2023-01-08 03:11:41The food is quite tasty. I enjoyed the hot tea for the table, as well as the side dishes. However, a lot of the food was on the sweet side. I was surprised at how saccharine the mashed potato side dish was. Our meal was still good, but the balance of sweet and savoury was slightly off for me. Efficient and friendly service. Prices are a tad steep. If you download the jpg menu on their website, you can see how much everything costs.

2022-08-21 21:52:59I ordered fried Yellow Crocker fish with Oyster tofu soup. It was nice but something is not my standard. The rice quality is not good & oyster tofu soup was not so hot enough. Little bit salty for side dishes.

2023-09-26 02:11:02My girl and I went for dinner expecting to have a great one however after few minutes wait we got in, we knew what we wanted to get, while waiting again few more minutes nobody showed up to take our order, then i have to waive for service,, we place our order and the guy who took the order was very nice he brought the side dishes very quick. when we finally got the 1rst dish we didnt get rice, after about 5 minutes I asked a waitress that we needed steam rice, and then my girlfriend noticed that the couple that was behind me got their food first and the came after us, which I felt we were being discriminate at some point, not so sure, anyway thats how we felt, and because we got late our food we didnt have enough time to enjoy, they were about to close we got the check, they didnt even bother to say take it time or whatever, and we got waitresses checking often if I had the car or cash ready to pay, the dishwasher guy with the tray waiting right next to us to clear our table, the reason i didnt pay when i got the he check is because as they were almost closing I knew if I pay they wouldnt hesitate to clean the table, it happen to me already, my recommendation is dont go around 8 pm if anyone wants to enjoy dinner, only if you guys can eat really hot and fast. Definitely for us was the first and last time coming here, good luck to everyone

2021-12-26 16:15:48Hello everyone. This tofu house is a great Korean food style restaurant. There are plenty of items to choose from, and portions are generous. I recommend the bulgogi + tofu soup ( C2 ) the side dishes are delicious and unlimited. The staff is friendly and helpful for a first time visitors. this place is popular, so get here early before the lunch and dinner rush. Theres plenty of parking outside and in the underground parking located at the back of the plaza. Cash and card are accepted at this place. Thank you for reading my review. Please follow me on Google maps and check out the places I visit.

2023-12-03 22:13:18I was stuck in a hotel for weeks while a family member went to City of Hope for cancer treatment and I tried every soft tofu place around, since it’s my comfort food. This was my favorite for the large banchan spread, price, and the dolset bibimbop combo they have. The ttokboki was too sweet for me but it was a very large portion and yummy for what it was.

2022-03-12 17:51:21Found another Korean tofu house to satisfy my Korean food craving besides Yong Dong Tofu in San Gabriel. This place is definitely in par with Yong Dong in term of the food varieties. In fact the menu is also exactly the same and the taste and flavors are also very similar.Sundubu-jjigae or soft tofu stew is a jjigae in Korean cuisine. The dish is made with freshly curdled soft tofu, vegetables, sometimes mushrooms, onion, optional seafood, optional meat, and gochujang or gochu garu. The food is healthy. Traditionally Sundubu Jjigae can be made with quite a bit of oil and fat from the ground meat, but this version of Korean Tofu Soup is definitely healthy! This soup is made with just a touch of oil, low-sodium veggie broth, kimchi, (which is fermented and great for your gut health) and tofu. The restaurant also offers tons of side dishes or Ban Chant for free and you can ask for refills. They are delicious. I especially like their kimchis. The prices are not cheap, each combo dish can cost up to $30+ and a single tofu soup would cost you $15. For the same portion, price for lunch is about $5 cheaper for some reason.Park upstairs is a nightmare. Try to park underground parking which has plenty of spaces.I would go back to try other dishes.

2023-08-08 07:33:58Their naen myun and beef short ribs were to die for. The short ribs came with rice and your choice of sundubu (tofu stew).Parking can be found in the back of the plaza or underground. They have AC on so your body won’t be sweating like crazing when eating sundubu in the summer.

2022-05-23 03:44:15This is a great Korean Tofu House. The food tastes excellent, the staffs are extremely helpful and prompt, and the restaurant is very spacious although it may look small from outside the front door. They get you seated fast despite the crowd. They are very very nice. The resto has two large restrooms..quite clean.
