The first time I walked into this restaurant I was greeted by the most friendly person and it made me want to come back and the food was pretty good! However the last 2 times I’ve came in I’ve been treated like I was a disturbance for wanting to order. The lady in the store (different person) I wish I got her name but it was a lady with glasses and a ponytail. She was rolling her eyes at me when I ordered and she was extremely rude and seem like she did not want to be there. I am a relatively calm and nice person and I never do ratings but this restaurant deserves to know how they made me feel the TWO times I decided to give them a chance but I will not be supporting this restaurant anymore.

I tried the grilled pork roll with the rice wrap. Wonderful! Reminds me of eating jerky. Well seasoned. Not fat. With rice noodles and greens. Great combination. Dip in fish sauce. Dine in yes. Wait long since they were cooking for to go orders. There were 6 orders ahead of me.

The food was amazing and priced very fairly! The service was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. The environment is very cozy and I can not say it enough... The food was so delicious! I will be coming back soon! Must try!

Slightly pricier than most Vietnamese spots but nothing really stood out. The food was just mediocre, kind of bland. Probably wont be back for pho but maybe try the banh mi.

Food was good but negative stars for only giving me plastic even though I ordered to dine in. I guess they rather spend on plastic than pay for a dishwasher. Don’t recommend unless you hate the environment and don’t mind plastic leeching into your soup.

The Personnel is Truthfully Accommodating when they have a Space for you and your Guests to sit down at.Their Food is a Traditional Style from the Nations Point of Origin. I have to say, Vietnamese Style Entree Platters are True to the very Knowledgeable Connieseiur of Taste.

Excellent pho broth, i.e. not too loaded up with warm spice… rich and beefy and just salty enough. The grilled pork bahn mi was also quite good, as were the fresh spring rolls. Nice people. Will return!

We loved everything we ordered, which included fried imperial rolls, fresh spring rolls, banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe), pho ga (chicken pho), beef and pork vermicelli rolls, banh mi, and sauteed beef. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions. We will definitely be back here in the future!!

I stopped by this restaurant because I needed to use the restroom. When I realized it was Vietnamese food I ordered a Pork Banh Mi Sandwich. I was looking at the price of the item below the sandwich section so I thought it was $11.00. I asked the girl at the register, who was not happy to even be there if it was $10.50. She said yes. I paid the $10.50 and gave her $12.00 to make sure she got a tip. I had to leave for a few minutes and took a menu with me in case I wanted to order more now knowing it was Vietnamese food. It is usually very tasty and has rich flavors. When I was looking at the menu I noticed the price was listed at $7.00. When I went back I asked her why she charged me $10.50 if the price on the menu was $7.00. She rudely went into the tip jar and handed me $3.00, with major attitude. I asked her why she didnt correct me and she just didnt answer.The sandwich itself was just blah. The pork looked like it had been heated all day under a lamp and it was dark brown. The taste was about the same as other Vietnamese sandwiches Ive had, minus the meat.The combination of the attitude with the quality of meat, makes me NEVER WANT TO GO BACK. That little chick needs to learn customer service. And, as for everyone else who worked there and was within earshot, they could care less that she gave attitude. They all need to learn the meaning of customer service or at least how to smile.

From the moment you enter this restaurant the waiters give you a good feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a kind restaurant to enjoy with buddies or with your date. Excellent cuisine, experienced chief cook and stuff, competitive price and nice service. Highly recommended.

To-go bun Bo hue and pho ga. BBH was average at best. It didn’t have a lot of the special meats that make it BBH. The broth in the pho ga was very underwhelming and tasted like canned chicken broth. The chicken was all dry white meat. Overall everything could have used more seasoning and meat.

Pleasantly surprised with this neighborhood gem! For years, Ive had to drive across the city, SSF, or San Bruno for good Vietnamese food. An Chi (Mission) is a few minutes walk from home. Very tasty and fresh. I also love that they have some special dishes that are not easily found on menus, such as Banh Hoi.

This was my go to place for good Pho and sandwiches. As for today my partner and myself were very unhappy with our treatment at the An Chi Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant. We came in and got good seats in the front middle part of the restaurant and placed our orders. We were drinking some tea whyll waiting for our meals. This guy with his two little kids walks into the restaurant was looking around.. He was going to sit at the table next to us but didnt. He was looking at me and my partner then went to the waitress, then waitress came over to me and my partner asking us to move to the bigger table in the back of the restaurant because the guy with the two kids didnt want to sit in the back he wants to use our table and the table next to ours. My partner said No as we were already sitting there for 15 minutes waiting for our food, plus the table where they wanted us to move to was a bigger table not comfortable for only two people. I dont understand why the guy with the two kids didnt take that table and why he was pushing for ours and why the hell was the waitress going along with it? The second waitress was coming with our food, she was ready to place our food on the table, just then the waitress that told us to move our sits was pointing to the other waitress to take our food to the back table. We didnt feel happy with the way they were treating us so we got up and left. We have been good customers here from day one when they opened this restaurant and dont appreciate this treatment, to be told to move our seats as someone else is more important and deserving. Does this have something to do with us being Latino? The way they treated us today made use lose our appetite and feel bad.

I like this place for pho and banh mi on Mission between Persia and Ocean. It is right at the 14 Mission bus stop. It is very clean & spacious. The menu is familiar and not overwhelming. My son loves the bun rieu (crab paste & tomato vermicelli soup). Service is quick, responsive and friendly. The beef noodle soup is on point with the right amount of tender beef. I like that they serve the noodle soups in black bowls; it somehow makes the food look more premium and delicious. Parking is challenging, but this restaurant is worth the slight hassle.

Great restaurant! They had just opened when I visited and I talked with the owner about their opening and had a great impression from him! He is really working hard to start a successful and authentic restaurant business. I ordered pho tai and it was great! Im definitely interested in going back to try their banh mi. Recommended!

Did not like how they only give 1.5 beef ball for a normal size soup. They actually cut them in half. Taste was okay not the greatest for soup, for the Viet sandwiches it was great. Sandwiches are much better than soups.

This is only closest Vietnamese pho place around my area. I go to this restaurant a lot. Doesnt have much selections like Kevin noodle house. But the price is right. Friendly people. I would recommend this to anyone

The BBQ Chicken Banh Mi sandwich (Banh Mi Ga Nuong) was very flavorful and juicy and they even provide the option between two different types of baguette, (we went with regular.) I do wish it had more veg in it though, particularly carrots.

Definitely bang for the buck for the standard pho and a sandwich. I typically go with the Large Pho with the Combo for 15 bucks and some change. The broth is lacking depth and the sandwich is mediocre but really cant expect much for 15 bucks. I will certainly come back when Im craving for this style of Pho but will surely have to drink a gallon of water after.
