Hidden gem in South Lake Tahoe. If we could give more than 5 Stars we would! From the beautiful hostess, to the attentive waitress and the incredible chefs, a superb establishment! We had a delicious breakfast there on Saturday, October 12th. The Chilaquiles were incredible. The chef knows his stuff. Full of flavor, crispy and just the right amount of spice. Absolutely incredible! My husband said they were the best hes had, besides my mamas that is.We also tried the sweet delicious Rum French Toast that was heavenly. Made with pound cake slices for a moist texture without being soggy. Filling & satisfying. We shared it, and still couldnt finish it. Tasted just as good the next day, Im happy to say.I had The Cowgirl Hoagie which is made with turkey sausage, bacon, cheese, ham and a fried egg. Genius! All melted together and full of flavor, makes one amazing breakfast sandwich. Must try.All in all, A Cup of Cherries is a must try in South Lake Tahoe. It closes at 2:00 pm, giving you plenty of time for a late breakfast or brunch.
European, Asian, and Mexican fusion. An impressive claim - the dishes really work! Try the Chile Relleno plate, the Singapore delight, or the Protein Daikon roll - eclectic combinations were perfectly cooked and tasty! Traditional breakfasts and crepes are also delicious. Kid friendly. Staff were super nice and helpful. Almost forgot that homemade habanero sauce - wow!

This small restaurant had some great breakfast food with good coffee. The Nutella crepes were good, of course but other more healthy options like the protein roll were also well done. Something for pretty much everyone on the menu.
The coffee is by the cup; its good, but not incredible. They have a lot of espresso based drinks with lots of flavors, if you like that type of thing. The omelet was...an omelet (nothing special). BUT...the Viet sandwich is out of this world. Literally, one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had. All the different flavors work so well together. My rating is based on that. If you go here, get that. For me, its the only thing on the menu.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! If you are in the area this is where you have to go! The service is just awesome. Everyone is so nice and friendly and takes the to.e to talk and connect with you.Their coffee menu is to die for. And there menu, it was an I teresting mix of food options. But, I must tell you both of our meals were fabulous! Next time I make it to tahoe we are going their again.I took a few pictures. Not enough. You will see a picture of my breakfast. It was their chilli relleno breakfast special, it was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend got their banana pancakes with banana and coconut shavings and pecans and an icing of sorts drizzled on top with a side of bacon for his breakfast. Those pancakes were delicious! I also ordered the Strawberry fields coffee and my boyfriend ordered the Butterbeer.Overall fabulous. I would recommend this place to anyone!Thank you to cup of Cherries for an unforgettable experience!
Massive environmental disappointment. Plastic utensils, paper plates, and they charge for water that is only served in disposable plastic bottles. The food was average, service was odd, the owner seems to be cutting corners on anything and everything. Menus, seating, water, cutlery, etc. Im surprised the use of the bathroom does not require a paid token. Having to tip before service is also something different... If you hate Lake Tahoe environment conservation and want to contribute to landfill use, this place is your jam.
This cute little place is great for breakfast or lunch. Their menu includes a full espresso bar with many delicious options along with a variety of breakfast options, such as omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, crepes... you name it. They also have a great selection of lunch items that look fantastic but weve only been here for breakfast so far. They have some beer & wine options too. What distinguishes it from other places is the quality of their ingredients and their friendly service.For those that require gluten free meals, like my husband, rest assured that they have some very yummy options here and they will take care of you. But gluten free or not, you will have a healthy, delicious meal here with fresh ingredients that are locally sourced and you will enjoy the hospitality of the servers. This place is a must visit every time we are in town.
This restaurant serves american style food but they are not oily. My gf and I had brunch dishes here and all the foods were fine and not oily, so those felt so good. Price was normal.
It absolutely overrated for the present time. Quantity and quality is way way way below average. I know something wrong when I came around lunch time and only few people there. Similar price you pay here can get much better in other place, where can make you feel full when you walk out of a restaurant. Dont even deserved One star!!!!!!
This place is great. Walked up, ordered, and they had us pay immediately as opposed to at the end of the meal. The food was out in MINUTES. The food quality was amazing, despite the quick serving. I ordered the Island Pancakes, which were a unique dish of banana pancakes with a coconut drizzle on top. Price is reasonable for what you get. Was told by others that the French Toast and “Omlette Quesadilla” loaded with meats and pressed like a panini were equally as good. Coffee and cocoa were also tasty. Employees were attentive and joked a bit, very friendly atmosphere.EDIT JULY 2022: Just as amazing my second time around. I ordered the Rum Chai French Toast, and not only was it out quickly, but it was some of the best French Toast I’ve ever had.
I came here because I needed to work and they had wifi. I got crepes because it was on the cheaper side of the menu, and they did not disappoint! 😋😋Workers were very friendly and even though I was there over an hour(because I had to eat slowly to extend my time🤣)they didn’t seem to mind. I did leave as more people started showing up cause I didn’t want to take up a massive table when bigger parties were arriving… PS. Don’t mind the Black Cabin Coffee cup, I had gone there right before this.
Great place with friendly, helpful staff, delicious food and cozy ambiance.The Viet Hoagie was a highlight, I got it to go, and it was terrific while hot and fresh, and saving half for after a hike, tasted great while cold too.The coffee is good too.
Warning, dont actually have cherries, refers to coffee beans in a cup.They have a variety of foods with an eclectic take on many of their dishes ranging from Mexican, Singapore and vietnamese etc...Coffee was excellent, although I asked for iced and they brought hot. To be fair I didnt ask them to fix it, I was already drinking it. I had a breakfast sandwich which was very satisfying. Warm soft bread on outside, crunchy bacon on the inside.Staff was very friendly, I can see why its popular.
Wow! This place is very yummy. Im visiting from OR and came here for breakfast.ordered the chilaquiles en salsa verde with egg super good and got a Mexican spice mocha not to sweet which I like. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They made good recommendations they kept checking up on us. They were being clean and following covid regulations. Will be back during our stay, its walking distance from our hotel!
One of the best breakfast spots in town. The raspberry mocha was on the level of Godiva flavor. Nutella crepes with strawberries and bananas are recommended.
Amazing little hidden gem located right off Lake Tahoe Blvd (50), tucked in just west of Ski Run Blvd and east of beautiful El Dorado Beach. As if the large breakfast menu doesnt give you enough delicious options to choose from, their long list of flavorful coffees, mochas, and lattes will not disappoint!!
Quite nice brunch place. It’s a little bit pricy but what we ordered were both great. (The French toast and Japanese tamagoyachi)
Very yummy coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Tastes fresh and definitely comfort food. Great atmosphere and our server was very sweet. You can choose to take out or sit and eat, I recommend to sit and eat! Prices are up there but it’s worth it for what you get. $22 for two breakfast sandwiches and two double coffees, plus tip.

Cozy place with friendly service to have breakfast.Parking is a little snug but if you can park, you will enter a great place to start your day.The breakfast crepe and the classic breakfast was pretty standard but the Mexican Spice Latte is recommended. Its apparently a latte with cayenne pepper and agave. Its one of those places that presents their lattes in a big cup and we pull out our cameras before sipping. Ill definitely be back to try other popular lattes.I much prefer A Cup of Cherries over Driftwood Cafe which is hectic with a lot of vacationers.
I was visiting tahoe and was craving a sandwich and salad and found this cute shop on yelp. I saw all the promising reviews and photos and decided to call in an order. It is close to the lake, but is a bit further from the more crowded shops area. They had a little parking lot next door which was really convenient. The shop is pretty small, but it seemed a lot of people were ordering to go when I came. Their menu is pretty extensive, with lots of fusion items that I was a bit wary of. Some items are a bit pricey, but most of their stuff is pretty reasonable. I would recommend looking at their menu on their website because it is pretty long. We ordered the Viet Hoagie and bad boy panini. We saw that the viet hoagie was really popular and was not disappointed. We liked that a small salad came with the sandwich as well. They also have a lot of different coffee drinks that I would love to try in the future. I would highly recommend this place if youre visiting tahoe soon.
Visiting from New York, this was the best breakfast I had the entire time I was in California. Though the Staff seemed a tad bit cold compared to the other restaurants we visited in the area. Th food came out speedy and incredibly delicious. I ordered and Highly recommend the “Chilaquiles and Island Pancakes.” the Chilaquiles reminds me of a dish I had while I was in San Diego from an Authentic Mexican restaurant, it was incredible. Secondly, the Island pancakes, are HANDS DOWN the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life. Those are a MUST.I tried a piece of the omelette quesadilla, I must admit it to was very tasty and the spicy sour cream is like no other sour cream i’ve ever tasted. If you visit tahoe, you must visit A Cup of Cherries.
I wouldnt rate their breakfast as one of my favorites but I give their unique menu huge props for diversity and things you wont see elsewhere. I wont drop a star because Ive only been there once and it didnt miss the mark just didnt top my all time list but their coffee service is top notch. The Mumbai Latte was something that was missing from my life.
Tried the butter beer coffee and the zebra (white and milk chocolate) coffee. Really great taste! The service wasn’t great though.
The cup of cherries cafe was a really nice, cozy place. The music playlist was spot on to my playlists. The servers were very nice and I will come back again. Had a delicous nutella crepe with bananas, pecans, strawberries with a raspberry tea and to top it all off their mocha was amazing! They have some really nice art pieces to look at while you eat.
Welcoming breakfast place for families. I loved how accommodating and attentive the servers are. We had the best experience with our two picky eaters and the coffee was just perfect not too sweet or bitter. We love coming back were families are welcomed.
The staff was excellent. The place was small but cute. We got 2 of the eggs, toast & meat plates with specialty coffees and 2 muffins which came to about $65 which was more than I thought. The food was a little greasy.
Haha, the name is misleading you into thinking that its sort of a dessert place or something. But, it is a typical breakfast/lunch/brunch place with really good coffee! Must try their hashbrowns and eggs with some Sriracha sauce! Their Mexican spiced coffee is a must try!
Would have been five stars for the food, but the service was not good. They wouldnt let us order coffee or bring water until the whole party arrived and its not like they were full, and there was no wait either, the server just said the owner wouldnt let her do beverages because we would finish before the others. I said I didnt mind but they still refused. Super rude and just plain wierd. The island pancakes were awesome, but next time I will order to go.

We like trying smaller local businesses, so gave this one a try. Nothing special here, overpriced. Portions seemed smaller than usual. I ordered 2 eggs, hashbrowns, turkey sausage, toast (only one slice given), 1 coffee $5,(.75 cents extra for medium size), no refills,$23. Too many other places to eat in South Lake Tahoe with better food, service and pricing. We dined in. Plastic utensils, served on paper plates, coffee served in paper cups, as if meals were ordered to go. Pricing was equal, if not higher than other full service restaurants with real dinnerware. They didnt offer to refill coffee. Small place with limited indoor dining, some outdoor dining on US 50.

I got the omelette quesadilla with their peppermint mocha, both were delicious. Definitely the perfect way to start your day while in Tahoe. the Chipotle sour cream takes it to the next level.
Try this place out! I was just visiting Tahoe and wanted to try some of the local goods. Turns out it was successful here! Great atmosphere and service is just the beginning. The food is delicious and nutritious!
Excellent food, excellent service. They made us feel welcome and like we were regulars even though it was our first time there. I had the Nutella strawberry crepes and they were the best. My husband had the country French toast and he loved it. This will be a spot we come back to every time we are in Tahoe.
Staff not welcoming, the person at the reception was very dry with no smile.Water not served, the toast was soaked with better or oil.The potatoes were not cooked properly.Bottom line I wont recommend this restaurant and I will never go back to this restaurant.Also very expensive and not deserved.We paid before receiving the food including the tip. Usually the if based on the service which is not the case here. Heat and run

The food was amazing. They have so many interesting choices and it was very hard to choose. I went with the Kimchi breakfast burrito, wow it was so delicious. The portions are very generous as well I had to stop myself and take the rest home. The salsa they have on the side as well is great. They have a lot of coffee and mimosa choices as well. I went with a vanilla latte, very yummy! Cant wait to be back
Best coffee Ive had in Tahoe. Good enough that I broke my rule about eating at the same place twice on vacation to get another latte on our way out of town.Friendly staff, and a cute interior with a nice small breakfast place feel.
Cute little breakfast place, my husband and I stopped by yesterday on our way out from our vacation in Lake Tahoe. The service was fairly quickly and the people were friendly. I got a mocha chai and my husband got a vanilla latte. Both the drinks were pretty good. We then got the breakfast hoagies. The hoagie rolls were fluffy and warm. Parking is limited could be a problem if you go over the weekends.
It was a great breakfast and I got a good vibe from the place and staff especially Alexa in front desk ✌️, good place for breakfast in Tahoe lake

Vegetarian Omelet Quesadilla was excellent. Pancakes were good. Fresh fruit side was good. Scrambled egg was decent. Staff was friendly. Biggest complaint was no tap or faucet water available with $45 meal. Only option bottled water. This is going to bother people when theres a heat wave in August. I know we are in a drought, but customers need a cold glass of water. Thank you.
This place was recommended to us but we were not impressed at all! I ordered strawberry/blueberry crepes without the blueberry compost. They did not tell me that that meant there were just a few strawberries and NO JUICE/syrup on the crepes! I had to use regular maple syrup to choke them down with. I asked for a side of scrambled eggs and they were over-cooked and looked more like an omlet then scrambled eggs.... You have to stand at the register and order your food from a menu board! And the girl that took our order didnt seem to want to be there. She was not helpful when ordering our food. And the topper..... we were prompted to leave a tip when we initially paid for our food!! I dont tip BEFORE I get served!!
This place has a very cozy vibe! Loved the atmosphere. Besides that, I was not impressed. Coffee was good, but when I had gotten my food it was a bit disappointing in taste and portion size for the price you pay. Also didnt like that they didnt have free water.. only bottled waters available.

Highly recommended!!!We decided to try Cup of Cherries on a whim. The people were nice and helpful from the moment we arrived. Now, lets talk about the food. The freshness, flavor, and cook of every dish was perfect.We had a large party that included both adventurous and picky eaters, and a couple people that required gluten free options. Everyone left happy. Which almost never happens.

I had a coworker who previously lived in New Zealand that recommended I try a *genuine New Zealand* Flat White based on my love of expresso. There is nowhere else in town where I can find such a delicious and authentic version of this delightful drink. Their version is frothy and strong, the perfect complement to a busy morning. Stop in and try one, you wont regret it!!

Great place. I came here because it’s near where we stay. The people working here are all so kind and pleasant, good vibes here. They’re food is so tasty, & seems to be made with fresh ingredients. Everything we had was fantastic.I got the Breakfast wrap....it is delicious but it is filling! I was surprised how much I liked it, bc I eat a lot of breakfast wraps & burritos. If your in the mood for a breakfast wrap While in S Lake come here & get this one! My wife had the sausage & mushroom quesadilla and it was so good she’s been talking about it since we finished. Very Happy I stopped by this place today. Next time I’ll try the mimosas.
Disregard her puzzled expression, that was her hangover. This sandwich and quesadilla were awesome. I got the basic breakfast sandwich with turkey sausage and it was so good. Also a mango Arnold Palmer. It was really exactly what we wanted. I could eat that sandwich every day. The bread was so good and perfect mayo amount and great home made hot sauce. Big fan
Arrived to the restaurant with wife and 8 month old baby. We set our diaper bag on one of the outside table. We were looking at the menu outside as it’s our first time going there, we noticed a group of girls walk in after us but didn’t think anything of it. Moments later an employee comes out with them and tells us she needs our table and if that was our backpack to please take it, she says there’s a waiting list but there wasn’t and the girls had walked in AFTER us. We weren’t technically kicked out but it sure felt like it. So we just left. Didn’t bother explaining we were there first. Needless to say, not recommended.
Stayed across the street at beach retreat and ate here both mornings and food was great.
Stopped in to grab a breakfast wrap. It was amazing! Size was large enough to split between two people. Highly recommended and I will be back before I leave Tahoe.
We came here on 4th of July weekend. The food took almost 40 min to be ready, but we understand it’s a holiday so we didn’t say anything. They brought the wrong order to my friend and she had a bite and said it wasn’t what she ordered. They took her plate to bring the new order which took almost another 20 min. Basically she waited almost 60 min to get her food while everyone else in the party had eaten. They didn’t even give her a complimentary coffee nor nothing to eat while waiting. She had given them 20% tip beforehand FYI. They also don’t offer tap water.
Limited parking - only 6 parking stalls and 1 handicap.My review is based in the lack of customer service. The food was good. But the lack of customer service detoured me from enjoying my food.My family and I came around 10:00am and my husband went down to check how long the wait for table of 5. He was quickly seated and he called us to come on in.There was only 1 menu provided to us so I pulled up the yelp menu but apparently TMobile has spotty reception in this establishment. And my husband ended up asking for another one.After waiting a few minutes my husband finally got up to ask if someone was going to take our order. Thats when he was told he had to order at the front. Yes there is a sign that also tells you to order before sitting. BUT there was 2 other parties seated after us that also did not know and were not told to order up front so clearly the sign is being missed. Being a tourist destination I would train staff to ask if its the parties first visit and let them know how to order.When I was giving my order to Jaylin (according to the receipt) she asked that I repeat my coffee oder that she didnt quite get, which is fine but then she said oh that was my bad. I get she is very young but but she is an employee working in a professional environment and we are not friends. I would have preferred a my mistake I didnt quite get that can you repeat your coffee order.No one came around to see how we were doing. And my oldest son asked me about the customer service so I had to educate him and the staff listening what expectations are in a dining industry. Then the staff started going around and asking others repeatedly how they were doing. They eventually came to my husband and asked if everything was ok.Our iced teas were deliver to 2 different tables before they arrive to our table. The first table they were left there and the family at the table had to tell one of the staff that they did not order those drinks.When our food came our she dropped off the fourth plate and said enjoy. I asked about the fifth plate. But she walked away. I didnt catch her name. So my husband double checked the receipt and realized the order was not placed. So he went back up to the front to order my 3 year olds breakfast. We forgot his sippy cup so then my husband went up again to order a water. And Jaylin told her coworker to help us this time. Its a very small establishment and you can hear conversations.2 stars because the food was ok.**side note - they dont offer tap water at this establishment only bottled.
Had the breakfast and Nutella crepes, very tasty, good portions. Good cup of coffee and good, friendly service. Also, very nice artwork on the walls. Only complaint, which may be a pandemic holdover is paper plates and plastic silverware, but not a big deal. Give this place a try!
A couple of things:- We were told that they will let us know once there were available seats (since it was full when we came in). We were waiting by our car (just outside the cafe) and no one came to let us know. We just decided to go back in after seeing a couple of people coming out and the we found that the cafe was now completely empty. The receptionist just apologized saying she told someone to let us know but really didnt check if it was actually accomplished 🙄.* We still ordered since we already waited and we wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves.- We ordered the following:*Mexican Mocha Cafe - sadly the menu name was more interesting than the actual drink. There was really nothing special about the blend. The flavors werent there.*Banana Pancakes - nothing really special. Just pancakes with banana slices on top. The bacon pieces with it were perfectly crispy though.Overall just a very bad experience in this place. There were definitely a lot of other cafés in Tahoe that well keep coming back to.

Our family stopped by this place for breakfast on our way back home from Lake Tahoe. I am giving this place a 3 star rating for refusing to move a small table next to use because it was too much to ask. We were a large party that included a toddler, and a baby in a car seat. They crammed us all in a corner and it was an uncomfortable.This aside, the food was very good. I ordered a cappuccino and it was great. We all shared food at the table and everything was well prepared. Their omelettes were delicious. I had the banana pancakes but they were slightly disappointing. They tasted kind of raw and gummy.Overall the service could have been better. Some of us waited too long for our food. This place is small and is not very good for large parties. At least that was our experience.
I visited this establishment on June 20th if 2020.I ordered some pancakes and they could not make them like I wanted and the owner came out to make sure he understood the order on the ticket. Owner was also the cook.I was very shocked to see him how come out. It was very nice and special to me that he cared about his customers happiness so much that he took the time to come out. All staff was also super nice.That is the review for the service.For the food: I ended up getting something different from the pancakes which I initially wanted. I got a personalized omelet (order taken by the owner) and he made it exactly how I asked and 2 pieces of toast which was also made exactly how I like it.The coffee was not my favorite thing in the world however.There is outdoor seating if that is important to you. This was very important to my family since is covid time and we have 2 small pups.
While staying in South Lake my friend was keen to get some crepes for breakfast, and A Cup of Cherries was conveniently just across the road from where we were staying.The woman at the front register was very welcoming and patient while taking our order. And when asked if we could get a towel to wipe off the wet table outside she went out of her way to run to the back, get a towel and wipe down the table for us, making sure the whole table was dry for us. She really went above and beyond for customer service.The Mexican mocha I got was quite good, with the right balance of sweet to spicy, and was served very quickly.The Rum French toast I got was about average, but satisfying. It had a good consistency and flavor, and it wasn’t too sweet, which I prefer for a French toast. The additional blueberry syrup/sauce was a nice touch which helped elevate the French toast.I didn’t get to try my friends crepes, but they said the Nutella and strawberry crepes were delicious.
We didn’t have a good experience in this place, I order the pumpkin pie Late and my girlfriend order the Banana Moca late, none of the Lates that’s like it.The food was not what we were expecting.No flavor at all.We will choose a different place next time.

This is a really cozy place with good coffee, good food and great service. We had the crepe and classic breakfast which were both good.We went in cold weather with our baby and dog and so we initially were sitting outside. The owner was really nice and let us bring our dog in to the table by the door. Thought this was a really nice gesture. Coffee is good too!
Casual cafe, wait to be seated after you order at the cash register to the right. Lots of variety of mimosas.Good food great service friendly staff and lots of cute art. Bring cash to buy from local artists!
Amazing food and coffeeHusband and I had breakfast there today and will be back. I had the island pancakes and white mocha both were delicious. I love sweet stuff. And hubby had a black coffee and chilaquiles and they were delicious! I had plenty of his too 😜 did not disappoint! You do have to sit pretty close to the neighboring tables. But we were fine with it.
Had great coffee and breakfast sandwiches before heading to Heavenly to Ski! So good we went back the next day and had them again. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable. I was happy to find out they offered vegetarian options. I definitely recommend. Haven’t tried lunch or dinner yet, but would defiantly consider.
This place is a gem in South Lake Tahoe. I would recommend getting there early as it gets busy. They have an array of coffee drinks and so much food!! Also great flavored mimosas. I had the butter beer latte iced and it was delicious. Also tried the breakfast crepe and loved it as well. Our party also had omelets and the banana pancakes were to die for!! This place is walking distance from Lakeland Village. I would recommend this place for all your morning needs will in South Lake Tahoe

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in awhile. All the veggies were fresh, the sausage was perfectly cooked and flavor was on point. The staff was very nice and owner gave us tips on where to go during a cold windy summer day.It got crowded after 11:30 am so I hope you are okay waiting 10 mins for the amazing food. it will definitely be worth it.
Seriously some of the best coffee, food and service I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I walked over from our hotel for some brunch and a cup of cherries did not disappoint! The menu is so varied and offers so many choices plus a surprisingly great mimosa menu. The service was excellent, communicative and so polite. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!
Food was amazing!!! Super delicious, will be coming back. The service was lovely, very welcoming and sweet hostess she definitely made the experience higher in another level. Their house made habanero sauce is to die for. The best park they sell jars of it so you can take some home. Overall very happy and delighted with my experience, they were amazing!!!!!
If you want a good cup of coffee, this is your place. My husband and I tried three different ships while we were there and Cup of Cherries exceeded them all by a long shot.The woman suggested the island latte and although it was a bit too sweet, it was delicious. My husband had the Mexican spiced latte, which was also really good. I’d suggest either.I will have to say that we were super impressed with their breakfast sandwiches but their coffee made up for it.The atmosphere was really nice and cozy and the staff was super friendly.We will definitely be making this our coffee shop whenever we’re in Tahoe.

There is a reason this place asks you to pay before receiving your meal. Our family chose this restaurant due to the positive reviews that were previously left, and we were beyond disappointed. All of the food we received was under cooked, under seasoned, and, overall not what we were expecting for their prices. Additionally, all of the food is served on paper plates and our mimosas were plain Cooks champagne, lacking any of the blackberry that was in the description, and was served in tiny plastic flutes. A server did ask us if wed like anything re-made, but when everything is wrong, it is pretty much pointless. I had them re-make my sons undercooked potatoes, so that at least one of us would be full when leaving. I highly suggest trying another place for breakfast.
Went here for breakfast and I picked the rum soaked french toast with a macchiato. I was given the regular french toast, which was floppy and bland. The berry compote it came with was good though. Macchiato wasnt great and it came with dairy milk when I asked for oat.Parking lot next to the cafe is busy. Prices were okay. Food was made very quickly and came out to us soon after ordering, even though it was busy.
I came here with my friend and our food was amazing and so was the service. We were well taken care of and felt as if we we at our own family’s house. They were also accommodating to my gluten allergy. I had one of the wraps in a bowl with a little side of rice. 👍🏼
Had a bad experience with ordering extra sourdough while having breakfast. Salt, pepper and sauces comes in small packets which is very inconvenient. Getting box juice instead of fresh one for $4.50 is not worth it. Overall had really bad experience. Also had really bad stomachache after easting a little bit. And paying tip before even sitting down is also strange since the service wasn’t good.

This was one of the best breakfast places Ive been to in a while and it was suggested by one of their loyal customers. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated quickly.,I had the rum french toast and a delicious chai and would highly recommend both of them. I wasnt overstuffed and the French toast had amazing soft pillowy bites.I will probably try one of the multiple mimosas options they offer next time and look forward to once again ordering the french toast.
Not worth the $62 I spent on 3 breakfast meals. 1st bite if Blueberry French toast and YUCK. Pancakes and chilaquiles so so. They wouldnt take the French Toast that I didnt eat off the check either. Other places would. Save yourself the disappointment.
It is so hard find nice place to eat delicious food, with espresso. And this place is exactly one of these good places! We were happy with my wife to spend time here. Food is very fresh, good recipes. We liked cheesecake it is way tastier than anywhere else we tried before.
This place is phenomenal! The coffee is wonderful and the food is delicious! We were in South Tahoe for 3 days and came here for breakfast 2 of them. We loved everything we had here, and wish we could transport this restaurant with us back home! Absolutely fantastic!
In the days prior to driving to Tahoe for the weekend, I made some notes about well-received restaurants in the area, via Yelp. A Cup of Cherries was one that made my list.I went this morning, after a long night of gambling. I wanted to treat myself, and I wanted to drive my car a little, so it didnt get too cold in this weather.When you enter, someone comes to the front of the restaurant to get your order. They have a complete menu board at the front, which is extremely helpful. I wanted to order the Japanese omelette, which I had read mentioned several times on Yelp, but weirdly it was not on the menu, and the hostess had no idea what I was referring to. So I switched gears, ordered their Korean wrap. And also a Banana Blanco coffee drink, cuz it sounded appealing.I waited outside, and after just a few mins a young lady brought out my coffee drink. Then just a few mins later, she brought out my Korean wrap. I was pleasantly impressed with their speed, as there were multiple walk in orders at the same time I visited.The Korean wrap was great. Kind of like a burrito, but with slightly different ingredients. The ham worked well grilled, and paired nicely with the kimchi and rice. Burritos have an extra layer of comfort with cheese inside, but I really enjoyed their take with this wrap. And the coffee was yummy too, smooth and with banana syrup flavoring.Overall, Im glad I made this trip for my lunch. Its different and better than most of the offerings you find if you only stay at the casinos in Tahoe. Only issue was that their prices are a little higher than Id prefer, but it was a nice little splurge for my getaway weekend.

I was looking for a place to have a nice breakfast and I found A Cup Of Cherries and it was the best!!! I had the omelette quesadilla and believe me it was delicious!! The green abanero salsa that they have AMAZING!
Orded the chilaquiles and they were excellent especially with their green salsa. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were happy that they had so many vegetarian options on the menu as well. Best breakfast weve had in South Tahoe on our trip!
I am so happy I came by this gem! Weary from a five-week roadtrip I had the (by far) best breakfast (and coffee) of my whole trip here! The culinary experience is complemented by very friendly staff. This place deserves 6 stars when compared to the ratings of some other breakfast places I visited in South Lake Tahoe!
Our service was great and the food was too. The staff work well together. The coffee was very good. The waiters know the menu good and know how to suggest items and let you make the choice. We will be coming back.
We had the Viet Hoagie, the island pancakes, and the quesadilla. The Viet Hoagie was definitely the best - it’s savory, spicy, and refreshing with a surprising Asian twist. Simply above our expectations. The other two were great but not as memorable! Highly recommend get the Viet Hoagie if you are here by yourself! We also got the almond joy latte and snickers latte, they were good too. If you don’t like syrup and want to keep your coffee simple, maybe not for you. Overall, we were glad that we came to this place before we left Tahoe!

Amazing little breakfast place in South Tahoe! The menu has so many delicious options, we asked for their recommendation and ordered the Viet Hoagie and Drunken Rum Sandwich. Both were amazing, but if I had to choose one Id get the Viet Hoagie. The service was so friendly and fast. I will have to make another stop by here before my trip is over!
Ordered a tahini panini and the mumbai latte. It was mouthwatering and so so delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone around here. Its a small nice place and totally worth a visit. There were not too many people like other busy places so you can hang out and enjoy.
Younger sister raves about this place and decided since I was in town I would finally try it out. Got a classic breakfast, a Nutella crepe and a specialty latte. Loved all of it. Very friendly staff, polite and welcoming.
They have outdoor seating! Delicious food, we had the Enpañola omlette, panini, and classic breakfast, everything was cooked to perfection and just right portion sizes. We had some mimosas which were also great :) Go before 9 or after 11 for a shorter wait time.
We love love love this place! The service was amazing! Dawn (I believe her name is), was a wonderful server. We very much enjoyed everything about this little gem of a place. The decor is very homey, there were local artists artwork covering the walls, we were giving a number puzzle for our 3 year old and the childs meal was brought out first thing, which most parents will deeply appreciate! The lattes were soooo good. The food was absolutely delicious! Try the Viet Hoagie or the beef burrito. OMG. Everything about this place was perfect and Id highly recommend it to anybody in or visiting South Lake Tahoe.
Had a wonderful cup of coffee plus one of the Cowboy Hoagies. The bread was ultra soft and there was enough meat on this sandwich to feed an army. COC is one of our favorite places to eat and get a great cup of coffee when we are in south lake. You wont regret it.
I love this place! I have been enjoying it for a few years and it is consistently good. The food, the coffee and the service are all very consistent. As a local I like to recommend this place to my friends and kind tourists. Its been fun watching them grow. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place for a nice breakfast and coffee. Our servers Lily and Rachael were friendly, attentive, and gave some gr at recommendations. I had the Mexican spice mocha and the Chile relleno, which were amazing, while my girlfriend had the breakfast sandwhich. We also split the Nutella crepe and had some wonderful mimosas. Good prices, a cozy atmosphere and wonderful food at fair prices. Cannot recommend enough and I will likely go back when we are in the area next!
Really really bad. Rum French toast, huh don’t bother, no flavor, bland. No warm syrup, toast is made on a panini press came to the table cold. Butter was cold, so clearly did not melt on the toast that was also cold. Coffee, Mocha’s pretty good but didn’t make up for the food disaster. My advise is go somewhereelse.
I came here after finding out that Rude brothers cafe had closed, and this place is so good Im almost glad that it did. The breakfast wrap was the best one Ive ever had (asked for no potatoes) and the sea salt caramel was a bit for everyone in my group.Service was also very good, very on top of it and nice. Im happy to have found this place and will be coming back whenever Im in town!
My husband and I split 3 dishes. We loved it all, including our coffee and Chai. But the real value here was the staff. They were so friendly and gave us great service. Bonus: Im vegetarian and had a ton of options. 👍
We try to eat local when vacationing, I love supporting local businesses. The people outside had no masks on, so we went in unmasked to see if we could a table or place an order to go. We waited for the customer in front of us be seated, unmasked, stepped to the host who then refused to talk to us, because we werent wearing a mask. When she refused to serve us we asked if we could place an order to go, her reply was no because we would have to wear a mask to pick it up, As waitress delivered food to the couple sitting outside with masks.
Visiting town, went here with local friends who come here often. 2 orders of the chile rellenos were soggy, and egg whites were undercooked and runny. Im not that picky so I finished my meal, but for $15 it was a tiny portion and I was not at all satiated.The kicker is that my friends French toast was pretty awful. When sent back, the manager charged us for a replacement dish. Apparently they use pound cake that is as dry as the Nevada desert.BS! Go eat somewhere else - there must be better options than this mediocre establishment with poor customer service.Our waitress was nice and the place was clean with good coffee. Step it up in the kitchen and fire that manager.

Another delightful find in South Lake Tahoe. The breakfast and brunch options feature all the usual brunch options (just two steps up in quality compared to everywhere else we tried) plus some delightful mexican inspired options.I also greatly appreciate their willingness to accomodate my food quirks as Im on an elimination diet to help identify allergies. The kitchen isnt gluten, allergy free (which they state of their menu) but they worked with me to come up with a hearty protein, grain free, egg & dairy free option in the form of a burrito bowl that was AMAZING!!! Seriously good.Thank you A Cup of Cherries!
Before we try a place out, we check out Yelp, pictures, and reviews. We thought it looked decent enough to try it out. Its really overpriced for average food. If youre an LA foodie and coffee shop connossieur this will be a big disappointment, but it will also be a disappointment if youre looking for good customer service. By the way dont think youre going to get the artistic bear on the latte. Thats their false advertisement.INSTEAD we loved Sprouts Cafe for good food, service & prices.
They have fun coffee flavors and the food is always spot on. Their Viet hoagie will change your life - its so good!Something to be aware of is that they sometimes close early which can be a little disappointing.
The food here was amazing! Im seriously dreaming about going back there. The dining area is cozy, and theres local art on the walls thats for sale. The service was really excellent as well. My children are young (2 &4), and as soon as we were seated the waitress brought us puzzles to occupy them. You can dine in or go straight to the front counter if you just want a specialty coffee drink to go. My boys had blueberry pancakes and the pancakes were hearty and amazing with a great flavor. The blueberry compote on top was perfection. They served really high quality bacon too. My husband has the matador panini which was divine and made even better by adding their house made hot sauce. I had the viet hoagie which was a perfect balance of flavors and probably the best breakfast sandwich of all time. Dont skip this place!
“A Cup of Charges” is what I’ll call them after charging me extra for a single egg when they messed up my order. I was given French Toast instead of the French Toast Breakfast Sandwich I ordered. When she brought it, I said “I didn’t order that, but I’ll take it anyway and I’ll just have an egg over-easy on the side.” If my order was correctly taken, it would have been only $10, but instead I paid for my waitress’ mistake and was charged $11 + $3 egg side. Still decent, but this seemed a bit petty.
Absolutely a must-experience cafe. Service is always impeccable and the staff very likable. The menu has something for everyone’s coffee tastes and scrumptious eats. You won’t regret the time spent there.

Just went in for coffee. Great staff, very friendly. Their shots were not dialed in at all. The cafe had a great ambiance with great local art for sale on the wall. Will update when i have a chance to try their food which looks great!
Terrible service. I walked in hoping to get my breakfast but was greeted with a really unhappy waitress throwing the menus at my table and walking away. I was still nice enough to order a small cup of coffee by walking up to the counter, and once it was ready she left the cup in front of me without telling me whether it is mine or someone elses while I waited to pay. I understand that sometime you are having a bad day but that is not the right way to treat your customers. Also your coffee sucks! I will not recommend or return to this place.
We just missed the rush... Food was very good, and they have tables out front for you to eat at during the pandemic. Lots of choices for food and drink. We had mimosas which were a bit small, but very good.
The coffee was delicious but as far as breakfast it was order at the front of the restaurant and sit and wait for your food which is fine but on vacation I dont want to do that I want to sit and have a waitress take my order the food was good but this is more for people on the run I would stop in for coffees to go.
Daikon Protein Roll = 100. The radish slices wrapped around are perfect. I cant believe how good this is. Theres probably a lot of sesame oil in it but its worth it. My husband got the rum French toast sandwich and that is to die for as well. I love this place. Mimosas were not on the menu but they have them. Im coming back tomorrow for sure!
Two pieces of french toast with blueberry compote; $12French toast sandwich with two pieces of french toast and an egg, bacon, and a slice of havarti cheese; $12So I ordered the sandwich and asked for everything to be separate, and a side of the blueberry compote. They wanted $15 for this. I guess its an extra $3 for a side of the blueberry compote and just putting everything on plate instead of constructing it into a sandwich.I was looking forward to trying there homemade french toast, but never got there.What a joke😂
The food is delicious and original, fresh and much (if not all) made in house. They made a specialty coffee drink not on the menu when I asked and nailed it. Great service. Cute little place. Well be back.

I eat there every morning when Im in town(we live here, week on week off). Weve tried every breakfast joint over and over throughout the past 6 years, but this place is consistently great. Likely top 3 for coffee drinks as well.

The breakfast was so amazing! Quality ingredients and super creative items. It’s a cute place and then u take a bite and ur like woah... i can’t understand why anyone would rate this place badly.... sorry you weren’t the number one priority of the waiter?? maybe if it was a busy day and the service was slow but that’s expected of any breakfast place that is busy... definitely go here for quality creative breakfast! The sammys are so good and the pancakes were so delic!
The Rebel Hogie was so good...i cant wait to go back. This small restaurant was just what I was looking. The bread was so fluffy and soft and the ham,egg,bacon and cheese was edge to edge.You must try this place.
Looking for breakfast and came here due to the high reviews.Menu - I was impressed upon the first impression, nice variety of fusion food including Singaporean dishes and Mexican dishes. I settled for the Rum French toast.Food- hmmmmm I can honestly make better French toast. It was dry and not very flavorful.Service - acceptable. Water upon request. Water refill upon request. Checkout at the counter. When I asked if peanut butter was available the answer was “no”. Cmon, there are better answers than “no”.Atmosphere and location, cozy, warm, some outside seating.Will I come back? Maybe, if all the other options are not available. Or I feel like coming back for another dish instead.

I am unsure why the rating for this plce is so high. Food was ok but it was quite bland. I am unsure if it was due to a staff argument that was going on by our table. One of the staff apologised for this but it caught the attention of everyone in the resturant. After paying it turned out our waitress had not charged us for the full bill. I reviewed the reciept after she came out to stop us as we were getting into the car. The receipt seemed accurate but she apologized about forgetting a an item. I went inside and paid the extra 5 bucks but something seemed off with how they charged me.
Let me explain the 1 star review:This is entirely the fault of the manager, who was exceedingly rude and inconsiderate. This is how you don’t run a family business, with pettiness and a lack of respect for the basics of customer service. Which is a shame, because the servers were actually very friendly and the whole issue would have been resolved had the manager not barged in and rudely intervened.Long story short, someone had ordered a macchiato, thinking it was a like caramel macchiato and when the drink came, we asked the waitress if we could order a latte instead since the person misunderstood what a macchiato was. The server was very friendly, explained that they would swap it, no charge no problem. All very pleasant, until the bill came and the manager refused, insisting we pay for both drinks (one of which we didn’t even have) and shut down the conversation in a hostile manner. The fact that both we, and both servers tried to explain the situation meant nothing to him, as he placed his arrogance over customer service and wanted nothing more to do with us. We paid, and left - and this was how I remember my experience there. Frankly, a shame.

Mexican mocha is great. Pancake order came with 3 pancakes with. Little bit banana on top at 11 bucks. A bit overpriced but decent taste. Especially good with the Mexican Mocha.

Went here twice during my stay in Lake Tahoe and it was great so I wanted to bring my two friends who I am staying with to try it out. We got here at 1:30pm today and we were told they were closed ? The business sign says 2pm at the shop and online. Disappointing.
OMG! The coffee is delish!!! And so many wonderful in house flavors to try. We also had a delicious egg spinach quesadilla...we will continue to make a stop here when we visit Tahoe.

Great cup of coffee. Friendly staff. Portions were perfect not too much and not too little.Had the Chilli Relleno which was good. The batter nothing to write home about but the salsa and black beans & rice were amazing wish there was more.
The food was horrible too expensive for 4 people to get food served on paper plates with plastic silverware. I ended up getting sick from the undone French toast they served me, the milk and slice of bacon I had was very good. Would not recommend this place at all.
Not even worth one star- BEWARE THEY CHARGE AND OVER-CHARGE FOR EVERYYYTHINGGG! First time there on vacation with friends to Tahoe, so we had no idea what was in store... when I ordered I pointed to the coffee I wanted while saying the same of the coffee (small vanilla latte) to order on the menue to the waitress and ordered the wrap- we had to ask for waters which were small shot glass size- the food was good but every small thing was added on- I asked for mushrooms substitute in my wrap and was charged $1.25 for that as well as the other 3 girls I was with which came out to be $6.00 just for mushrooms!!! - I asked for extra balsamic dressing that came on the salad and that was $0.99 extra!! We didnt even know how much we would get overcharged until the bill came- they overcharged all of my friends and I on our coffees and when we asked to talk to the manager HE TOLD US what we ordered even though he never took our orders and when I ordered my coffee I pointed to the small vanilla latte on the menu but with almond milk added - the small vanilla latte cost $4 on the menue but we were ALL charged for the size up coffee price which was $4.50 even though I never asked for a larger size or double shots in my coffee - PLUS almond milk - my coffee ended up being $6.00 With their bogus add-on charges that they refused to remove off our bill! Over all - all of my friends were over-charged for our coffee and food- and the manager didnt do anything about it but take off $1.00 off our bill- we were charged $13 IN EXTRAS!!!! That the waitress never even told us that they do that or that something small like asking for extra dressing on your salad would cost us $0.99 every time! We did not leave a tip because wth all the added fees and the waitress never taking the time to tell us that every little thing would cost us extra when we ordered and plus getting ALL of our coffee orders wrong and overcharging us all (4 girls) on our coffees made us feel like the tip we would have left they can take from the add-on charges they charged us! Please teach your waitresses to tell customers BEFOREHAND that everything is an up-charge and when we tell you that we didnt order the vegan coffee but that we ordered the small vanilla latte coffees then please take our word for it especially when you gave us small cups and they were sitting right there as you were telling us what we ordered. This place is a joke and I would highly avoid unless you want to overpay for everything and have a half decent meal thats not worth it- coffee was mediocre as well nothing special - you get a really stingy vibe as they are not open to give you normal portions and even water was given in small cups that we had to ask to be refilled several times- just annoying - use normal sizes and normal portions so that we can enjoy our meals and not keep asking for more and then get charged for more! Also, When we asked to take our food to go they gave us aluminum foil to wrap our food- the aluminum foil barely even covered half of the wrap that I wanted to save for our hike. Very very very disappointing place- avoid unless you want to double your breakfast bill for nothing :-/
Super cute spot. Every time I’ve gone in the employees are always friendly and the food is good and not too pricey. One of my favorite breakfast spots in town!
This restaurant will not let you choose where you can sit despite the fact that there are empty tables everywhere. They will shove you in a table where you are not comfortable sitting at, and if you try to pick a spot they will say no because its for other customer who are a a party of 4 etc. Turns out a couple of minutes later they seat just 2 people on the spot that you want.I ordered blueberry pancakes. There’s nothing fantastic about it. Not worth $11. Not coming back here again.
Is it Asian fusion? Is it Mexican? Is it American comfort food? Is it hippie coffee? Its all the above and its a lot of fun. Try the tamago omelette. Service is friendly and helpful and laid back (so dont come if youre in a hurry) and its tiny, so it gets crowded during tourist season.
Expensive for very bad quality food. Could justify it if it was the type of restaurant youre paying for the atmosphere, but it was dingy and falling apart. Its a dive joint, but priced like its a normal-nice cafe.
I love the ambiance of this place! Although the food was very good and tasty they could not accommodate my order which was a plain egg sandwich with added spinach. The staff were super attentive and friendly. I’d recommend this place for b’fast and brunch for sure!!!
I would have given the place 4 stars if it wasnt for the slow ass service. There was one waitress to serve 7 tables or something, so it took her forever to finally take our order. My kimchee hoagie was damn delicious, with eggs, potatoes, kimchee and sriracha aioli sauce. However, once the place cleared out our waitress didnt check up on us so we had to get up to pay. Seems like service at the restaurants Ive been to in Lake Tahoe havent been that great, but hopefully thats not a norm.
This was the best restaurant we visited here in south lake. The food was perfect and the mimosas and coffee were delicious. :)
Mediocre all around. Best part of my omelette quesadilla was the sriracha mayo.Tiny portion, no home fries or even a slice of fruit to garnish the plate. Coffee was good, but @ 3$ a cup and 1.50$ for a refill of drip coffee I would give this place a pass on principle alone.
Wanted to love it. But didnt. People working there are amazing. Super nice. Pancakes I got were too sweet for me. The rest of my group thought their dishes were just ok.
Had the classic breakfast and breakfast burrito. There were hardly any customers and it took almost 45 min to get our food. Food was ok, but nothing great. I probably will not ever return.

Amazing lattes (esp. Pumpkin pie), omelette quesadillas, and the island pancakes!!! Great little cafe, pleasant staff and atmosphere. They also have WiFi. :) we went there twice for breakfast in a row!

This is a very good stop for breakfast. I tried the Viet hoagie. It was an outstanding balance of flavors and textures. I highly recommend trying it. Their crapes were light and filled with fresh fruits.
Went there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close but they closed early. I understand things happen, but then we saw the an employee just laugh at us through the window and THAT is not ok. Who knows if the drinks and food is good, would have loved to try it... : (

Barf their was a BUG in my sandwich!!!!! Worst 10 dollar cup of burnt coffe. Service blows so bad The manager should be in a retirement home not a coffe shop where 22 year olds work. Avoid at all costs.
Coffee and food were very good. I had a turkey viet hoagie and my wife had the pancakes. The viet has a nice kick to it. We would definitely go back.
Great selection of substantial and light breakfast options as well as good espresso drinks. Perfect morning spot before going out and about. Seemed common to pick up to-go coffee and to-go sandwiches for packed lunch, too.
I came here for coffee and the service was super friendly! Coffee, muffin, and hot chocolate all hit the spot. I didnt order any food, so I cant comment on it, but there were some interesting food items available.
So unassuming but such a wonderful find. Food is fantastic, service is just as good and so friendly and their coffee (I had a Chai Latte with Espresso) is unbeatable. Total A+

Quaint little restaurant tucked off of the highway. The food was very good the coffee and teas as well. The service was poor, but if youre not in a hurry then well worth it. Their computers were down so it was cash only.

A cozy place in a slower part of town, speed limit only 35mph,lol. In walking distance to the majestic Lake Tahoe. Food choices are magnificent, Ive tried a couple of dishes and died and went to foodie heaven, was resuscitated by the delicious aroma and silky smooth taste Reeses double shot espresso.....Fav dish Vegetarian Omelet Casadia with Chipotle sauce......let me get back to my meal
Menu seems good, but we just had coffee... It was expensive. The menu did look like it had great good tho. If I was hungry I would have liked to eat there.

2023-01-25 19:51:43Super cute coffee and breakfast place! When we got there the staff was very friendly and helpful with picking your order. You do pick what you want at the counter and pay for it before you go sit down. We had the ham and cheese omelet and the crepes - super delicious! It was our first time in Lake Tahoe and our waitress gave us great recommendations of where to go and eat dinner. Can’t wait to come back again!

2022-11-07 19:15:04I have a veggie wrap (it wasnt on their menu) pancakes looked delicious. I had a Chai Latte, that was tasty! Hard working staff both front and back house. The place is small though and the average party seemed to be 2-4 people. Not very Fancy, they used disposable utensils. Green sauce is delicious (spicy). Order at the counter and then wait for a table to be free- this was not my favorite aspect but its a cute place and the food was cool.

Good service, the manager makes sure that he gives you good recommendations according to your likes and dislikes.I got salted caramel latte with an extra espresso shot - i enjoyed it and definitely recommend it. The mocha was like any other mocha but the coffee in itself was very good. They have a lot of food options too with some interesting finds. A lot of fusion food to order from. I tried their Kimchi hoagie - it comes with egg, potatoes and kimchi - loved the combination and the bread was really good. The panini was decent, try it with their in-house green sauce, that makes it tastier. Overall, it is a little expensive but totally worth visiting.

Would really recommend this place for breakfast and brunch than any another place in Heavenly. They don’t have a lot of staff but they all are great and friendly.

I’ve been in and out of Tahoe for the past few years and every time I am in the area I always like to stop here. I’m totally obsessed with the Viet Breakfast Sandwich. I’ll probably never try anything else because I love it so much haha I’m good with it!

2021-06-17 05:26:22Went here while exploring the South Lake Tahoe area. We read about this place in a magazine and figured we should check it out. The food and service was great. The staff was really friendly and the food was quick. The butterfinger latte was delicious and you cant go wrong with their omelettes or burritos! I am giving this a 4/5 because parking here is horrible!!!!! If you go, go on a Monday when the business next door is closed and you can use their parking lot (we did and didnt get towed but possibly you still can). Just as a heads up. Or get take out!!

2021-08-12 02:21:31Amazing coffee, mimosas and food! Stopped in 3 different times on our vacation. Parking is tight so we opted to walk or use the Lime scooters around town to stop by. Staff is very friendly and the art work is beautiful! Would highly recommend.

2022-12-04 16:05:20Reallly good breakfast! Chilaquiles & Viet Hoagie get me every time. Be careful this place is addictive. Heads up - Do not bring your coffee from another establishment - not allowed. Water not served - only bottled water for purchase so I always bring my own.

2019-03-11 00:03:54We were in Tahoe for a girls weekend. We consulted the internet for places for breakfast. Driftwood Cafe seems to always be one of the first things to pop up, but the line there is always long and weve eaten there before. Its just ok. We came across this restaurant that was also very highly rated and decided to check it out.We are so glad we did!! The menu on the wall has nothing but creative Chai, lattes, and other amazing hot drinks.The menu has everything from traditional breakfast omelettes to crepes and rum french toast.We had a pumpkin spice Latte. Others had a butterbeer and I had some hot tea.Even the traditional breakfast of bacon and eggs was delicious! But the crepes. OMG! This one is ham, eggs, havarti and a béchamel sauce.Nutella crepe with strawberries, bananas and pecans. Seriously? Yes! And rum french toast with a blueberry compote. Our waitress was awesome. She was very attentive and on top of all of our needs while we created another food coma. She even left us with this adorable sketch on our check.And as we turned to leave, I snapped a pic. She was still on it and flashed us a quick peace sign.We will definitely eat here again. The food was amazing!!
