Cute little shop with a very friendly staff. Affordable with lots of options. My only complaint was there were more sesame seeds on the everything bagel compared to what Im used to but thats just a personal preference. That aside, everything tasted good and I loved the drinks! I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my first experience absolutely amazing and making me feel welcome.

Neat coffee shop with real cafe vibes, and sense of community!Out door seating with folks and their pups. Indoor was nice..lighting and vibe of the place feels how most cafes should. Small and cozy. Hearing the staff greet the regulars. Great vibes here.I ordered white thunder latte, and oat milk macchiato. Both were good. Flavors did have a syrup taste, which was sweet and artificial. Although the notes is coffee I got were nice.Lot of the folks around me had food, and everything looked, and smell delicious. Would really like back and try the food.

I like the location of this cafe in Downey. Its across a dine in cinema and near the offices, bars, restaurants and police station. They serve freshly made sandwiches in croissants bagel or panini. Coffee is great too!

Their food is always to notch, but I give them 4 stars because they still continue to ignore the California’s menu-labeling law. I watch what I eat too stay on a healthy protein diet. I always order the chicken deluxe so I always have to guess the calorie intake, sugar, carbs etc etc itll be nice if they actually put out the nutritional facts like they are supposed to. Then its be happy to give it 5 stars.

The panini’s are delicious! The staff are always friendly and the overall vibe in this little coffee shop is always great. The only problem is the wobbly old seats and tables and the AC is not the greatest.

I have been sitting here for an hour and the line is not getting shorter there are people that came after me that picked up before me all I got was two sandwiches and 2 drinks fulll bags have left. I am aware of pick up door dash and what not but there’s people here that have BEEN here they said 5 more orders before yours! Don’t waste your time here totally understaffed photo is of other people trying to get their order too and second photo is of when I placed the order it is currently 11:25am still no food no drinks

Went here to grab a oat matcha latte before watching Scream across the street. Extremely delicious best one Ive tried yet, if you prefer the strong taste of matcha without any sryups this place is for you! Also got another two drinks 20 minutes before closing for my siblings, they also loved them! Fast and friendly service! Definitely recommend!! Perfect place for studying as well, Ill be coming back for sure! :)

Food was good, Carmel macchiato was ok, service was subpar. The sandwiches took right at 30 mins to make. Then the order was wrong and didn’t even get an apology. Had to wait even longer to get corrected order. Suggestion for owner…maybe go in the people order. Some of us waited 30+ mins for order while others waited 10 mins of less. So if you are short on time would not recommend.

Delicious made in-house entrees, breakfast, lunch, smoothies and more. Desserts and muffins are absolutely mouthwatering. Prices are surprisingly affordable. Our ham, egg and cheese breakfast croissants were great portions and served cut in half. One could easily be shared especially when ordering other goodies. Locals know about this hidden gem. Small, clean, fast and friendly service.

Came after watching a marvel movie at the cinema from across the street. On a hot day and a first timer to this location. The mango smoothie really did the trick. I forgot the cashier who took my orders name. But phenomenal service. They said they were out of mango. But luckily they had one remaining. Served up a refreshing mango smoothie that for sure nuked my taste buds in a good way. Will definitely hit this spot up on the future. Its the little shops like these that deserve the recognition they need.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The blended drinks are great but the breakfast croissants and dessert selection is what makes it. The inside is small but they have a couple tables outside which is where I usually like to hang out whilst sipping on a mocha. The staff is also friendly and quick.

I love this place, great sandwiches and blended drinks but tonight we just ordered sandwiches and I found a hair in mine. My hair is thick, straight, long, and black right now and my husbands is short and red so we know its neither of ours. My husband and I both went to Downey high and have lived here most our lives so weve eaten here a lot but tonight just completely grossed us out. Even so Im still giving them 2 stars instead of 1 just because everything here is usually amazing. Were super disappointed 😞

I went this morning to try out this place. I had seen other people post about this place having the LOX bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and tomatoes and I wanted to try it out. Unfortunately they told me they no longer do this type of sandwich 🥺😥I tried their regular jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and a caramel ice blended coffee with soy. The bagel was good.Could use more jalapeno peppers and the coffee was great!

Always excellent service, great food and professional. However, by no fault of the owners, a man was sitting inside the shop enjoying his coffee, talking on the phone, with no mask on. He could have sat outside but didnt. The owner saw him, stopped and starred, but said nothing. The owner should be the one to tell him to please sit outside as a mask is required inside and there are signs every where that state that.

One of the best little coffee shops here in Downey. They get to know you my name and then they know what drinks you like to have when you come in it’s nice hometown feel. I see the same folks almost everyday as well. I only get coffee in the morning but a few times I have gotten the protein sandwich with turkey and avocado and it’s delish! Highly recommend!

Last week I find a wonderful cafe shop. I want to recommend it to every people. If you have free time in the afternoon, I advise you can take a book you like to go there and buy a cup of coffee. This is literally a coffee shop. Light music playing, the soft chatter of discussion. The location is small thus get full quickly. This cafe is conveniently located on 3rd St. (of course) directly across from the Krikorian Downey Cinema 10. My wife and I visited this basic sandwich and coffee shop a couple of times. We highly enjoyed their vegetarian sandwhich on dark bread. This is another very good hole-in-the-wall cafe with both inside and sidewalk seating. it even has a sofa, so its not unusually to see patrons relaxing and read the paper or viewing their smartphones at a leisurely pace.
