mother FINALLY received her order after the employees had to make a whole new batch of food for her.This is COMPLETELY unprofessional. No business should ever blame their customers for errors of THE BUSINESS. Shame on you!

Generous portions for to go orders. This is a typical Filipino store. Nothing fancy interior wise but have good items. They also have a shipment center for boxes to Philippines.

It was great. They have so many kakanin and cooked food and it all tasted so yummy. The staff are super friendly also.

They have just about everything you might crave and everyone is so kind, attentive and welcoming. Thankyou for making me and my family feel welcomed and at home.

They have the best and largest serving of pansit. My mouth was watering when the lady was scooping the pansit into the bag. It looked like it was straight from a cooking wok. The taste didn’t disappoint!I’ve eaten at several, more upscale Filipino restaurants in the Bay area but their pan-sit was hands down the best!

Great market. Unfortunately got there at 1:30pm and they were already out of modt food except some small amounts. Wanted Vegetable Lumpia, but out so got freshly deep fried Shanghai Lumpia which was excellent.

The best Filipino food in town. Unbeatable price with large portion servings. Plenty of of food to choose from!
