I’m so happy that this place is right by me or else I’d have to drive out there. It was amazing!! The service was terrific and everyone is so friendly. They remember you when you come back and help you thru the menu each time. The sushi was so fresh. I would recommend the sunrise on rincon. I’m not a California roll person but their California roll is even so good to come back for. Will def be Coming back!!!

Super fresh and very tasty!Got seated right away at the bar.Asked the friendly server for her suggestion for the best variety.The Dragon was great, the All That Roll was very good but the Sunrise on Rincon was amazing! All of the sauces were so good, I didn’t even need soy sauce.Excellent experience and will definitely return.

I came here on a Thursday night, it wasn’t busy or crowded like some of the other sushi spots nearby, although I wanted ramen. The wait staff did a great job accommodating me as I don’t eat pork. They used a miso base instead which I really appreciated. My daughter enjoyed her food from the kids meal as well, which was great because she’s usually picky. Speaking of which, they don’t offer fried rice which I do think was a downer. Most places have that as an option, so an Asian restaurant that doesn’t have fried rice threw me off. I was worried that without the fried rice my daughter wouldn’t eat. But luckily my daughter loved her miso soup and California roll which she tried for the first time. I still wish the fried rice was an option though. However my family still very much enjoyed our meal and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lowkey spot to have sushi or ramen.

By FAR the best sushi place Ive ever eaten at. Nowhere else even comes close. Rolls usually between $14-$17. There isnt a single roll weve gotten in all the times my gf and I have come here where we werent absolutely blown away by the quality. Favorite things to get are on the receipt below.

The restaurant itself is quite good. Quality food and drinks at a reasonable price for sushi. But there is a smell in the area that leaks onto the restaurant whenever someone enters or leaves. Ive been here on several occasions, and each time, there is just a strong smell of sewage in the area.

Decided to visit this new sushi spot after seeing reviews and photos of this restaurant. We went on a Friday Night and it was very busy. The hostess and the staff were very friendly and we were seated after a short wait.Their menu is very extensive, they offer a great selection of appetizers, premium rolls, noodles and the classic sushi rolls.Whenever we go to a new sushi restaurant, we must order our staples: Baked Mussels, Salmon Sashimi and Salmon Skin Roll. I was also happy to see that this place served the spicy tuna with crispy rice.The Baked Mussels came first and we were in love. We were able to taste the mussel without being overwhelmed by cream/mayo mixture that other restaurants use. It was so good, we wish we would have gotten two orders.The Salmon Sashimi was delicious. It was fresh and the serving portion was good. My husband loved it.The Salmon Skin Roll was a bit disappointing. The rice to salmon skin ratio was off. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering this dish again.The Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice was also not my favorite. I felt that the rice was overfried and greasy. But the spicy tuna that they use on top of the crispy rice was delicious. It had the right amount of spice.Will I be going there again? Of course! But I will be more selective of the dishes I get.

Visiting for work and decided to walk over and try All That. They have a few folks behind the counter making sushi and cutting the fresh fish right in front of you, or there are tables along the walls as well as outdoor seating. I got a coke w the chicken teriyaki plate w miso soup. The miso was very warm and was comforting. I really enjoyed the rice ball as it was truly sticky rice and you could mold and blend it together with your chicken. They also had a salad on the side which was super fresh but I didn’t particularly care for the dressing but that’s okay. My waitress was very attentive and when I asked for my check right as she gave me my food she gave no hesitation and was happy to help. I honestly am not a fan of sushi, but the sushi looked fresh and the sushi chef on the way out thanked me for dining, which felt good. Thanks All That Sushi

Friendly staff, great prices and quality fish. This was our first visit and we ordered the Mucho Sexy Roll, Candy Cane Roll, Tonkatsu, and an order each of Big Eyed Tuna and Ikura. All were good, but the Big Eyed Tuna nigiri was my favorite. Will try the Branzino next time.

I have been going to all that sushi since they opened and I have to say that the sushi here is absolutely amazing. The selection of rolls they have is widely varied so there are definitely options for everybody. I especially love their ultimate crunchy rolls and matador rolls. Ive tried many other things in their menus though and can say that everything they offer is quite good.The staff here is extremely helpful and quick they are currently understaffed so at times I have found myself waiting a little bit longer than I should have but I understand that staffing is usually a temporary problem so I wont hold it against the business unless it remains an issue for a long period of time. I visit here once or twice a month so Ill always be updating this review based off of new experiences.

Omg the food is so good. Its a very small place so plan to wait or order to go. Were from Northern CA and we were in town for a wedding and visited this place based on online reviews. Our server Christian was very nice and friendly. His recommendation was the best roll we ordered. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great! The quality is amazing and they have a lot of options with their specialty rolls. Prices are reasonable for sushi. I wasn’t there during a happy hour but they had some deals on alcohol. They even gave us free gyoza for one of their deals. It was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and fast. I will definitely be returning.

Bad choice for lunch, we ordered lunch special with 2 handrolls, spicy tuna was not spicy at all, rock and roll was blend... I just had a bite and left them all. Also ordered one of their specialities.. something dynamite.. it was just cooked crab meat.. I expected more when they charged $17 for one dish... there was no rice, no roll included.. I remember trying dynamite roll in other sushi place, there was california roll underneath at least.. and much cheaper, even delicious... we left most of food we ordered and said no when a waitress asked if we wanted a to go box. After paying 50 dollars for lunch.. we had to find some other place to eat.. will never go back..

Clean,cool,and friendly service every time I come here!The freshest tasting fish in the area, my recommendation is the All that with yellow tail it’s fresh lime jalapeño garlic crunch perfect for a hot day, sunrise roll is a good contrast very busy bursting with flavor ask for Thai chili on it for an awesome kick of 🔥 fire, spicy miso soup is perfectly hot 🥵 blow on it and enjoy the great flavors, tofu is also great here the tofu salad 🥗 fabulous!Your welcome all they need to make this my all time favorite sushi place is some SPECIALS it can get pricey,I couldn’t afford to come here more than 2 times a month 😎

The name lives up to the hype! All That is my new favorite sushi spot in the Chino / Chino Hills area. They do not have AYCE and I believe that is a good thing, as you can taste the difference in the quality of fish from the first bite. The price is extremely fair for the taste, and the ambiance is calm yet fun. I highly recommend All That Sushi and will be back with my family many more times!

Unique and quality sushi!I dont eat spicy, and have asked if they could substitute spicy tuna with non-spicy tuna in their sushi rolls. They end up putting a generous block of regular raw tuna in my sushi instead 🤩 which Ive never seen or had other places do. Appreciate this place!

Waited patiently for this one! Let me just say what a great experience this was for us. There are many sushi places around in Chino Hills and All That Sushi is ALL THAT! If you are familiar with the popular Vanilla Fish then understand that the layout of the restaurant is very similar but All That is much more roomier.You are greeted HAPPILY when you walk in. Let me just say how refreshing that is.We sat at the bar where you order directly with the chef. We always start of with Nigiri and it was *chef kiss*!Perfect fish to rice ratioWe always get the Tuna and Salmon Nigiri. Then ordered a few rolls. I was happy to find the very unique flavors incorporated in many rolls. You would expect them to be just like all the others, but thier NOT!Boy, did I take my time chewing just to take it all in. Were talking ingredients like green onion, Chili aioli and Chile Powder. Ive never read those ingredients on other sushi rolls. Please Chefs, keep it up! Its so simple yet such a big difference in taste. I hope to find more diverse rolls with diverse ingredients. This is already what set them apart from all the other spots.Highly Reccomend: Nine One One, The Matador and Da Bomb (all rolls).Another thing I appreciated was that bottle for the soy sauce. I forgot to snag a photo but its the bottles typically used for olive oil or red wine vinegar. I feel this was not only more clean but it added to the modern touch to match the restaurant.Great selection of Sake and of course they have Kirin and Kirin Light. I tried a sparkling mango sake (?) With a 5.5%. Very tasty and sweet without that artificial aftertaste I have had from other brands. Quite similar to Stella Rosa.We had SO much fun with the staff! The hostess is funny and Chefs are lively. I really love that. They seem so happy for you to enjoy thier food. That tells me alot of love goes into it. I know its cheesy, but these are the type of business I love to support. Thier grand opening is much later. I will try to add the date soon.Things I hope to see... All That Sushi, at 15911 Pomona Rincon Road Suite 130 in Chino Hills, was inspected Feb. 19 and received a grade of 76/C with three critical violations. An employee preparing sushi didn’t wash hands. A box of 25 tomatoes in the cooler was covered in black and white mold. And food-contact surfaces weren’t clean — the dishwasher wasn’t dispensing sanitizer and an employee didn’t wash a knife after cutting a sushi roll. Among the eight lesser violations, some raw chicken, pork and beef were at unsafe temperatures, the sushi bar handwashing sinks were blocked and didn’t have soap, and they weren’t keeping track of how long sushi rice was left at room temperature.

It’s a pretty good little shop. The ingredients are relatively fresh. I ordered the eel roll and it was cooked with great care. It tastes good. I will go there again.
