Have come here several time already and I am never disappointed! The servers are all very nice and accommodating. Ordered the Soon Tofu with beef and some Galbi spare ribs. Everything came out delicious and they are very generous with the sides. They also brought my tea in this cute purple mug! Absolutely recommend!

Ordered tofu soup here and it was hot and nice. It also comes with other side dishes such as Kimchi. Ample parking is available outside too. Service by staff is also good. Good place for Korean food in the valley area.

One of my favorite go to’s for Korean food in the valley, the service has always been superb at this location having the same service when it used to be BCD tofu house.I opted for the kimchi tofu soup with adds loads of flavors and I love the Ban Chan (Korean side dishes) that are completely free to refill.

Always a pleasure visiting this establishment. Food is always tasty and service is always a pleasure. The staff treat you like family and are very attentive to make sure you are well fed. Their banchans are perfectly seasoned and their tofu soups are always on the money. I come here a couple times a week and its always busy. If you are in town, this is a Must stop.

A little expensive, but the food is damn good. The galbi is fantastic, and Im a big fan that a combo just comes with the tofu soup. The egg was a very nice touch to add in as well. The mixed dumplings were okay. Id probably try a different dumpling though next time.Pros:Great food.Neutral:Decor is not very aesthetic nor charming, and you know what, thats okay.Cons:A little pricey.

Its been over 10 years since I have been here. It used to be called a different name. Back then it was much better than today. The soup was all right and it comes comes with same side dish with a small fish. Ive had much better tofu soup. I dont think I will come back for a while. You try it maybe you might like it.

Food is good but if you can I would go somewhere else. The ladies who work here are super rude. I know there is a language barrier but picking up food here is a hard. The only nice employee I spoke to was a Hispanic woman who was attending to the guests sitting down and trying to help with take out. I used Uber eats for a pick up and the Asian lady gave me so much attitude and refused to give me my order at first because the order screen did not have my name on it. I had to have another customer help explain that the pick up was for me, and that I was not a delivery worker. She refused to apologize for being rude and walked away and said Im busy and didnt even hand me my food. 2 stars because the food is good, but the experience is not worth it in my opinion.

Food was decent. I ordered kimchi soontubu and went for the dangerous spice level but it wasn’t spicy at all. It was hot though! But these meals are best eaten in person at the restaurant in the stone bowl. Mmmmm.Came with lots of side dishes (banchan) such as spinach, bean sprouts, kimchi, fish cake, but the best one is the fried fish! Delicious.Not sure if it’s as good as the BCD I had in Manhattan.

Food isn’t bad but overpriced for very little stuff. Deal was $30 for nine pieces of kalbi but it was really nine bones about 0.5cm thick each. Essentially would have been 2 kalbi pieces at a different business.

Want the experience of a delicious tofu house without the hassle of finding parking in K-town? Look no further. This place is quite literally a hidden gem in the Valley and we’ve always had a great experience eating (and drinking) here.They have a great selection of sea food or grilled meat combos, and the side dishes are amazing. It would be a good idea to come hungry because you are going to keep eating all the delicious things. I personally love their bulgogi combo.The service is very quick and it’s a lot of fun chatting with the aunties. Ask them what their favorite flavor of soju is and you’re bound to have a good time.Cheers!

Picking up a food order from this restaurant I noticed that no one in the restaurant spoke English and the front desk worker was not very organized or polite. The only person I saw that acknowledged the customers presence was a little Hispanic lady running all over the place. It did smell good in the restaurant. They had a lot of open tabels.

On a cold rainy night I experienced BCD Tofu House for the first time. The ladies are really on their game and checked in to supply us with all the sides we can eat and to clean up any empty dishes. I searched for Bibenbap in the San Fernando Valley near me. I crave it and dont always want to drive to Koreatown. This is my first time here and I must rave. They made it perfectly, letting the rice crisp in the stone pot as I requested. They also add spinach which made it extra delicious. Ive already written 3 friends about it while here eating it outside. Very nice hostess. Highly recommend.

This was the best mothers day dinner I have ever had! They just kept bringing the little plates of extras. We liked the fish cake best. The kids werent too thrilled with the whole fried fish as an appetizer, but it was authentic! I had the beef bbq (I think it was a steak?) Oh I could not get enough!!! There are a chain, but were the only non koreans in the place, so you know it was good!

Food tasted fantastic most of the time that I was there. However, during my last stay when I was not hungry and I was mainly there to be with my friends who were eating. I ordered two cokes, which came out to be a little more than $4.00 dollars. The waitress who rung my bill up would not take my debit card because the minimum was $10.00. She gave me a fit and cursed me for using my debit card. She said she will add a $0.25 fee for the process, which I was okay with. She snarled and swiped the card. Took us a bit to figure out this was the old BCD, and we were a bit hesitant to try since it changed management, but Im so glad we did. It is actually better now than it was as BCD. We got the soon tofu like usual, a lot was unchanged in the sides, but the soup and kimchi were changed for the better. At the end of the meal the next table was getting a sizzling meat entree that smelled amazing, and well probably be trying that next time.A/C was blasting when we were there, maybe other reviewer visited at a bad time?

Its really perfect food for cold nights and for hangover!They start off with 5-6 different kinds if banchan and a fried fish, which is always tasty. Food and service is very consistent.Ample size parking lot. Place is big enough that normally place would be almost full and no need to wait in line.For people living in the valley, its great that you can get tasty soon tofu without driving all the way to ktown.

I have come to this restaurant several times for the past two years and had the worst experience today. Food was not so fresh: grilled fish tasted like rotten meat, vegitables in a bibim bob were also taste funny, and the ingredients in a tofu soup was not fresh either. It was so bad we only had a half portion of the meal we ordered. Also, we sat in front of AC but it was still too warm inside i felt like we were in a room without any ac. I will not come to this place anytime soon...

BCD Tofu House is a large chain of Korean restaurants. This one is alright: it comes off a little worn in appearance outside and in. The menu is fairly extensive. The majority of patrons opt for some item (chicken, beef, pork) that comes as a combo with soup, banchan..side dishes, and a grilled whole fish (corvina). Its a large meal. Prices are moderate. .thats to say over $10 per person without drink. The ladies are usually friendly and helpful. The restaurant gets crowded during the evening.

Quick, cheap and healthy place to get your korean food fix.I recommend the first item at the top right, kalbi combo. It comes with spicy tofu soup with various toppings of your choice, one bowl of rice, free unlimited veggies and Kim chi, and a small portion of fried fish for just over $20. This will be enough to feed 2 people, especially if you order an extra bowl of rice. The quality is above par and the food comes out fast fresh and hot!

BCD Tofu is a pretty popular Korean restaurant chain all over the world. Ive been to the ones in K-Town, and here in Reseda numerous times (the one Im reviewing right now). If you want some soontofu thats pretty authentic in the Valley, then this restaurant is probably your best bet. It sticks just about close to the formula of tasty, real Korean soul food dining. Any of the tofu orders (whether regular to seafood to beef) youll be pretty satisfied. Their BBQ short ribs are also surprisingly good too. Very tasty, crisp and good texture. And of course, the post-meal porridge rice in the stone pot is another highlight too. Although bland at first, you eventually get used to it and rather enjoy it, especially when eaten with kimchee.The only reason I gave this place a 4 star is that the LA locations are a little bit better than the Reseda location in terms of taste and presentation. For certain, the panchan selections in Reseda dont match the K-Town ones because its a bit watered down. But still, its good enough to supplement the entire main course.If you havent already tried this tofu house, do so. In the valley, good Korean restaurants are pretty hard to find. But BCD can always be a stable backup choice. Other than that, the service here is respectable and the atmosphere clean and nice

This is a great place for Korean Food. If you dont have the appetite for an all you can eat bbq, then come here. This restaurant is a franchise that can be found in South Korea. Not Knowing this or knowing this could be beneficial. If you are a foodie like me, then you will know that if this restaurant has a location in South Korea, the food must be awesome. The menu is huge and there are many things to choose from. You can order ala carte or with a combo. Usually people will order with a combo b/c it comes with a soup called soon tofu. The soon tofu is a tofu soup that makes this dining establishment so famous. Whichever dish you may order, note that all dishes will come with banchan (side dishes). The side dish that excites me the most is the kim chi (fermented napa cabbage). BCD Tofu House Kim Chi is the best. If you are a greenhorn coming to eat here, I would suggest bulgogi (beef), or galbi (beef rib). If you want something a bit more spicy and love seafood, order the spicy raw crab. As to drink, I usually order hot tea and thats already yummy.
