Love love love All Love Collections, the ladies are a pleasure. I have gotten facials before and nothing compares to this place. The environment is soothing, the extraction process is not painful, which was always the fear of getting facials elsewhere. They put you at ease and make you feel relaxed and pampered. As a vegan myself, it’s amazing to see that all the skin products they use are vegan/cruelty free! Thank you Fiona and staff for a wonderful treatment as always. I encourage anyone to check this place out, you can’t beat the prices (member package is worth it) and have your face clean and smooth after. Supporting a local business over big companies is always a plus!

The experience with the staff who provided the facial itself was good. However, staff will try to force you to upgrade what you originally booked, force you buy products and memberships. I had booked for a hydro facial stated 89$ on the website but got conned into doing the 60- min facial which costs 125$.Heard the same thing happen to another client who came in right after me. Staff is sure to sweet talk you into new deals so beware!

I had my very first facial at All Love Collections. From the moment I walked in they welcomed me. The atmosphere was calming and it smelled pleasant inside. I received the hydra facial. They asked my profession and I shared with them that I am a teacher during the school year. They told me it can be a hard job and that they would make sure to make this experience amazing for me. So kind of them. Every time she added a new cleaner, lotion or whatever it be, she would explain its purpose. The massage experience was wonderful too. I’d highly recommend this place and top it off with one of their recommendations on lotions and face washes. Thank you again!

My esthetician Jennifer was awesome - she was very informative and patient with all the steps. The hydro facial routine has more steps than any facial I’ve ever had. The last step was arm, neck & back massage using a very cool device. Highly recommend!

Did the back and face treatment with extraction here. Very nice and refreshing. My skin is glowing! And though I did extraction, my skin did not experience any redness or swelling, amazing! They have a package of 5 facials for $450, with free chemical peel for the facials, and free one product. What a catch!

I have been through numerous dermatologists and estheticians in my life, and this was the worst facial I had gotten since I was 16.1. I had a Groupon deal that I bought for $60 (which is not that small amount of money) and they begrudgingly took it as a form of payment. If you dont want people to use coupons, stop offering them!2. The esthetician that handled me didnt even take off my makeup fully when she started the facial, that by the end of the treatment I still had my eyeliner on! And I draw a very thin minimal eyeliner! That means throughout the whole session she kept rubbing all of those beauty products on my face with my makeup, disgusting!She kept reusing their cottons, which was disgusting. Overall, the place seemed very unsanitary and disorganized. Please dont be fooled by the nice decorations! (One more tip, if your esthetician looks messy, the facial is going to be very messy!)As soon as I got home, I washed my face, disinfected it with alcohol and put on aloe gel mask to soothe it.Horrible!!!

Rachael was my specialist today and she absolutely BLEW ME AWAY. I was gifted a 90min. Hydra Facial and WOW. It was the most relaxing, soothing experience Ive had anywhere. Everything is super clean, the staff (Kimberly and Rachael) follow covid guidelines, they treated me SO kindly, and were both very knowledgeable about each product and tool they use in their spa. The facial is never the same as Kimberly changes the method/products each time for my skins needs.
