Terrific place! The food is high quality and delicious. The service is great. We are vegetarians and every single item we order was fresh and tasty. The portion sizes seem a bit small and the place is a tad bit pricier than other Indian restaurants but you get what you pay for!A++++

If you want to experience Indian cuisine, this place is a great choice. The food is fresh and healthy. I tried the shrimp masala with garlic naan, and it was really delicious. The complimentary starter was a pleasant surprise ❤️

The service is quick and friendly, and the food is excellent. We particularly enjoyed the non-spicy, perfectly cooked chicken tandoori, and the spinach with cheese was delightful. The jasmine rice infused with saffron complemented the meal perfectly. I also loved the masala chai tea and the refreshing mint tea with real leaves, which provided a lovely conclusion to our dinner. Id definitely recommend it. The only drawback might be that the outdoor chairs are a bit snug for larger individuals, but if youre comfortable, its not an issue. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience, and you have the option to enjoy the indoor seating as well.

This spot needs to be your new spot for Indian cuisine! I loved the service, the food, and atmosphere. Everything was as good as it looked. They will treat your spicy to your sweet palate right on point. I’m not familiar with all the names but ask for these and you won’t regret it😋

Dal was excellent. Fresh light taste prepared healthy with less oil. It was also vegan and there is a vegan butter chicken on the menu. Nice ambiance and cozy atmosphere downtown with indoor and outdoor seating. The Cakebread Cellars sauv blanc is a nice wine option from Napa Valley.

My family and I had dinner last Wednesday eve at Ambrosia, and it was absolutely incredible! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The ambience is really beautiful. Its one of our new fam fave restaurants for sure. We ordered so many different things, and every single thing was absolutely scrumptious! Our server, Anand Gurung, was super knowledgeable about the menu and took great care of us.The best Naan ever is the asiago pesto.Love it!We had so much fun!I highly highly recommend dining at this gem in downtown Los Gatos!Seven Stars out of five.Thank you Ambrosia!

The hubby and I frequent the Aptos location when we visit the in-laws, then we had a recent opportunity to dine at their Scotts Valley location……and now, they have come to their senses and made their way into our little town of Los Gatos. Yay!I have to say, their menu is slightly different from the other two locations but that’s ok; the food is still delish. They don’t have the tandoori mixed grill which is a sizzling platter of lamb, chicken and a few other items. The staff said they can still make it for us, so maybe we will order it next time. This restaurant has a full bar so that’s nice. The hubby had a chai white Russian and I had a double espresso martini. I usually don’t like my espresso martini as light as it appeared, but again, VERY tasty and let me tell you, both were BOOZY; definitely a bang for your buck.A few things we ordered: chana masala (garbanzo beans), raita (yogurt based sauce), naan (garlic and plain), and a the seafood mix. We usually do butter chicken or tikka chicken but wanted to try something different.Thank you to Annand and Raj for making our first experience great. Both were very friendly and super attentive. Raj noticed we still had a little food left but were out of rice and naan, so he brought us just a tiny bit more rice for us to help finish off what we had. I was taking photos of the food (for this review) and Annand asked if we wanted a photo of ourselves, but we declined the offer. It was really nice of him to ask though, we appreciated it.Love this place and will definitely be back.Side note: parking is easy; there are plenty on side streets and surrounding business parking.

A great new addition in downtown Los Gatos. Fine dining Indian Cuisine. I attended the soft opening - such a beautiful and inviting decoration and ambience. A really nice bar area that you rarely see in an Indian restaurant. The wall art, unique sculpture, pendants make this place feel really upscale.Food was delicious. Dahi vada and chicken Manchurian were very tasty, and so were the curries. Also had great wine selection.I am sure this new establishment adds fine color to the vibrant Los Gatos downtown and will be a great option for Los Gatos residents as well as visitors for delicious Indian food.
