85C Bakery Cafe - Cerritos in Cerritos

Bought this cake at around 8pm and my drive home is just 5 minutes. When I opened the box the cake was a mess. Bad packaging. Theres a bumper the cake is sitting on so when this cake was boxed the guy that boxed it folded the ends too far in and damaged the frosting on both sides.

The sea salt chocolate is my favorite. Great selection of pastries and boba drinks to choose from. The quality are pretty consistent in different locations.

Stopped by to pick up some bread! Lots of options to choose from, good choice if youre in the area. Not that impressed with what I got though.

Very fresh. But I’m not a big fan. It’s highly processed bakery items. Could introduce more healthy items. The bread is delicious if you enjoy semi sweet super soft bread. Plus many cakes. I wish they can sell Cantonese style bakery like egg custards, Chinese bbq baos. They are hard to find in Cerritos. It would be a joy to see those that I crave so much.

First time here, all I can say is WOW! Most of the baked goods are individually wrapped, and labeled and priced. I bought 4 items plus a large caramel macchiato for $11.00! It was NOT over priced. The baked goods are fresh and delicious. Definitely a gem, need to find one closer to me.

We love this bakery and specifically this location because they still make what we like. Another place said its not as popular, but it’s always sold out 🤷🏻‍♀️ Place is clean. The staff are always helpful. They did a great job regulating during the covid days. I like the fact that the pastries are individually wrapped now (and I hope it stays that way). You get a tray and their tongs near the entrance. You use the tongs to pick up the items and load them onto the tray. A lot of their bread/pastries are moist and very tasty. If its your 1st time here, just try everything. 😂 They have items like their chocolate cream cheese to garlic bread. I tried their milk tea pastry. That was different. It was just like the drink with boba inside! (Wow) Weve never been disappointed with their pastries. They offer a military discount (need proof). I just wished their website made it easy to order online (which they say you could, but not user friendly).

Hello Fellow Angelinos!This Bakery is making an impression on me!They have everything pre packaged and ready when you walk in just grab some tongs and a tray. I like the fact that everything has a description, Me and my wife came down on saturday April 1st 2023. It seems they were doing some remodeling so they had all tables and chairs covered in a big black tarp with tape on some molding. the line is long at check out so be ready for a wait. They have a great mochi bread and great cream cheese and jalapeño bread!!

Love this little bakery as a one-stop shop for boba, dessert, and buns! The space is nice and big, and all the food is fresh and tasty. Everything is packaged individually, and most things you can put on a tray for take-away. Checkout is quick and everyone is friendly, I will definitely be back!

Love this place. Come here often and rarely disappoints. Recently tried the new corn bun, wasnt bad, but couldnt seem to get the flavor that was expected. My daughter loved it. I also tried the hibiscus lemonade. Like the fact that the lemonade was tart, but was also expecting the hibiscus to be sweeter, felt the hibiscus got lost in the lemonade. Every pastry is marked, and the menu is simple and to the point. So far everyone I have taken these pastries to, fall in love. I have tried several of their cakes. I love the fact that they are not too sweet. The customer service is always one of the best and efficient. I am lucky enough to have several within driving distance.
