It was very good I wasnt expecting so much food but you get a lot of food without heavy pricing and this is why more people should support this business. I ordered country fried 🥩,eggs🍳,pancakes 🥞 and a soda 🥤. I really wanted orange juice but the sodas are refillable and the orange juice isnt .I will be back and I will let you all know if other items are good .

The place doesnt look all that much, just a regular Mexican diner. But the food was good. The chorizo burrito is one of the better breakfast burritos I have eaten in a while. The burrito had lots of flavor and filling - very satisfying. Also tried their Denver Omlette and Chicken Quesadilla. The Quesadilla was well made, but I didnt care for the bland chicken in it. I wish it was either grilled or seasoned...it took away the flavor from an otherwise great Quesadilla. My suggestion..have the chorizo or cheese, it will be great. A good stop with quick service for brunch/breakfast.

Overpriced, the biscuits and gravy are reheated and doughy. The drinks are all minimum 3.50 each, including a small or age juice thats a kids size. Your better off buying a full cartón at the store for 4 something than buying this joke of a kids drink. If your not lazy, your best to make your own food at home than eat here.

My fiance and I went a road and all the sudden we craved a burger. We ended up but didnt order a burger, instead we ordered a pastrami combo, with crispy fries a side of onion, and a short stack of delicious buttery pancakes.Stop on by!!

Been coming here for years. Family owned by a husband and wife that work the place including their son. Prices have always stayed reasonable and the food is delicious. Great spacious restaurant with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy a nice meal anytime.

Best family owned restaurant ever! We drive from SCV just to go here every weekend. Their chili omelette and French toast are AMAZING! There’s a variety of food for everyone in our group; breakfast and the pastrami sandwich and pastrami fries are our go to. The service is superb! Everyone is so nice, something that is very rare nowadays. Go see Alice and her crew. You’ll be glad you did!

My daughter had brunch today.She said that the food was delicious!The reason for the 2 star rating is because they charged over 1 dollar for a water. I mean anywhere else water is for free! It was not communicated before that they charge for tab water.

Food still great, we miss the old Alices vibe. Now, if you are not careful you will eat the cardboard of the plates. The cheapest ever, no more hot coffee refills. I do understand that Covid hit all of us hard and they did it out of precaution. However, dont you think is time to stop with paper plates and Styrofoam cups and go to real plates? This is one of the oldest places in the AV. Would highly recommend anyone to try it. would say their portions are pretty small compared to their prices. But I absolutely love their blts for breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone to come her wife you want a retro style restaurant. Compared to the other restaurants here, its amazing and does make me feel like an old school restaurant.

This place has really gone downhill and is just horrible. Paid expensive restaurant prices just to have breakfast here and they served the food in the smallest portions on a paper plate. Ordered an omelet and looked like a child made it with sliced cheese thrown on top. There was no table service at all. I understand restaurants get busy but this was just ridiculous. There were tons of customers waiting all over the place to be helped and there was only one person delivering food to the tables. Never recommending this place to anyone and my family and friends will not be going back.

Thanks to the people who are truly dedicated and are doing their best to work and give out good service. The food here has really gone bad. I recently went in and had the eggs and chorizo and the food was tasteless. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and stopped by today. I asked for hot sauce in the burrito because I was going to be eating on the go and the food preparer soaked the burrito in hot sauce. Now thats just awful service. Maybe they didnt like that i asked for the hashbrowns well done. Three times I got undercooked hashbrowns.

I recommend this place for sure. I appreciate quiet mornings with great tasting food. The Burgers are awesome, and waiters are relaxed and ready. This place can generally make you feel like your day is gonna be good. We come here with my family all the time. Portions look big but are easy to eat(If youre hungry.) Pretty average diner.. seating was tight in the booths and the tables do not move to allow more room. Portions were kinda small and inconsistent.. my husband and I both ordered breakfast and his plate had double the hash browns that mine did and between the four of us that ordered pancakes, sizes were all over the place. After we received our meal our waitress disappeared completely into the back and did not return. We had to request our check twice from other servers passing by. Once we finally received the check, only orders had been written with no amounts or total so when we walked to the counter to pay we had no idea how much it was going to be.

This place was a favorite spot for the family and i as they had breakfast all day and a wide menu. prices were very good as well. but Im not sure if the economy or the competition changed their entire model. first off, they close super early for a restaurant. if you want dinner, good luck and go down the street to Jims burgers. the prices also nearly doubled. probably not a smart approach if losing customers was a concern. but the worst part is that the food now is mediocre at best. the wings, that were 5.99 and now 10.00, are dry and tasteless. very disappointed on my last trip ther. likely my last trip there, literally.

I love Alice’s! Especially when I am craving breakfast foods. Their biscuits and gravy dela is amazing. You get three biscuits with gravy (the gravy is not super peppery which I’m thankful for), 2 sausages, 2 bacon stops, and two eggs done whichever way you’d like. All for 6.99! This place serves amazing big portions. Their Carne Asada pate is huge! I would not recommend the steak though, it was the saddest New York Steak Ive ever seen. Stick with anything else and youll be happy. The service is great and they tend to you very well. Prices are great for the serving size.

This place is DIRTY!They have been closed at least once in the last year for roaches/vermin infestation. They passed to reopen, but it seems like they just cleaned up for the reinspection, because their cooking and serving surfaces still look very grimy.Do some research and youll be pictures of peoples food with bugs and roaches in it.Absolutely disgusting.

This is one of the better places you can go in Palmdale for breakfast or lunch. Great value and great food for the price. Similar options are quite a bit more expensive but Alices gives you a lot of food for what you pay.
