2023-08-13 19:20:31This fine dining experience was quite unique. It takes place inside a Victorian house. The modern Californian cuisine with an Indian fusion twist was creative and delicious. Plus, you have the flexibility to choose from a 3, 4, or 5 course menu. Definitely will come back to try the other items on the menu.

2023-11-03 02:34:14Went here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. Its been years since I came here and did not disappoint. Still a very cute ambiance, very professional service, and lovely, amazing food! We did the 5-course tasting menu and it was perfect. This is a wonderful special occasion restaurant.

2021-12-09 15:38:21We had a group dinner here and they were extremely accommodating. Had our table in a separate room (entry).Great flavor and interesting mix of spices. I tried the scallops and salmon -- both prepared perfectly (not overdone, Great texture). The octopus appetizer was a huge hit at the table.The servers were very attentive but not too much. Highly recommend.

2022-11-16 21:34:52Tucked away along El Camino is this quaint and lovely place that serves Modern Californian Cuisine. You can select 3, 4 or 5 plates from their tasting menu. But whatever you decide to order, expect to have a delicious and satisfying meal. Highlights were the Yuzu-cured salmon crudo, Crispy Thai-style chicken wings, and Iberico presa acorn-fed pork steak. The desserts were equally sumptuous. The staff is friendly and not overbearing. One of the better meals I’ve had as of late.

2023-08-26 15:21:50This is a review for their takeout. We ordered a dinner for two so we can dine at home and prepare other options for my daughter. I was impressed that the packaging had zero plastic - even the sauce containers! 👍Food was also plated spectacularly in the takeout containers. It tasted amazing. We had the lamb and red snapper.It was easy to order everything online. Made it super convenient with the takeout option. Will return in the future to check out the dine-in experience.

2022-04-21 23:56:35The food is a treat, even after four courses I still somehow had space to eat all of the delightful Strawberry Rosewater dessert at the end. Also really enjoyed the Octopus (so tender and perfectly crisped outside) and Squab.

2022-01-22 05:21:27Appetizer and main course is actually good, but the warm apple cake is too sweet for us.The problem is the the waiting time between each course is way too long, most of the customers just sit there with empty table, waiting for their next course, we only spent 30mins on eating, for the other 1.5hr we are just waiting.One last funny thing is after all the courses, the waiter brings us 2 small cakes to taste, but all the forks and spoons have been taken away, we have to call the waiter to bring us the forks, waiter seems surprised that we need forks, so we are wondering if we should eat the cakes by hands now.In general, I dont think we will visit this place again cause I really dont like waiting too long

2021-03-03 03:59:04I had been wanting to visit this place for a long time and somehow never found the right time to go. I was pleasantly surprised to know that they had begun brunch services on Sunday and finally gave it a shot.The outdoor patio was nicely decked up with a welcoming atmosphere and the hostess was kind enough to turn on the heaters for us in the mildly cold conditions. We ordered an Avocado toast, Cajun Shakshuka and a Cadillac of Pancakes.Now speaking of a fine dining restaurant, the fundamental principle is that along with providing a gastronomic experience, they ensure that you can taste each of the flavorful ingredients that make up the dish. I was glad they did not let us down on this particular aspect. The presentation of each dish was great even for brunch items.The only letdown was the Shakshuka which didn’t really feel like one. The avocado toast was great with a good number of toppings to go along but note that the avocados are sliced and placed instead of being smashed and spread on the sourdough bread. The Cadillac of pancakes baked in oven were the killer dish spectacular visually and in taste too. The berries, jam and the cream on the were an amazing combo to go with the pancakes.Would love coming here again and try their regular dinner menu too once but meanwhile, if you would like to have something extravagant for brunch in a fine dining setting, this would be a great choice of place to visit.

2021-07-09 18:16:05Truly special dining experience. The outdoor dining space is attractive and comfortable. The menu can be ordered in 3-5 courses. Wine pairing is $10 per course. We were celebrating an anniversary and opted for champaigne.I started with potato croquets which were incredible. There were two vegetarian starters but I went with the non-salad for something more unusual. Absolutely delicious with varied texture and tastes along with very fresh green and vegetable components.For my main I had the polenta. Polenta is a common vegetarian option and when I see it I have doubts. This was INCREDIBLE! So creamy, it melted in my mouth. The tastes hit several different notes all played in an outstanding, enjoyable cuisine chorus.Peaches!The cheese cake texture let you know great care was taken in its preparation. Id never had a brulee topped cheesecake and it is amazing.The bread and spread and pea-based tasters added to the top-notch eating. Thank you, All Spice!
