Not happy they used a 3rd party company for auto pay then dropped me and out right regardless of my proof forcing me to pay for a new policy for higher policy costing me to loose my registration to suspension.Not trust worthy!

Judith is fantastic! If I could describe her in just two words it would be WORLD CLASS.I Googled auto insurance offices near me and her office was one on the list. I called a total of 3 offices to inquire about a quote to insure my vehicles and Judith was call number two. Judith stood out from the other two with her genuine positive attitude and high energy she transmitted through the phone. Although one other company had zero broker fees I wasnt pleased with the tone of voice and that I was made feel like I was bothering the agent by asking for a quote.Judith followed up with me two times after my inquiry with the same great attitude and positive energy. I finally came in to meet her in person and put my insurance plan in force. She nearly forgot about me because she stopped following up for two weeks after the second time she had called me. But she remembered and was very pleased to meet me. She ended up taking care of my auto insurance needs in a timely manner. She made it a very smooth and easy transaction and at a very competitive price.Im a very satisfied client that will be doing business long-term with Judith. I got insurance last year with Long the broker here and never met him in person. Got a good deal but he sounded a bit rushed over the phone, and didn’t provide too many extra details to look over. But trust the process; he got me a great rate compared to other companies. Went in branch in person today, about a year later to shop around for a new policy as the last company increased my rate and it was a 100% great experience (much smoother in person; would recommend). Reduced my payments by nearly half this year so definitely a happy customer!

Assurance is my go to insurance! This is my second month on their policy and I love the price! Monthly it comes out to about 70 dollars which is very reasonable considering I know many people who pay a lot more! I go to the location in Costa Mesa by capital noodle bar. Close to home and amazing service. Arlene is wonderful and was very sweet and patient with me (as I brought my two- almost three year old daughter along to make a payment). Very sweet and professional service- she even took the time to give my daughter a keychain that she’s been playing with since. Overall for the value and amazing customer service, I really think anyone interested in possibly lowering their rates or switching to a more accommodating insurance would really enjoy this place ❤️

Although it was difficult to get a hold of the office, when I did get a call back from Long, he was able to add a new vehicle to my policy in less than 2 minutes. I was stressed out about this as I needed to get my new car added before the end of the month to avoid having my registration suspended and I was very happy to have it taken care of so quickly. Ive been a customer for 7 years now. When I had a bad driving record. The only insurance company that was able to insure me was acceptance insurance. The agent who was extremely helpful was ms. Mercier . She very professional and has a lot of experience. And she friendly and very helpful.. The entire staff is very professional and friendly... each month I go in to make my payment. They always greet me with a smile and theyre always helpful.. plus the offer great low rates and they can get you insured...

Ken Brooks was great and greeted me with a kind smile and warm welcome. He then introduced me to Long N Pham and Long helped me quickly and efficiently get a reliable and affordable insurance for my car. All in all it took about 20 minutes and the workers kept me company while all the paperwork was getting done! Everyone was wearing a mask and was socially distant and they took all the necessary measures to be safe during Covid-19.

Long Pham has been there for me since I first came in. He has kept it professional and helped me get the cheapest rates out of anybody else I have gone to. This place is a hidden gem with great connections to modest insurance companies, regardless of past history. I have had family come here before in previous years and not once did they switch agencies or complain about the pricing. Ask for Long Pham who is usually in the front desk, the man is an all-star when it comes to saving you money.

Horrible experience. I received a quote and signed a contract with a set price. After I paid for the down payment for the new insurance company and the broker fee the amount was increased. The explanation for the increase was for a ticket. I havent got a ticket in 3 years. Never received a phone call back with more details about my increase.
