In Short,Simple but an explosion of flavors.With a few more details,We didn’t know what to expect.Sometimes we go to places that take us out of the comfort zone and love to try new things.It was my first Chinese pancake, I’m sure it has a better name, (Joan Bing) and I was in love.The egg, the meat that just melts in your mouth is just scrumptious. Definitely braised slow cooked meat in the wrap. I could eat 6 of those but we had other places to try.I HIGHLY recommend you go here and get some in your belly.Dumplings were good but not the highlight.

This store is next to the main road of Alhambra in the Chinese district. There is a large parking lot next to Pacific Place. It is very convenient to get here. The traffic is also very convenient. There are many Chinese and non-Chinese customers here. The pancakes in this shop are very delicious. Many people come here to eat them. The characteristic taste of northern China is very authentic. The boss’s service attitude is also very good. I like it very much.

I greatly enjoyed my first experience eating Jian Bing here. The rolls were stuffed full of the meat we ordered and made fresh to order. I also really enjoy the hot soy milk served in bowls. The prices were very fair and it was great for breakfast. I think the Jian Bing could use a bit more of the savory sauce and it would be great to be able to have combination of both beef and tendon but Im sure that you can ask that custom request if you really wanted to. Service was very friendly and cozy.

Located in a plaza with many other shops. Street parking or in the lot, plenty of spots anytime of day.We came for the Jian bing but the dumplings stole the show!! ⭐️ the pork and chive dumplings were like soup dumplings, with flavorful, savory juices inside. The filling mixture was very good! I would def come back for them and may even buy a frozen pack to make at home.The Jian bing is of course made fresh, right in the front dining area! 1 order was perfect for us to share as 2 people.We came at 2pm and it wasn’t too busy. The staff was very kind. The prices are fair and it was a great meal.

We found this place and we really like it ! We tried these pancakes in Beijing once, and they taste the same ! The staff is really nice and the food is good! Definitely will come back soon!

This place is fantastic! If you’re craving pan fried dumplings and Chinese pancake, this should be on your list of usuals!This restaurant is super clean and the foods looks and tastes very fresh!I ordered pan fried dumplings and pancake with beef, my mom ordered beef soup noodle.They were all excellent especially the pancake with beef! Like seriously. Everything was downright delicious!!!!!!It’s amazing! Go check it out! Their portions are super generous!!!!

Very good traditional Jian bing. Reminded me of my childhood on the street in Beijing. The dumplings were also very good everything tasted fresh. Service was good too.

One of the most authentic Liang Pi Ive had in the States. Bookmarked and will return for sure!

Very good service. Good quality of food and price. They open early so it’s a good place for brunch. Plenty of the parking spaces as well.
