Customer Service IS HORRIBLE. The Manger Sal is rude and disrespectful. There was only one register open and we were waiting in line. I walked up to the cashier and asked is there anyone else here who can possibly open up another register he didnt even bother to look at me just said If I HAD anyone else here I wouldve already opened up in the rudest tone. I then told him he didnt have to be rude and disrespectful I just asked a question, he kept up the rudeness by replying well I just answered your question ..... that coming from a mangers SPEAKS VOLUMES on how thiss store must be run! The store magnet needs to reassess what kinds of person he wants to represent this business/store!

Great array of items. Great deals on beer and wine. Found everything I needed. Saved 50 dollars Im happy.

99cent store is no longer my go to store. Thr prices have gotten ridiculously high, no longer a good selection throughout the store. Dollar Tree stores are out numbering and slowly taking over. The Dollar Tree is still$1.25 through out except for the freezer section which is still good prices with a good selection. The D.T. just doesnt offer a produce section.

They definitely need more cashiers that want to work there. Maybe they should pay more. I dont know the situation but always short on registers and cashiers move slow with a dont want to be here demeanor.

Horrid, disheveled looking, & foul-mouthed insulting security guard for the shopping center. I am homeless thus I descriminated against, but I looked more clean and in decent attire where he looks like he has been drinking. More to come...

This shopping center here has a Big Lots right next door Vietnamese cuisine restaurant nail salon Check Into Cash China Express Chinese food tobacco entertaining place even a Dell Taco.

Standing in line and a black male Approaches SANDRA register 5 at 10:30am Wednesday 5/31 asking where he can find an item. She starred him down watched his every move as if he was stealing. Then announced for them to roll the cameras back, then called another lady over to watch the man. Iv had a previous issue with this same lady claiming to be the manager but would not give us her name or the number for the store as she followed me and my mother around and harassed us with rude comments . This is very sad and unprofessional that a BLACK person can not walk into anywhere especially a 99! Cent store! She needs to be fired.

Well first of all, the lines are long but now they made them even longer with some weird system, where you wait at one end of the store, they want to do it like Ross and something like that, where they just got a cashier or they are goingto tell you to what cashier to go to. Really?? Put some self check machines instead of these lines. Dollar tree has them, why not 99 cent store....

Love this place, so much stuff for a dollar. I get hair ties, pencils, sandals, gift bags and tissues with cards sketchbooks etc. Candy drinks and chips are cool too. I come here for all my random nic-knacks.
